R. P.Fab 1st visit for us to this venue. Food was delicious, cocktails were great. Fast service, even though there was a large party in also. Our server who's name I can't remember (too many cocktails later🤣) was friendly and aware. We even tried the rums to finish up and they gave us advice on which mixers would be best to get the right mix. Would absolutely recommend to friends and we will definitely be back! Great job team, we loved it!
m. h.Had the bottomless brunch, our server Tim was very enthusiastic and helpful. Very nice cocktails and food. Was ideal for us as we went at a quiet time so managed to get a few cocktails in during our time. Would definitely go back for another one of these

O.The restaurant is incredible the decorations and lights are amazing. We went in Friday evening so it was abit busy but it was lovely to see people. The food was nice and the potions were reasonable for the price. The staff were very professional and helpful great service

J. B.My server Natalia was very friendly and excellent at her job. The place was very busy and the food came quickly. I had the chicken Buddha bowl. The chicken was very dry, as though it had been under bright light for a while but it was tasty. I really enjoyed what I had and would definitely order it again.
Some of the staff looked like they usually worked in the back office and looked very out of place helping deliver orders. They also didn't know the seating plan and kept getting it wrong. Maybe they should spend more time out front and they may feel more confident when helping out.
R. G.Went for a cheeky Thursday bottomless brunch for my birthday. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive and Tom was brilliant at making sure our drinks were always full! The cocktails were amazing and we managed to get through 20 of the 23 on the menu between us! Food wasn't as good as I expected, but soaked up some of the alcohol nonetheless, which is why I've knocked them down a star!
Will definitely be going back for more cocktails!

Food - 3 items we tried to order were out of stock - we were recommended different dishes and they were not very nice. The food I did order was rather dry and very little of it, rice was hardened and sauce was bland. Dining partner was recommended the goat and he disliked it so this rather ruined the meal in general
Overall the experience was very bland, no atmosphere, staff were nice enough.
I also had a pair of rather nice trousers ruined for the evening as we were given napkins that were fluffy - this isnt good when you're wearing dark coloured clothing and get bits of 'lint' everywhere
G. S.I don't usually leave restaurant reviews but this one I just had to. Being from the Caribbean I was missing home and walked in not expecting much. However, the staff, the atmosphere and the food made me feel like I was at home again.
The food was so delicious and after speaking to the chef I was impressed by the fact that he actually visited the Caribbean to learn our cuisine. 10/10 would highly recommend

O. E.Good is good and cocktails are tasty. Service is usually slow but there does seem to be a few long term members of staff who are holding the show together. All the staff were lovely but they did seem understaffed and there seemed to be a lot of confusion among wait staff. We waited half an hour to be served. The manager was very attentive and happy to resolve any issues. Our first waitress was uninterested but our second waitress, Liv, was very attentive and happy to help. It was a big table and there was lots of drink orders but she handled it politely and efficiently x

E. N.First time at Turtle bay yesterday meeting friends for lunch and cocktails. Sadly, there were several dishes not available from the menu, this was disappointing when you choose a venue due to specific dietary requirements. The cocktails were also very watery !!
The waitresses and barman were very friendly, Liv was also very helpful.

z. 1.Had a bottomless brunch here! It is definitely worth the offer. Unlimited cocktails and one meal for £30. Staff were very fast to refill our drinks once we were done, and the food was amazing!
I had the vegan motherclucker and it was delicious, lots of other vegetarian options available as well.
Wasn't able to sit inside at the time due to COVID restrictions, it was a bit noisy outside from the busy roundabout right outside.
Car parking is available within barcode and Drake circus.

D. U. (.Overall good experience. Not too long of a wait (had a reservation). I like the vibe inside. The raspberry raggae cocktails were nice, though I couldn’t taste alcohol at all (a common issue in British restaurants i suppose). I’d only recommend getting the cocktails when they have the 2for1, otherwise the price isn’t worth it. The trini doubles were deliciousssss. The jerk chicken was okay. The portion was massive lol. I wish they’d left it on the grill a bit longer - i like my grilled chicken on the charred side. The fries were delicious. The gravy... err I’m not a fan of gravy in general but I liked that this one had a spice kick to it. Watermelon was a nice touch.

Booked 2 tables so we had it for a good few hours the food was great so tasty and plenty of it the service was class, we were well looked after and didn't wait long between needing drinks etc. The price was what I expected but we'll worth it, all in all had a great night out for the first time in a long time and we will be back very soon for more of that amazing Jerk Chicken and Rum.

It was my first time there and the cocktails were on point. Tasted perfect with the perfect amount of ice. Bartenders were really nice and Percy was very helpful! R. L.I only go for drinks. The vibes are quite nice and they have a variety of drinks for a decent price. The staff are friendly and I like the interior design. However, the place is not the cleanest. I understand when it’s busy it’s hard to keep track on who left and clean the tables, but the chairs had a layer of black material (probably accumulated) that came off when I wiped.
I had some decent experiences eating in, but there were a lot of occasions where the food was bland, overcooked, burnt.. etc. I ordered ice cream affogato yesterday and the scoops were thin flakes of ice cream partially melted and completely melted after pouring the espresso, so I ended up drinking warm espresso with cream.

L. H.Came for the first time after hearing great things! I was not disappointed! I had the jerk chicken with rice and beans and it was amazing! The staff were wonderful and friendly. The only thing I had any sort of problem with, was the food being on cold plates. My food was cold before I had a chance to get half way through it. Other than that, a great experience!

We got there for the 241 cocktail hour. The music is good and the vibe of the place was excellent: high ceilings and plenty of space.

The food was very filling and good value for money! The kick on the Garlic Pit Prawns was just right, with the roti to mop up the sauce.

I. S.Lovely place to be for a light eat out restaurant not too small a portion and not too much for you to waste. Just enough to enjoy and not be bloated.
Was a bit chilly at first as we were sat next to the door but we asked to be moved. This wasn't a problem as there were plenty of seats.
Prices are not cheap but was worth the visit.

C. L.Loved it! First time coming here. Alex, the person who took care of us was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the main Brunch from the menu with a side of sweet potato chips, which were absolutely mouth-watering. The Brunch is somewhat similar to an english breakfast but on a spicy side. The second dish was a chicken breast in a spicy crust with mac'n'cheese and a side of dumplings which we enjoyed just as much, very tasty. As a dessert we ordered banana toffee cheese cake - a delight!
The prices: 3 people £60 I would say is very resonable. 3 cocktails, 3 mains with side sand dessert. I'll let you decide if are high or not 😊
The atmosphere was relaxing with "Bob Marley" style music.
Parking is available to nearby locations as this restaurant doesnt have parking.

As always, it's the little things that make the experience more enjoyable:
From the outset, booking was very easy on line a few days before so no worries about whether we'd get a table here.
The doorman noticed my veterans pin, initiating a short polite and greatful conversation before we'd even entered.
Due to the busy venue our table took a minute or two to be prepared but was clean and ready to go prior to us being seated.
Drinks and food were ordered in a timely manner and were served just as timely.
Everything seemed to flow very well for our visit - my thanks to the house team at Turtle Bay!
The food was delicious; the curry goat is a must for those with carnivorous tendencies but there are also a range of alternatives for those of the vegan/veggie persuasion - it seems all tastes are catered for; my thanks again to the kitchen team.
All in all - a recommended venue with a good board ranging menu.
