Reviews of Seco Lounge
L. E.
Great selection for people with allergies and vegans. The food photo is the vegan tapas. Relaxed informal atmosphere, super friendly staff who obviously enjoy what they're doing. All round perfect whether it's for two people or twenty, there's something for everyone.
N. A.
This place is in a great location, the menu is extensive and the quality is amazing. Treat yourself to an afternoon in the sun here and you won’t be disappointed. I imagine evening dining would be just as good, so I’ll be doing that next time! Thanks very much
R. B.
We went for lunch and mocktails, lunch was beyond amazing! We had vegan burgers and it was super tasty!! With the mocktails (we tried 4 different ones i believe?) they used no alcohol, and they were amazing! Looked so pretty and tasted incredible! Had a fantastic time, staff were so friendly and polite! Young man with short hair saw us at the door and he was super hardworking making sure all the tables were all clean!
Also very close to some beautiful views of the sea so if you're there you can really enjoy the location! Definitely returning! Such hardworking staff!

We were a party of 4 plus 3 dogs, including 2 wheelchair users, one of whom has serious food intolerances. None of these factors presented the slightest issue to the staff on a fairly busy Friday lunchtime. They made sure we were seated in a good position for access and so we could sit at the table in our wheelchairs, and went to great lengths to ensure all ingredients were safe. On top of all this, the whole team seemed warm, friendly and very helpful. Lovely food and a great atmosphere. So many lessons that other venues could learn from. Thank you guys!
B. G.
The most unbelievable gluten free menu! So much to choose from which I was really pleased with. The bacon and cheeseburger was outstanding! The only problem was that I was missing a portion of halloumi fries with my order. Apart from that it was superb. Highly recommend!
B.
Visited after work on a cold Wednesday evening, a warm atmosphere with a warm welcome. The foods ok, nothing crazy a few burgers, tapas, brunch, all reasonable nothing amazing. Pint of moretti £4.85

We moved to Plymouth 3 years ago and have been enjoying the great atmosphere, good food and above all, the professionalism of the staff of Seco Lounge throughout. They're friendly, extremely helpful and make everyone feel welcome - including their four-legged guests. The relaxed ambience, inside and out have made Seco Lounge our go-to watering hole. We all love this place - James, Julia - and Elsa our Jack Russell pup.

I was excited to see some new vegan dishes with aubergine in the main meals as I hate sweet potatoes but they come served with sweet potato too. There are lots of other vegetables out there. Its like sweet potato many ways menu. Not for me, sorry.
e. g.
My daughter and son in law took me there for a birthday breakfast. Iam coeliac so I had the gluten free option, I've got to say it's one of the best I've had... Also tried their sherbet lemonade and the raspberry one both really nice and refreshing.... Its a lovely place, busy but still good service I would definitely recommend going
A. S.
Warmly welcomed as we entered the restaurant, including our family dog Jax. Great hospitality, food was excellent and the employees loved our dog. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much! ☺️
H.
Amazing food, had brunch their and was reasonably priced for the size of portion you get. Plenty of seating and got us what we needed when we asked! Coffees were strong and teapot gave two cups
J. T.
A pleasant place for a bite to eat or a drink. Situated in Plymouth's Royal william yard right next to the small harbour. There is plenty of seating inside and out and the food is great. We've always been served quickly .
M. “. H.
Staff were really miserable and openly moaning about colleagues. Food was mediocre and drinks reasonably priced for the area. Much better food options available within the Yard but this place is OK to sit in the sun and enjoy a cold drink.
T. F.
On a lovely sunny Tuesday evening we went to Secco lounge as thrilled to see Tapas Tuesday is back. Great value for £11.50, 3 tapas dishes and a glass of house wine.
The menu for this has been paired down since covid but still offers a good selection. The halloumi sweetcorn fritters are to die for.
S. H.
Nice coffee however service could be little more enthusiastic. Been few times and didnt feel the love and potential of this place....it could be so amazing. Looks great, now bring the vibe please 😎
G. A.
Haven't visited such an eatery yet to compare to Seco Lounge. Staff were so attentive and positive and helpful. Now I wish all places would have this level of customer service.
Food is out of this world! I had halloumi burger and every bite was a divine.Such a clean, beautifully combined, balanced meal. Fries were lovely. And the carrot cake! Such a nice compliment to finish the meal!
Covid 19 wise - again, wish more places would take some notes from you guys! You rock! 🖤
Y. Y.
Nicely cooked breakfast and tasty coffee. We sat outside (Covid restriction) in the sun. Order app is convenient to use and staff were all attentive and friendly. Will be our summer time favourite breakfast cafe!
S. M.
Had lovely Tapas and wine here, stunning location on the harbour
P. M.
I would just like to express my gratitude to seco lounge for an absolutely fabulous experience I had the other day. I would in particular like to thank Zoe, who had the lovely long dark hair, who has an excellent attitude and bubbly personality, and the manager matt who was excellent at checking in on us and making sure we were okay. Big shout out to the seco team, we would highly recommend them again!!
M. L.
Seco is a great venue to go for a group of friends who want to have a bite to eat or somewhere to take a first date. Nice cosy atmosphere, good selection of food and drink.
Updated June 2022: since restrictions have been lifted the addition of table service via mobile app makes it so easy now. Weathers glorious at the moment so RWY is very busy with people say outside enjoying the sunshine.
J. F.
The food was fantastic. Great service from the staff. Very enjoyable experience. The gluten-free menu was great.
K. S.
Great food, excellent customer service. Went for breakfast, food was fresh & fab quality. Will definitely be returning.
A. C.
Always good food and coffee with outside seating as well. Dog welcome (outside) and given a plate of dog biscuits! Tapas are great!
Y. Z.
Splendid food but poor portions.
I had Buttermilk Fried Chicken (£9.95) for supper. For a 10 pound meal, the portion was disappointing. With two chicken pieces, a cup of fries and a spoonfull of salad, I genuinely thought it was a side at a fast food restaurant. Despite the initial disappointment, the food was amazing. The fries had a perfect balance of crispiness and softness. The chicken and the chipotle sauce tasted perfect. As much as I enjoyed the meal, I had to travel to another restaurant right afterwards just to fill my stomach.
The fitting is good and the staff is decent.
Overall a positive experience. But as a poor college student, I would not come here again.
A. B.
I had a really nice beyond burger and it was really good and tasty but unfortunately let down by a dog peeing on the floor on the table next to ours, so many restaurants are now dog friendly but forget that people like me are not dog friendly especially when eating next to a smelly dog that is pi**ing on the floor!
I've come back to reviwing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because yet again I had a fantastic beyond burger and the extra sides like sweet potato fries and halloumi were really nice and so far they've always been excellent with their burgers, the beyond burger is beyond
J. S.
Fabulous vegan menu, polite service and good beer. In a great location in the summer. I had the Moving mountains hot dog with slaw and fries. Reasonably priced. Enjoy my visits here
J. W.
Loved the vibe here. Despite being busy it wasn't crowded and there was plenty of space for moving between tables. Servers wore their own clothes which gave it a more relaxed feel and the food was delicious.
I was tempted by the sherbert lemonade drink and omfg. It was exactly like smirnoff ice and was so so so good!!!

Seco lounge is situated in the historic Royal William Yard in Stonehouse, originally a victualling yard for the Royal Navy which has been featured in many historical television series such as Hornblower due to its original features.
We arrived after Lunch and I entered first with my elderly Grandmother in law, there was a table just leaving that could accommodate the six of us, the member of staff that greeted us, got a chair for Nanna without us asking, for the few moments it took to clear and sanitise the table, then myself and Nanna were taken to the table which was in a very convenient location not far from the doors, we were told that there was a possible 45 minute wait for food which we were happy with as we wanted to play a card game in wonderful surroundings, after choosing our meals we were surprised with how quickly they arrived, and they were delicious, so delicious my Brother in Law enjoyed a second order of the butter fried Chicken, myself, my wife and Nanna loved the macaroni and cheese. While my Mother and Father in law and brother in law enjoyed the Butter Fried chicken, for desert we enjoyed four portions of Churrios to share, a wonderful couple of hours spent with the family and the staff were fantastic. A wonderful easy going atmosphere with a strong family orientated feel. Well done Seco lounge for being able to feed the discerning Nana.
S. T.
As with the other "Lounges" I've been to, Alto (Reading) and Croeso (Mumbles) this is another top-notch spot for food and drink. Fantastic location in the Royal William Yard.
V. S.
Not that great. Food was nothing special GF option was good. When u talk to the staff they are nice otherwise just look overworked
E. C.
Good choice of food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good value. Will definitely return.
S. X.
As usual, great food, great setting. Plenty of room between tables. Dog welcome ❤
M. P.
Lovely location, super tapas, fast service and a great choice.
r. j.
Excellent family restaurant. Great menu
Lots of friendly staff and dogs welcome
10/10
M. W.
Lovely catch up with my daughter ♡ served delicious food by wonderful staff. Definitely another visit very soon ♡ thankyou Seco Lounge ♡
H. N.
Awesome vegan options at really reasonable prices. The burrito was really good and they've got a fab hot sauce.
Staff were really friendly & I'll definitely be visiting other locations closer to home!
b.
Beautiful place and great surroundings, fantastic to see places of history being used so well and great food and drink, at reasonable prices too. 😀
W. F.
Nice atmosphere and good cocktails. Excellent value in happy hour.
L. &. J. H. L.
We have being going here a long time as we eat gluten free due to celiac. Never seems to disappoint
J. H. J.
I enjoyed the atmosphere in Seco Lounge, it was a very comfortable place to chill and have a drink. The decor was very posh and it was good scenery. I had a cocktail it was nice but pricey. I havent eaten here but hear the food is good.
A. K.
Friendly, welcoming staff, good food which is well priced too.
L. G.
Had a lovely lunch here. Staff lovely and premises clean and tidy.
R. W.
Really enjoyable evening with great staff. Everything was spotless and the atmosphere was great, providing a great ambience.
Quite a busy midweek evening so a slight wait on food, but this was explained on entering and again when ordering.
D. J.
Had a working breakfast. It was huge. App worked very well and staff were relaxed and friendly
A. N.
Food was delicious. Wouldn't hurt the staff to smile once in a while.
K. o.
Great quality food. Fast service. I used the QR code you scan at the table and it was really easy to use.
J. W.
Service was very good. Food was nice however slightly expensive. Partner had pancakes which were clearly just packet microwave pancakes, so very over priced for that.
All was excellent on full English apart from trying to hide the severely burnt toast on the underside.
C. S.
Excellent food, ideal portion size, all freshly cooked and reasonably priced too!! Will definitely be returning soon
A. R.
Really nice coffee and atmosphere. We had our 1st date in here and we ended up calling our cat Seco
P. L.
Staff managed to fit 5 adults and 2 children inside as the weather threatened rain. One of the adults was in a mobility scooter and was told they could bring it in if we wanted. Drinks could be ordered at the bar, food was ordered on the app. Good choice and it came reasonably quickly. Its a popular venue and it gets full so early visit is advised if poss otherwise have patience and front of house will try to get you seated as soon as.
A.
Great setting and no need for bookings which helps. We had the vegan burger and it was excellent - highly recommend it. If you sit outside do watch out for seagulls mind - they will pounce if you don’t pay attention!
J. D.
The food and drink is great. However, every time we have been we have had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. Slightly disappointing.
L. J.
Nice place, seating both inside and outside. One downside is if you have a group larger than 6 then you cannot all sit together. Shame when it's a nice day and the management don't allow you to add one seat onto a table as we had 7. Would suggest putting a sign outside to let people know so the staff don't get grief and huffy with customers on asking.
S. E.
Lovely food and reasonably priced. Wonderful location with plenty of parking.
F. M.
Really lovely. Brilliant for vegans. Such a great menu.
V. S.
Great service and food. Good gluten free selection of foods.
F. S.
Food was amazing and the service 10/10. I have a weird allergy and the staff were very accommodating, double and triple checking for cross contamination even for the smallest things. I will be back and would recommend the Plymouth Venue to anyone. Thanks Matt B for all your help.
M. S.
Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Large variety of drinks available and good food menu. Service was prompt and with a smile. Only downside for me was the seating was uncomfortable
L. C.
Very nice burger after a lovely trip round Mount Edgecumbe, will be back again
w. b.
A lovely atmosphere and setting. The food tasted amazing but the sizes were extremely small. I had the bang bang chicken for &12.50 and I could fit the portion in one hand. Portion sizes of course don’t have to be large but it seemed cheeky considering the prices for the meals. A friend had pulled brisket which came in a round clay dish and the brisket didn’t reach halve-way up the fork when stabbed in.
We were also charged before eating which I think is a poor touch of customer service.
Please bare in mind we ordered 5 meals off the menu that were small (excluding the burger) but there may be meals of a larger size and the meals we had tasted lovely! This however may not be the place for you if you are looking for a substantial meal around the £11 region.
S. N.
Great atmosphere, food and staff were attentive and friendly
m. p.
My first visit, and I was not to impressed, my main meal was cooked where my friend had the same dish was very over cooked close to burnt. Desert was not much better. I had the chocolate brownie which came as hard as a biscuit. Where my friends had churros was under cooked and just warm. I will not be put off by it, l will return for another go next year.
T. W.
Amazing menu, great service, brilliant atmosphere and delicious food.
L. C.
Great staff,great weather .
B. O.
We spent a few hours here after arriving for a short break. Can I first of all say how brilliant the staff were.. from booking us in (a short wait) to serving us yummy tapas. So impressed, friendly & efficient. Well done you guys. It's tough times & some people get impatient but you didn't get flustered or rude, best staff I've seen for months.
Thank you 😊
J. D.
Fabulous tapas, absolutely delicious 😋
T. K.
Friendly staff and haven't tasted anything under good food. If you've got a big appetite I highly recommend the ultimate chicken burger and afterwards a warm brownie with ice cream. (Reminder for travelers, lemonade isn't the same here as American lemonade)
A. H.
Food was nice, waitress less so. We were a party of 4 (plus one infant) made up of two couples. When we had ordered and needed to pay by card and asked the waitress to split the bill in half, she flat our refused to work it out saying "I don't do maths at this time in the morning, you'll need to work it out" with a completely deadpan, unfriendly expression. It's was 11:30, not exactly 6am. We told her the amounts we wanted per card and she barely muttered a 'thanks' before walking off. Either way, we had a good laugh at her inability to divide £53 by two and being annoyed at us asking her to do so!
C. D.
Beautiful interior and loved hearing the history behind the area as i was visiting. The food was so good and so was their milkshakes. I was so full i couldn't eat it all but tried to anyway!
H. W.
Menu is currently limited and there was quite a wait for food (we were notified of this prior to being shown to our seats) food is good, atmosphere is pleasant. Vegan options available, but currently not as many as usual.
L. H.
Was recommended to us. Had breakfast but was not very hot and quite expensive. Very popular I think because the venue was exceptional. Also difficult to find if you've never been before
L. H.
Always good for gluten free food and staff are always friendly!
K. H.
Spotless clean. Dedicated staff with cheerful disposition, loved my fish finger roll and pinot grigio.
W. P.
Lovely place for breakfast, quiet and relaxing. Lovely setting within royal William yard. Good menu and good food.
M. S.
Over all good, but we had cheesy chips which weren't very nice. 🤢
H. C.
Amazing, friendly staff. Huge menu to choose from. Fantastic refreshing drinks. Dog friendly which is very useful. Last time i was there, my mom and i were disappointed in the chicken burgers we had(chicken, bacon and avocado), however the drinks and service definitely made up for it.
N. R.
It's ok. Definitely better in the summer. Visited recently for lunch and had a pretty good meal. But the draft from the doors made it too cold. I did enjoy my burger. So much nicer to sit outside but if it's winter I prefer to be snug.
J. S.
Lovely food and the Cherry Bakewell pitcher is highly recommended 🤩
L. W.
Drinks are good, coffee is good, Food is ok but expect a minimum of 45 minutes wait. Been here multiple times and it's always at least 45-60 mins until food arrives.
A. G.
Lovely food and great service.
L. D.
Best restaurant at the Royal William Yard. And I tried them all! Great breakfast, lunch AND burgers !! Amazing outdoor seating location right on the water. But most of all, great service !! Thank you.
C. M.
Great food, nice space. Vegan menu with plenty of options. Non Dairy milks and allergies clearly listed! Dog friendly too.....
D. S.
Perfect breakfast. Simply perfect. Impossible to improve on what I was given. Credit to the chef.
I just wish it wasn't 5.5hrs drive from home 😁
A. T.
Nice atmosphere, beer and sandwich pretty good too. How lucky that us 2 oldies had my son with us. We didn't have the technology to order via the app....🤔 All ok though!
M. A.
Not a bad choice of food and drink, cosy, little cold, but nicely decorated and set off with an unexpected quiz night.
P. L.
A really nice bar in Royal William Yard. I often stop here for a drink and some lunch. Menu is nice and varied, drinks are nice and the staff are very helpful. Perfect place to unwind on the weekend.
N. T.
Love this place, excellent service which was fast and efficient and a comfortable place to get away from things and get a bit of exam revision done! Delicious food too!
P. C.
Food of a great quality for the price and a big selection, they also cater for food allergies, Vg gf ect. Friendly staff
Welcoming relaxed environment and clean. Child friendly also.
L.
Great location with an extensive menu including lots of vegan options. Really lovely vibe and the staff are always very friendly.
Sometimes there can be quite a long wait for food, but that's the price you pay for choosing a large popular place!
R. W.
We visited this place today as it was dog friendly and looked lovely on the website, what a gorgeous find with attentive, friendly staff and lovely food. They're working extremely hard to keep their customers happy, and we are certainly one of their happy customers. 😊
A. B.
I'd highly recommended Seco lounge, I was visiting the area on holiday & met up with a friend for lunch, I found their menu was excellent & catered well for my food intolerance to wheat. Lots of choices. Staff where polite & professional.
t. a.
Great place 🥰 highly recommend...Dog friendly... 5 stars *****
K. H.
Always friendly and welcoming staff. Dog friendly too. Nice food and quick service. Table service available too.
T. K.
Delicious avocado brunch and tasty coffee ☺️ cozy place and friendly staff
P. W.
The most COVID-19 responsive venue I’ve been to in the south west. The staff have been consistent in their approach to customer and staff safety.
Friendly and efficient service with good food and situated in a lovely Grade 1 listed building with fantastic surrounding views.
Keep up the good work!
C. L.
Went for a morning walk around the yard and thought we would stop for some lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. We chose our brunch options from the menu and placed our order for food and drinks. Sat back down and drinks arrived and then within one sip of our drinks the food arrived! Such fast service and delicious food. Great portion sizes and nice relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back for breakfast/lunch in the future 😋 yummy!
R. G.
Stop by for a breakfast/brunch with a friend, we had a small child with us and we were able to hide away to avoid disturbing anyone else. The staff were friendly and efficient.
C. E.
On the right day there is great food and a good atmosphere, on a bad day its too busy to hear yourself think, but the food is still good.
A. T.
Nice atmosphere to the place. Loses a star due to the prices. Very high for both food and drinks.
C. W.
Visited over the bank Holiday and it was rammed with punters having a great time adding to the great atmosphere. Sat outside originally but as the wind picked up it got a little bit chilly. Food is good had a steak sub. The breakfast options looked amazing. Will definitely be going back.
E.
Absolutely amazing service and a full gluten free menu (and I don't just mean one main and one salad...)! The burger was delicious, haven't been able to have one for a long time, not many places do GF ones.
The place itself felt safe with the Covid-19 precautions taken by staff. Thank you!
N. M.
First visit and I loved it. Great service, very friendly and professional. Wide selection of food and drinks. Good quality and tasty food. Will be going back for sure
C. O.
Nice atmosphere. Good range of drink and good food. Great vegan options. Great service too
V. B.
Nice food and drink if a tad expensive.
Unfortunately almost always a large queue at busy times to order at the till, decent table service would be much preferable.
Tables and the place generally could do with being cleaner too.
Seems a little under staffed which makes for service of both food and drink that is annoyingly slow.
Shame as a nice location and the place conducive. Needs investment and better management.
L. P. h.
I love the interior, the lamp shades, artistic paintings and seating - just like their sister restaurants all over the UK - Mercado Lounge in Market Harborough & Kino Lounge in Kettering. The menu’s are exactly the same. There’s a gluten free menu. Suitable for families with small children, they have high chairs. Suitable for dog owners. Burgers, fries, breakfasts all day, vegetarian/vegan options & meat eaters. Hot and cold beverages, including cocktails and mocktails. I do love a strawberry sherbet or lemonade sherbet. I’m sure they have WiFi - you may have to check. Chilled out and relaxing environment. Last time I visited Seco lounge, there was a one way system and you had to scan the barcode on the table and order via phone. Also suitable for disabled people. Large toilets.
A. S.
Very popular venue, offering a great selection of food and drinks. They even have a separate gluten free and vegan menu with seems to get added to each time I visit. I always have a vegan option which are really great tasting and value for money. Staff always really friendly and courteous too.
W. B.
Great food friendly staff good service.
R. H.
Great place that serves an awesome Eggs Bennie
N. E.
The bright side: Great location and the food and drink was really good!
The wrong side : You have to order at the bar......... You have to pay for bread (I never see that in my life), and I paid more than it would be (13£ instead of 10,5£) and when I asked the employee why I paid more, they just said "we don't know". But they didn't offer me anything, not even just some braid.... incredible.
What a pity because the food was really good (that's why I put 3 stars, you could thanks your cooker :p )
M. L.
Saturday brunch was fab - will repeat/recommend
J. S.
Great atmosphere always a busy murmur when you arrived. Service is always quick and friendly and the coffee is brilliant.
Food is great, have been many times and never been disappointed, even when it's manic.
Massive plus point is dogs are allowed as well.
A. M.
We regularly go for their monday pub quiz, we cannot quiz to save our lives but for a £1 each it's really worth the laugh and comfortable atmosphere! Food is always amazing, my fav being the lounge burger! Not too pricey either.
Bar staff are always friendly and fun, we usually stay near to close and it's nice to see them enjoy their job and interact with customers like they do! We'll be back for Monday quiz night in the future! One day we might end up in the top 3, but probably not anytime soon..
C. Q.
Friendly staff, lovely coffee. Our first time here and the food was just okay, I ordered a burger for my partner without onion and stressed how important it was to not have onion as he's allergic....it then arrived with onion. I ordered the steak for myself rare and it came very well done. The sides however were lovely and would reccomed the Halloumi fries. Its a lovely restaurant and brilliant staff but the kitchen doesn't seem to be able to take into consideration how people want their food.
P. O.
Had a wonderful experience at Seco Lounge watched an amazing sunset followed by good food washed down with pretty cocktails a great place to spend an evening will definitely visit again big thank you to all the hard working staff who made it all so enjoyable.
Z. T.
Great food great service and a lovely location.
Always visit when we are in Plymouth :)
P. H.
Great place to be. Good food, nice people, Kid-friendly. Thanks for having us.
P. A.
Ok place in nice setting.Staff nice but a bit self inportant.Food ok i only had tapas
F. T.
Very welcoming. Good tasty food. Went there for our works Xmas meal. There's also comfy chair with board games available if you want to use them. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend a visit.
A. M.
I have been for brunch and for dinner and a few times just for a drink. The Seco Lounge is a pleasant welcoming place. Good menu with plenty of variety, lots of gluten free and vegan choices. I can really recommend the fish finger sandwich. I will visit again.
K. H. (.
Lovely place, really relaxed atmosphere, plenty of different seating to accommodate everyone, Staff are amazing, helpful, polite, and don't hover over you but are always around to help you if needed. Food is great I've been a few times now and I've never had a problem and I'm usually in a big group and there have been no complaints, they also do breakfasts all day which I really like.
A. P.
On our recent trip to the UK, our friends took us here for a trivia night - and we had an absolutely blast! If I ignore the fact that we got absolutely destroyed at trivia (not my strong suit), the evening was great. Their hot chocolate was really delicious on such a cool evening. I also tried their tapas board - I picked four items and every one was delicious. I will be forever trying to recreate the corn fritters with chili jam - they were to die for!
C. H.
Good food good staff very busy
J. M.
Our favourite place to lunch on a Friday. Great welcoming service and a great Gf menu all the dishes are very tasty and most of them are the same as the main menu but without the gluten, which is great as then I dont feel different.
You can eat for two with small drinks for under £20.
There is Tapas , 3 plates i think are £9.99 and the portions are good but dont quite me on the price, check out the menu.
In the summer, if you can get a table, sit outside and enjoy the warmth and the views.
L. D.
Love the ambience, will definitely go back again
K. H.
Great atmosphere and cocktail menu. Lots of Gluten Free options and games to play if fancy. Can be busy at times but when its not definately doesn't feel like a chain. Would recommend.
G. K.
Great food, let us know of food delay before we even sat down but it was still super quick to me. Great place.
G. F.
Lovely food. Friendly staff. Yes you'll queue but only if you show up at peak times. Come for early lunch or dinner and you'll be fine. Comfy chairs, music not too loud if you go during the day. Very reasonably priced and service with a smile which makes a change to most of the places you visit nowadays. I'll be back 😊
E. H.
Booked a table very late at the end of the night, they squeezed me in and made me an amazing meal and cocktail for me, perfectly cooked and great service.
G. P.
This is a go to spot when visiting the Royal William Yard. The tapas and small at options are great. I had the vegan breakfast on my last visit and it didn't disappoint. If I was being picky, the alternative "bacon" wasn't the nest I've had. A really good spot for coffee and alcoholic drinks too.
S. S.
So nice to see a whole vegan menu
S. C.
The venue itself is really nice being in an old, historical building. The cooling lemonade was delicious and we were happy with other drinks and cocktails. Food was nice but not the best we've experienced. Falafel and avocado wrap was nice. A large breakfast was good value for money. The jambalaya (chicken, chorizo and prawn) on the specials menu really wasn't all that special and could do with improving. I probably would go back.
T. A.
Some items are a little expensive for lunch, but generally the food is good and there’s a nice offering. The interior design is good but not as nice as some other Lounge locations. Service was quite slow for me during lunchtime on several occasions.
e.
Great food, good prices. The music is way to high though and you can't really talk or hear properly.
Also the wait staff don't clear the tables. We had to clear a table ourselves so we could sit down. A lot of tables were like this throughout the evening.
Duah a shame for a nice place.
T. K.
Quite expensive for what you get. Not great value basically. The chairs and tables are not great either. Tables too high for the chairs etc. And tables should be cleaned more regularly.
r. w.
Always love this place. The decor is great and really creates a relaxed vibe. The food is also great but a little shy on the portions. However it is still my most visited bar/restaurant in plymouth.
S. W.
An absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delightful and, to top it all off Matt provided some incredible service! Will most definitely be back!!
J. A. (.
Lovely place in the Royal William Yard. I've been here a few times but I haven't left a review. The menu offers plenty of different types of food. The breakfast menu is great as it runs all day (so don't worry about sleeping in and missing breakfast!) I would honestly book if you're planning on visiting at a weekend as it can be very popular. Great location as there are plenty of other restaurants near by if you wanted to have a few drinks of an evening.
A. P.
Enjoyed a lovely reasonably priced lunch here today catching up with 2 friends. Sadly we decided to leave earlier than we anticipated. We found the volume of the music was just too loud. We asked for it to be turned down and were told yes it would be turned down. But it wasn't. We decided after waiting a while we had enough. We had wanted to catch up and be able to talk to each. We finally let staff know on our way out why we were leaving. Why does the volume of music have to be so loud? It really ruined our lunchtime.
M. D.
Great staff, nice atmosphere, and delicious food, as always.
A. M.
We've been coming here for years, since it first opened. Often a very popular place, especially on a sunny evening, but nevertheless a great place to relax and unwind. The menu is quite extensive and fairly cosmopolitan; lots of influences from other countries. Not particularly expensive. The only downside to this lounge is a lack of decent desserts and cakes, but maybe that's just our opinion.
M. R.
Always a nice experience in the laid back surroundings.
Had all day breakfast which was nice enough along with a couple of coffees to while away a couple of hours
R. T.
Great service and very good food.
M.
Popped, great staff and dog friendly. There dessert was nice enough we may have ordered a 2nd round 😉 all staff lovely especially guy with no hair but awesome tosh 😋
We will visit next month for the illuminate festival
d. k.
Great atmosphere, nice food and drinks.
S. C.
Great place to eat and drink! Great atmosphere, good food, very good gluten free menu, very dog friendly, staff are brilliant!! Always free to chat and offer suggestions on the menus and also places to go and see! Thanks for everything while we've been here on our hols!
l. r.
Fantastic friendly staff. Good menu lovely food, great place. Very accommodating as we were a large group of 14 that booked very last minute. Highly recommended.
K. S.
Food is amazing and great for gluten free and vegan. Would give it 5 star if they played music a little quieter or put some sound absorption on the walls. Even at breakfast/lunch time I can barely hear the people I'm sat with.
I. T.
Nice food, nice venue. Not crazy expensive either
B. W.
Very fond memories of this place over several years. The Pub Quiz nights on a Monday are always worth going to, and is packed. Good beer, reasonable food. But it's the venue and the location that you really go for, it's hard to think of anywhere that could beat it come summer or winter.
M. P.
Sometimes difficult to get a table due to popularity but nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good choice of food with vegetarian options available and food prices reasonable in comparison to some of the other restaurants within the Royal William Yard. This is also a dog friendly restaurant (well behaved dogs allowed inside) However there is a large outdoor seating area which has views of the water for those warmer days
M. E.
Quirky inside and situated in stunning waterside location. Seating outside located beautifully in the afternoon and evening sun. Set in 200 year old granite victualling yard. Just wish the service was quicker. At this location customers don't wait to be served at the bar they form an orderly queue which can be long and slow.
A. S.
Great food, they were very busy but the staff were all super friendly and helpful. It had a great atmosphere too.
A. Z.
Interior is really nice, trendy, cosy and with attention to details. And people who work there seems lovely too. However food and coffee was average at most , I wouldn't go there for meal again. It could be cool place to come for a drink and live music in the evening though.
R. S.
Nice venue in a great location with good food if a little pricey, staff are courteous and adhered to all COVID guidelines, worth checking out.
S. L.
Food good staff friendly and feel relaxed when I am there
A. W.
Great service. Had a kitchen mix up and they bent over backwards to make up for it, along with a million apologies. Lovely food, good staff.
R. M.
Super warm and welcoming staff as always, great food with affordable prices
B. S.
Top spot for a meal and a chill out drink. Lovely girls behind the bar and very helpful. It took a little time to get use to all the dogs on leads with their owners inside the venue, still, when in Rome......
E. W.
Seco lounge is lovely and cosy, they do some lovely food and a nice coffee! The down side for me is just how packed out this place gets, but that is because it's a great place to hang out in a fab location. Also reasonably priced.
S. T.
Took an hour for food but they did tell us on arrival. I had chicken, bacon and avo salad was worth the wait.
E. N.
Came here with friends..first time since pre pandemic.. the place has a great ambience and thebstafg are friendly. The menu has been updated and has some decent choices.. I had a buttermilk chicken burger with avocado & bacon with a side of sweet potato fries. The other pictures shown are of a mac n cheese side which we shared, and a kids portion of warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. My friends enjoyed the place too. Will definitely be back. Recommend.
S. t. B.
Found a Sister Lounge in Torquay, so as we were staying in Plymouth for a few days, I wanted to find the Seco Lounge for Brunch too. Another great location! I love the concept, the drinks and the menus. A really great Bar and Restaurant...sort of right in the water front.
k. w.
Lovely place to eat good selection of foods with vegan and gluten free options.
Staff a bit confused about the orders because table.numbers weren't clear.
But still a.nice experience
B. R.
The location and the historic building of this 'Lounge' make it easily the best in the chain. The food is as good as you tend to get and certainly blows Truro's franchise out of the park. I'm always a bit miffed why they insist on never having any uniform for the staff as my only real issue is that it's almost impossible to spot the trendy staff from the trendy punters... Also, gets very busy on a sunny day, arrive early for the best table and allow for a wait at the bar.
C. B.
There are many other establishments, especially in the Exeter area, that are run by this group....but this one is the best. Best location ( sea/river views ) ....nice ambience...more upmarket. Staff always excellent....food choice good....I just love the tapas. Quite a big place served by very very small toilet facilities....c'mon Lounge sort it....
L. B.
Brought my neice here for a celebration. She had the chicken burger and I had bang bang chicken and both were really nice and a good portion size. It was very busy but they organised it well and warned us how long the food would take, so it was all good!
c. j.
Nice breakfast, a little small compared to a cafe breakfast and no sausage. Latte was nice but could have been a bit hotter and not half a cup of foam. Sounds a lot of negatives but it was nice and pleasant staff.
K. L.
Another lovely pub bistro with a good varied menu including tapas. At the time they were offering 3 Spanish tapas dishes and a glass of wine for around £10 which is really good value. They also do a great English breakfast menu or brunch in the mornings. Nice to sit outside on a good day overlooking the marina a passenger ferry to the Barbican etc.Easy parking but pay and display. Mobility friendly too.
T. B.
Food and drink are always of a high standard. Staff are friendly and helpful and always give a time estimate on food. It can sometimes be loud because of the style of building however this doesn't detract from the lovely atmosphere and views.
A. S.
Very busy due to a food and craft fayre at the Royal William Yard, but the service was great and the food was delicious. Bit of a wait for the meal but nothing more than I'd expect. Would recommend.
L. C.
Went out for breakfast. Just winged it. Free prosecco as it was my partners birthday. Great service.
A. T.
Nice little restaurant. Food was tasty and nicely served. Staff very helpful. Toilets could do with a lick of paint but its not like i spent much time in there. Liked it.
c. b.
Delicious food, amazing atmosphere and really helpful staff,
The toilets were clean and the bar had a nice navy theme.
The food was that of comfort and was the first time in years I had a nice big portion of macaroni cheese, I cannot recommend the place enough.
P.s there are vegan options and if you are dairy intollerent or pretty much any other allergy you can customise the dishes to include meet if that's your preference.
D. C.
Nice venue and good food. Spoiled somewhat by ridiculous queuing system. Whether you want to order food for a table, or just get a pint, you all have to join the same queue. Even if you're already seated and enjoying a meal! Very, very frustrating at peak times :(
P. J.
Always a queue for the bar and limited beer options.
T.
Love it here! The food is always so delicious, and staff are super helpful
S. B.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Looked after me and my partner with regards to allergens. Delicious food and cocktails. Just an all-round great place. I would certainly recommend and visit again.
I. L.
A brilliant bar situated in an old Royal Navy Victualing yard. Has a good selection of hot and cold beverages, various alcoholic drinks too. A good food menu. They have games in boxes to keep the little ones content. Comfortable seating.
L. A.
Great atmosphere, always really busy which shows how popular it is. Food is really good - the private function room is great for parties and events. The surrounding area of the Royal William Yard just tops it off.
J. M.
Great food, great service & fab location.
A. R.
Food is fantastic there is a vegan menu with a good variety/gluten free menu and they cater to other allergies staff are really helpful and friendly service very good at there job. A good knowledge of the ingredients because most of the food is locally sourced, the hummus is yummy.
K. A.
Always a fantastic visit no matter what time of day you go.
Brunch is fabulous.
Afternoon drinks in the sun, outside is great.
Evening meals always nice.
Friendly, family vibes and dog friendly.
E. D.
Cold. Feels like there is no heating on at all! Confirmed by the mulled cider being less than tepid! Food ordered cancelled due to a 45 minute wait. Topped off with background music which was not needed. Unimpressed and I will not be returning very soon.
D. B.
Awesome!
D. C.
Royal William Yard is just gorgeous with a great atmosphere, staff fine, but food always overpriced for what you get. I have been here about 3 times over a period of about 18 months. Each time I leave with exactly the same impression. NIce atmosphere but feel food is just tasteless, small portions and just a bit ripped off as the food is just not up to scratch. I had 3 tapas. This will be the last time I will not be eating here again. Sort it out Seco Lounge because otherwise you really work.
D. T.
Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere child friendly food lovely.
J. N.
Visted during a busy time of day on New Years Eve, varied menu with choice of vegetarian options, reasonably priced and prompt service. Food was tasty and of a good sized portion and value for money. Relaxed atmosphere catering to a wide range of age groups including families with young children. The only let down was the bar tender not knowing what went into our ordered cocktails and asking for help :-( (un professional) Resulting in a lack lusture experience of an over priced mock cocktail which tasted awful due to the manner in which it was hurridly made using too much lime and amounted to nothing more than orange juice! Otherwise friendly and approachable staff who interacted well with customers.
P. M.
Had a really good time. The food was simple but delicious. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go again.
D. C.
We had a lovely time In the seco lounge it was my sister's 50th birthday and she got a bottle bubbly to celebrate with. We had a wonderful day and my sister felt very special I would recommend anyone to go weather it's for a coffee meal or a drink the food is good coffee is great staff are amazing what more can I say .
l. h.
Was so cold we had to keep our costs on while we ate. Food is usually amazing here but very mediocre this time with vegetables that some were overcooked and some undercooked all in the same dish.. tomato 'salsa' not very good just being a raw tomato with a chilli that was not even chopped properly. Not sure if I'd go here again
h. M.
It was alright, the food was nice enough, the staff were friendly, the only thing the let it down was we wernt told there would be a delay with food orders when we were seated, so we ended up waiting around 45 mins for our breakfast to arrive, if they had pre warned us of the timings we could have made a more informed decision on what we wanted to do, as the delay delayed our afternoon plans, but other than that, it was alright.
o. m.
Amazing breakfast with a view ! Would really recommended!
R. W.
Great food in great location.
R. V.
Seco lounge is a busy eatery. Decor is interesting, set in an old naval supplies warehouse. It's loud - the music is quite intrusive and there are no soft furnishings to absorb chatter, so if you're a little hard of hearing you might struggle. Food is OK. Mexican bowl was really quite small but tasty. Chilli was more generous but I was still a bit hungry. Tapas were OK. Dessert - cheesecake with berry compote was excellent and plenty big enough to share. Service was delightful.
S. H.
Good service and great atmosphere, although when its busy its loud!
Food has always been excellent, and the views are very relaxing. Highly recommend for a quick lunch in the sun or an early breakfast.
I. D.
Good service and food. A favourite in the Royal William Yard. They allow dogs in seco and do good breakfasts, brunch, lunch and tapas. Monday quiz nights are fun and the place is quirky with a good vibe.
A. G.
Nice place. Good beers and wines, but selection doesn't change much. Good food, but not breath taking... Perhaps, dependable! A safe bet for a quick pit stop. Dogs welcome.
S. M.
Been going to Seco for a few years now, the food is fantastic, they do amazing cocktails and the atmosphere is really chill. Will continue to come back here!
D. G.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff
J. S.
Friendly efficient staff with a wide selection of breakfast/brunch options. Usual food allergy and intolerances catered for!
B. C.
Stopped here for lunch. Very good service and quality of food. Speed of delivery to table also good. The only criticism might be that the dining area is large and can get quite loud sometimes.
D. H.
Friendly atmosphere, prices not bad, bacon sarnie lovely
A. A.
The most laid back and relaxed venue in Plymouth - great food and drinks to suit all moods and tastes. Great for breakfast, brunch and evening meals or just a quick bite. Excellent
S. M.
Lovely interesting food! Good service. Music too loud and ladies loo needs to be checked more often.....no paper in one, untidy paper on the floor, no handwash in one sink.
J. D.
Great service. Very covid safe. Nice food at reasonable price.
I. J. N.
Great food, ambience and warm place. The staff are very good too. Love the service here always, been so many times and have never been disappointed.
O. M.
Tried on recommendation but not overly impressed, went on Monday lunchtime, fairly busy and staff friendly but disappointed with lack of cleanliness, table we were offered was sticky and uncleaned, had to ask for napkins as none provided with cutlery/meal.
The food and menu were OK but nothing to shout about.
T. A.
Nice chilled out vibe in great setting. Board games are a nice touch
J. D.
Been to Seco (pronounced S-e-coe) many times and always very enjoyable. Never sure which way the queue goes but always find the team member Mike really helpful. Food always good and they make a cracking breakfast
See you again soon Seco
C. B.
Really lovely setting, great venue poor service
T. M.
Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Great choice, caters for all tastes and a great kids menu! Quiz night on a Monday is great!
s. J.
Great atmosphere friendly staff, brilliant in the summer. We can jet ski in have lunch and back out again. Car park is not bad for plymouth
B. E.
Nice place to sit for a drink and a bite to eat. Dog friendly so great if you're there after a walk. Been there a few times when our first choices have already run out, so not sure if that's just tough luck or not..
E. F.
Great food. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Children welcome and table activities available for them.
Good parking and wonderful historical location.
J. C.
A lovely comfortable restaurant. On my many visits the food has always been very good. Service is good but has been a little slow on occasions.
P. M.
Seated quickly and excellent service. Lovely surroundings. Throughly recommend it
k. s.
Great food, great prices, beautiful location and a friendly atmosphere. Albeit tables do sometimes feel a little squashed together!
M. H.
Nice food, excellent service. The staff really couldn't have been more helpful. A definite asset to the company.
J. O.
My original review only gave one star which I did in error as you can now see it has 5 stars , lovely meeting place for drinks and reasonably priced food. Nice atmosphere.
A. M.
Incredible setting, great food at very competitive prices. Good vegan and gluten free menu to cater for all. Well worth a visit.
J. B.
Really nice, chilled vibe. Food's pretty good too with a nice selection of drinks. Little pricey but the atmosphere makes up for it. They do a good quiz as well.
G. Y.
A good location and good staff. Drinks are a little expensive but it's more an eating venue. You have to pay for parking, better to use at as and end of walk gathering than worry about parking.
C. M.
Great breakfast, fast and efficient service. Breakfast with stick toffee pudding , both great.
B. S.
Lovely place to eat at Royal William Yard. Only downside is that during peak times the food can arrive before the hot drinks. That said the staff are very hardworking.
R. S.
Great food and atmosphere, smiley and helpful staff every time I've visited.
T. P.
Great atmosphere. Lively mixed bunch of people. Appeared to be very cosmopolitan. A but loud but a good place to catch up and have fun.
J. C.
Really good food and friendly staff too. Been loads of times and never disappoints!
S. S.
Situated in the Royal William Yard, Seco Lounge has great surroundings and serves quality food great for breakfast or lunch. I have never had dinner in there yet so can't comment any further.
B. F.
A pleasant atmosphere and the food is ok, what let's it down is the need to queue even if only for a drink.
Expect long waiting times on summer days.
D.
Not a bad place for a light lunch or drinks in the sun. However, I paid through the nose for a cocktail (wasn't on the menu, fair enough) only to get half thrown down the sink (not fair enough).
S. R.
Great food, service, atmosphere and prices. Great for kids too. Been here many times and never had any complaints
c. s.
Always seems busy, but not to noisy, the food is always nice and waiting time is reasonable, staff are polite and friendly. Always a pleasant experience.
M. S.
Nice ambiance, reasonable value
R. C.
Great ambiance, superb location, drinks great and reasonably priced, not tried the food as always come here for a pre meal drink, although I'm told the breakfast is great
d. j.
Great food, well trained and quality staff. Eaten here many times and not let down once.
P. H. P.
Set in the historic Royal William Yard, this popular eating house has it all. Good food, good surroundings in a stunning location. Sit outside in the sun on the harbourside and watch the Cremyll ferry plying back and forward to Mount Edgcumbe. You can also catch a ferry to the Barbican from here passing the whole length of Plymouth Hoe, Drakes Island etc.😎
A. C.
The stack of pancakes are really nice.
B. W.
Relaxed place to go for food and drink. Large menu selection for gluten free and vegans.
Wasn't impressed with the bar queuing system implemented at busier times
C. S.
Really lovely food and great atmosphere. Although the tables are very squished together. But great time .
S. b.
The food was really nice. Staff friendly and a good atmosphere. Not the cheapest place but good settings. Will go back again.
M. G.
Middling chain bar with dressed up fast food. Kids well catered for, adult meals just bigger versions of the same. OK for a drink and a light bite.
C. W.
It's OK nice decor and staff but what is with the queuing system at the bar can millennials not queue for a drink in a conventional way maybe they are too used to queuing at a fast food outlet!
T. S.
Our absolute favourite place for a coffee and a chill day or night. 😍☕ Staff are super friendly and the food and coffee is amazing 10/10
P. S.
Nice lunch menu- Lounge Eggs are a house range of Eggs Benedict and very good. Pleasant atmosphere in historical setting
D. W.
Ellie makes the BEST cocktails, hot danggg they Peng!
E. N.
A great venue situated in Royal William Yard in Plymouth with a well stocked range of food and drinks on offer, a highlight is their tapas menu.
C. B.
The Lounges are always consistently good and Seco was no dissapointment. The staff worked on the COVID cleaning and distancing. Thank you👍
I. W.
Had a super breakfast. Friendly staff and felt very safe. Amazing location too.
A. W.
Love this place, it's just such a relaxed environment, you can eat and play board games if you wish.
Food is amazing.
I. P.
Yummy food. Great outside space in the sun
S.
One of the better places in plymouth as far as watering hole goes. Pleasant food. Hipster staff. All chilled.
Bit slow on service on occasion but overall really nice
J. G.
Great food and good atmosphere. Wide variety on menu. Child friendly. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!
V. S.
Good snack and a good drink and staff were brilliant
S. R.
Excellent breakfast, although we had to wait for a long time for food to turn up... Might be worth going at a less busy time.. Not a Saturday morning 🤔
N. E.
Today it was good/ food good selection for anybody even the pickiest, friendly staff they check to make sure that your happy with your meal, dogs welcome, I would say check this place out👍
M. E.
Standard loungers chain establishment. Not amazing but equally not bad. The team here were very friendly and accomodating. Sadly it was a little cold inside and there are no cask ales.
W. R.
Lovely place good food
M. S.
Love the atmosphere and decor. Food and drink really good great place to chill on a lazy Saturday afternoon.
M. “. S.
Great service, friendly staff with quality food. I do think they need a little time to get used to Covid19 systems
O. N.
Understaffed when we were their. Would expect a quicker service to justify the price. The staff were polite and helpful. Would still recommend a visit as maybe I was just unlucky. 😀
J.
Nice food. Good selection and not too expensive. Can get very busy
D. S.
Very busy Cafe Bar in Plymouth's must visit Royal William Yard.
Breakfast and lunch menu's are varied and there is always that hustle and bustle that business people give a place.
In the evening the venue is popular with diners.
Really worth a visit. If you're a visitor the Royal William Yard is a short taxi ride which is recommended as parking can be a nightmare.
N. N.
Actually really good place to meet up for a business meeting, the food is good and the coffee as well. The staff was brilliant and I was lucky to grab a place in a comfy sofa.
S. B.
Very well organised, very friendly and efficient. To be fair we only had a drink, no food. But we would go back.
G. O.
Tasty food, good staff, nice location. Great to sit outside with your coffee on a sunny morning. There is better at RWY but still worth a visit.
S. W.
Really lovely setting, the décor is in keeping with where it is, dog friendly, and kids welcome. The food was hot when it arrived. I recommend this one!,
I.
Very nice customer service when we called them by mistake. Also I have been there lots and it is always very clean and good quality food.
S. T.
Nice friendly staff very reasonable prices for evening food. Ordering drinks at the bar and food at the table was a bit confusing for our table of 8 but we got there in the end and we had a nice evening
M. K.
Great place to eat, drink and hang out. Good enough drink options and very tasty interesting food. Great setting at Royal William Yard.
A. S.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is brilliant, too. Would visit again.
M. R.
Friendly staff, great service and excellent meals and drinks. Superb setting indoors and outside.
L. H.
Great food and drinks, excellent service, and a nice relaxing place.
M. C.
Just love this place - great location and atmosphere. Foods good too. Just wish they would have more draft ales
D. H.
I've never been here. I don't know where it is or what it is. I'm sure its great! I've just remembered I have been here for my friends wedding reception. They had a finger buffet, finger food not fingers!!!!.......ewww!
J. G.
Good for families. Games available to keep them occupied. Gets very busy at weekends with long queues for food. Good atmosphere during the week with less people.
B. C.
Good food. Nice place to relax. Also virus protection, in hands face and space.
A. H.
Really nice place but the food and drinks are incredibly expensive and you have to form an orderly queue at the bar rather than use the entire length of it which just feels slow and wrong.
N. B.
It's quite hipster-y, but the food is lovely and there's a nice relaxed atmosphere. We keep going back!
R. R.
Very busy night 2 hr wait on food but was told that apon arrival... Amazing staff and food came earlier then expected
C. W.
Superb food. Good value for money. Very friendly staff. Great service
AND THEY ALL LOVE OUR DOG!
A. S. J.
Friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Brunch and coffee were delicious, will definitely be visiting again.
S. M.
Quite busy, but the brunch was good. Serving staff were friendly and helpful. Had to queue for a while to order food, or more drinks.
S. R.
V. Busy and can be incredibly loud. Food is good but expensive. I've eaten here several times and have never been overly impressed by the food or service.
D. C.
A vibrant busy place to eat and drink, didn't wait long for food staff very friendly and helpful, will recommend to anybody and most definitely re visit.
m. c.
Amazing staff and amazing food the perfect night out thanks to the staff and Pete
S. L.
Not always the best service
Good food but not great
D. W.
A good atmosphere and good food. Was a bit annoyed the first time I went there and was barked at for not being in queue which i didn't see on way in.
C.
Very good food at reasonable prices. An overall nice atmosphere in an amazing location.
M. C.
Great place to sit and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. Position is good. Well worth taking the ferry the old port of Plymouth.
M. A. M.
Service was excellent and food was tasty although there wasn't much choice for my dietary requirements.
S. U.
Great service. Food ok. Don't be put off by the long queue on busy nights it goes down really quickly.
D. B.
Lovely food, our first time there. Would go back again.
L. J.
It was warm and welcoming here...staff were lovely...we only had a drink today but the food looked delicious and well priced..will certainly be going back here.. .
C. B.
Quirky and cool this lounge bar serves food and brilliant cocktails. Good value for money but not cheap. Will be returning again soon
M. G.
It was ok. Had a staff meal in there and wasn't anything worth raving about. Service was brilliant though.
W. T.
Nice place, excellent food but you sometimes have to wait extended times during busy periods.
S. M.
Nice food, great atmosphere, tasty cocktails, friendly staff.
P. L.
Good food and nice restaurant although it can get quite busy at times
B. S.
great views of the Royal William yard and surrounding area and a nice atmosphere, service was quick and the food was acceptable although the portions where small
J. B.
Really lovely food and even better cocktails , great service , table area not very spacious .
M. R.
Really nice venue, we had various breakfasts that were all lovely.
Worth a visit.
K. C.
Love the Seco Lounge. Great for brunch and often has interesting and healthy items on its menu. A good vibe here too!
R. S.
Good customer service, nice clean restaurant area quick food delivery had the hero burger because love chipotle sauce the burger was lush dont get me wrong but lacking any taste of the chipotle as far preapred to say not even in there other than that really good food.
G. D.
Really nice atmosphere, went here for a wedding reception, helpful staff and love the drinks selection
M. B.
One of the best responses to covid measures i’ve seen in a restaurant! Even when they’re busy the staff try and be as helpful as possible especially during this stressful time!
