First experience and will come back to this place! The staff are so friendly and will help you with your order. During my visit, it was card payments only so unsure if it was a one off or part of their policies. They have a breakfast deal which is really nice so I highly recommend this. Ps: You do have a screen if you do want to order with minimum human interaction.

Great new edition to the "coffee scene" in Plymouth! Always loved Tim's coffee, food is very nice, donut selection is great. Service is adequate, just like any fast food place really, quick with zero conversation. I do think it could stand out from the others by having a better customer experience.

Canadian favourite fast food chain is in Plymouth and it is a great addition to the city. Meals are a lot of value for money and the burgers are filling. Lattice fries are a must try as that is one of their signature items and don’t forget to grab a box of donuts on your way 🤤

We are over from Canada visiting friends and had to try Tim’s!! Everything was delicious! The menu varied a bit from our menu at home but in a good way!! There was lots a variety and everything we had was fantastic. Of course we had to try the different flavours of Tim Bits and they didn’t disappoint! Now we must come back and try the lunch items! Very small and cramped, not the best layout, between the order screens, collection and seating areas. Allowed you to order things on screen, then when got to the till, they said they didn't have chosen donut 🍩 and had to choose another one. Lovely french vanilla latte ☕. Should be in the city rather than in a retail park.

Really nice place for Breakfast and a Coffee, as this is a New franchise situated in Plymouth Devon everything is brand new, so obviously toilet facilities really clean there is baby changing facilities and a disabled toilet. You can order on entry via a menu screen or you can order at the counter. There is also a drive through. My one critism is that when we arrived at the door you find yourself a seat and pick up a menu from a member of staff, we'll this female member was to busy on her phone that when I asked her for a menu she replied IN A MINUTE. Timmy's this is out of order. I've used your restaurants in Canada and this would not be allowed.

A refreshing change to the main Street "burger bar". Tasty food and a good choice. As much as I enjoy the food, it is still a takeaway burger joint. So handy if you want a quick bite to eat, but look elsewhere for a more gourmet food and experience. Donuts are expensive, and my £12 box of deluxe ones (6 of them) were a bit dry. Definitely was not worth the money there.

First time visiting and can’t say I’ll be rushing back. It was ok and I get the fact that it’s a fast food venue but the lattice fries are a bit of a rip off, I had literally 3 and a half pieces in my portion. The chicken tenders were nice but my kids thought the burgers were a bit dry. Whilst we were there I couldn’t help but notice that one member of staff had been given the job of pressure washing the car park and to be honest, he spent more time checking and using his phone than he did the job in hand! 😂

Great for people with a sweet tooth but food is hit and miss. Donuts are pretty good, but outside of the 'value' breakfast deal the food is mediocre. Main meals are far too expensive for how average they are. Coffee is good if you like it sweet. Donut and coffee? Tim Hortons. Half decent burger? Mcdonald's up the road.

We went through the drive through. There was a wait for good so we had to park for a few minutes. The food arrived but they'd ran out of the alternative dip we requested (they'd already ran out of another dip). The food tasted great but was cold through to warm (except a cheese toastie which was hot). This is our third visit and we wish they would make to order or something to ensure the food is hot!

We broke our Tim hortons virginity today by having breakfast and treating ourselves to some mixed donuts. The Drive through experience was quick and the staff was lovely and professional. Breakfast was very nice although the added egg shell BITS could go a miss next time in the big breakfast wrap. The wrap and muffins could also be a bit warmer as they was barely lukewarm. Love the donuts they was well made and no grease at all. Thank you for an overall good experience.

It was our first time here and the venue was really quiet, even when busy, and very clean and tidy. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared, both the meals and bakery, and the drinks were delicious. A great range on offer and Puneet was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Had Southern Fried Chicken Burger Meal ...burger is Chicken Breast, tender and nicely cooked...the southern part of it was the sauce...don't forget to get napkins...way too much mayo. Not enough fries though. Had Strawberry Lemonade refresher really nice tasting. The Apple Fritter is nice if you like cinnamon as you can't taste the apple. The latte coffee is Vile...so strong!!! Total £13.08 😞

Went through the drive through today, had to wait for someone to take my order, then once I had paid had to wait for over 20 mins for the food to come out. When I finally got home to eat it, they had given us plain burgers instead of cheese and the grilled Tuna sandwich was nit even that grilled. Other than this the food is good and the Donaughts are lovely, all be a bit over priced if you ask me.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon, it was relatively quiet. Ordering is done via touch screen (same as most takeaways now) and food was prepared fresh and promptly. Servers were friendly and chatty, main meals for 2 and a half adult came to roughly £30. They have a good selection of doughnuts and "timbits" (bite size doughnut balls) and hot and cold drinks. The only thing that really surprised all of us was the fact you CAN NOT pay with cash, that's right NO CASH, CARD ONLY.

It was a good time. I came here as a birthday treat. I got two lots of 5 chicken tenders, a smoky maple burger meal with waffle fries, added bacon to the burger and an iced caramel machiatto with extra caramel flavour. I also got a caramel maple donut and a chocolate brownie donut. (Im only gonna put my food order in here, not the rest of my group) When we had issues, the staff were very kind and fixed it for free. The place was clean. However there is one thing i didnt like, which was the fact that there were no spice warnings on the food. Everything else though was clean. The restaurant was good looking. Overall i give it a 4.5 but because google maps doesnt do .5 of a star, i rounded it up to 5 stars.

The restaurant was clean, tidy, easy to order our food on the screens and the food arrived quickly. Everything we had was nice, except there were items missing from the bag, but we had already driven away for our day trip out and were too far to turn around and sort it. A hashbrown missing from a breakfast meal and my husbands glazed doughnut. Also when we shared my lemon meringue doughnut later we found the inside was filled with chocolate instead of lemon, which doesn't bother me but from an allergy point of view that could be an issue for someone. This store has recently opened so hopefully just teething problems that can be sorted with a bit more training. Hoping out next visit will be better

We bought doughnuts on Monday and they were truly tasty. So we came back with the family on Saturday and it was amazing the staff are so friendly and really spoilt my kids. Puneet was totally on the ball and spent time with my kids and so did the kind staff behind the collection counter and gave them a cheeky timbit which they loved and the timmies minis went down a treat. Puneet also did a check back at the table to see how we got on. The tuna cheese melt is fantastic along with the bacon cheese burger but the french vanilla hot or cold is a must try. I loved Tim Hortons whilst in Canada it was cheap and cheerful. The Timbits were the prefect treat for the family. However, the prices here are outrageous, you are paying Costa prices for a McDonald's coffee. If you want to visit, the breakfast is the only good deal. If you can add a box of 10 Timbits for £1 to your order, even better. If you just want a coffee then there's other cheaper/better options elsewhere.

*EDIT* Needs to be added to Uber eats & Deliveroo for delivery, as just eat sucks is overpriced and only delivers if you live like 20ft away 😂 Being born in Oakville Ontario, but moving to the uk @ 6 months old, I was always told growing up about Tim’s. I got to experience it a few times when visiting family back in Canada, and it was amazing. So much so I’d import the coffee at great expense. No I have one in my home town, with an even better menu. The chilli dogs are amazing! Although it would be better if the used proper beef chilli, instead of sweet chilli sauce. Apart from that everything is great. Great food, great coffee, even greater staff, who are so friendly and welcoming, even when clearly rushed off their feet. You need to try this place at least once in your life. 5 🌟

Just popped my head into Tim Hortons which was still open at 2200 to get me an Iced Cap fix (unsure if branding correct…). I was served by Benn (two n’s) and I actually exclaimed when I got to the window that now it’s a rare out that you come across someone that sounds like they have a personality and are happy to be where they are doing what they are doing. For me, Benns customer service knocked it out of the park. Give that man a raise! (Disclaimer: all statements made of my own free will. Benn (two n’s) did not pay or gift me in any other way than great service for this review)

Good choice of coffee, teas, doughnuts, wraps and sandwiches. A tasty choice rather than a healthy choice and it's a drive through and indoor resturant, think McDonald's, but with a slightly different range of choices. It was busy when we went but mainly for takeaway, which was a little strange as it's a drive through but there was a queue to pick up food. It hasn't been open long so this probably explains it. You can check the menu online and the toilets were clean and the staff friendly. I would visit again as there are some interesting menu options. I didn't check the WiFi but I eiukd be surprised if there wasn't any. Its nice to find somewhere to have a decent coffee in the evening.

Needs to be put on Uber eats & Deliveroo. Just eat never delivers more than a couple miles, so 85% of the city can’t order. The others do . I can order from McDonald’s and Pizza Hut in Deriford to efford with them. So please drop just eat or at least change your delivery radius to more than 10 yards.
