Fantastic chip shop, friendly service. Great portions, always fresh. Line is always outside the door, that speaks volumes. Get there early because kebab sells out, guarantee fresh food. Andreas provides entertainment too ☺️

Today is my Birthday so thought I would treat myself to Souvlaki for the first time & I have to say it was delicious I really enjoyed it & would highly recommend them. I visited Andreas Fish and Chip shop a few weeks ago and it was a most enjoyable experience. I bought two pies and some peas. The pies that I bought were a meat and potato pie and a cheese and onion pie. The food was of good quality and the service was quick and efficient. Andreas is a friendly chip shop owner and has a good sense of humour. I would recommend a visit to Andreas Fish and Chip shop on Liverpool Road in Penwortham.

It was a long, hot wait, but the fish and chips were worth every second! The curry sauce was above average as well. The mushy peas were fine, but I'll skip them next time. I highly recommend Andreas!

If you want tasty fish and chips and a good portion then this is the place to go to. Just be ready to queue because it gets busy here.. I have been to other local chippies and you do get bigger portions here. Very surprised they don't use the empty space here to put tables and chairs in and people could sit in..

I've just eaten one the best mixed kebabs I've ever had. The donner meat is not too greasy unlike so many takeaways and it is thick chunks of meat which again is unusual but incredibly juicy and tasty. The chicken is lightly marinated with various spices and tasted fantastic and went down well alongside the donner. The kebabs served are a good portion and I was full once I had demolished it all! I will be back for more.

Busy chippy, little bit of a sitting area, but nowhere to park on the busy road out through Penwortham. Take care and tuck the mirrors in. Nice fish and chips, also a luverly scallop makes a nice change from chips. Mushy peas pretty mushy, and a reasonably friendly "person in charge" along with a poor "new person" struggling to use the till and messing up my change. Seems to be open lots, and does normal chippy stuff adequately well, but the parking is the serious problem. Enjoy if you can find a space.......
