I love KFC. And it's a bit of pot luck if the meal will be a good one. Generally is. But staff sometime don't seem to care and don't do a very good job. Possibly lack of training??? Or not a very exciting for them and they don't give a dam. if you are passing by union street make all the sense to just get it there. If you really want a good meal Crownhill and old town normally it's pretty consistent on everything. I have given up St Budeaux. Rude staff and in different occasions and different people, burned chicken, missing items cup halfway.....

Bad service today . Woman so fixed on her regulation script she did not listen to me . I said no ice . She agreed . Then proceeded to put ice on my drink !!! Guy who served me the food was lovely polite and professional. Kfc 12.15 union street 1st July 2021. Zingers and chips lovely and hot .

It's a KFC takeaway outlet! All covid safe provided customers abide by the rules. Service was pretty swift. Pleasant staff and good grub. 👍

It was ok and we got what we wanted. I had checked price on line and 10 boneless chicken in a box at £6.99 looked good. But because I actually went into the KFC at Derriford I was told it was £12 something as Cheaper price was for delivery only. Cant understand that at all. So had to pay dearer price for something similar?????????

But charged me off the mela,even though i did not want a drink. This particular KFC is very good. Staff are friendly and efficient. The quality of food seems consistently better than other nearby KFC'S. They also seem to be more efficient in waiting times. If you are after KFC, this is a good restaurant. Top tip: the rewards card is worth getting as it offers free food.

My guilty pleasure. Depending on what time you visit it can get really busy, leading to a small wait to get served but the staff do do there best to get to you asap and always happy to help and even happy to chat if you give them a chance, ideal for a quick grab or sit in and have someone else do the dishes. Good access for able and disabled people.

Just got an order from just eat, mighty bucket for 1, the chips were cold (fair enough) but there was only 1 wing, 2 thighs both of which I could see the bones sticking out so was kinda grim to bite into, and the fillets were good. Just annoying that 1 of the thighs didn't taste right so I couldn't eat it, it's as though someone had been sucking on it for some time which is just disgusting. I've been to this one before for the mega box which was really good 5 stars on that one.
