I've been here a few times and it's never let me down, the Chinese food off the main menu is spectacular, not greasy and very well made plus huge portions. With the hot pot yet again portions are huge and so much variety, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, they make sure you're safe and help if you need it. This time I tried the Korean BBQ, AMAZING. Honestly I could stay there all day cooking up the food and enjoying the experience, it hits different than at home and the staff again are so cautious and kind. Can't fault the place and I have no complaints. I'll continue to eat at this great establishment, next I'll try the Buffet!

** Went back again to try the Korean BBQ side of the restaurant what an unbelievable experience. The presentation of the food was stunning, the flavours on some of the meats were out of this world. The staff made some very good recommendations and again were wonderful and helpful Really can't say enough good things about this place ** Went with the other half Saturday 19th March and looking forward to going back again soon. Staff were wonderful very friendly and happy to assist. It was lovely to see a manager that was so hands on and focused on making sure every customer had the best time they could possibly have. We tried the buffet side of things and can't rate this place highly enough. The food was hot and tasty and was refreshed at least three times in the hour that we were there. I've always found with buffet places desserts seem to be a let down ... Not here I tried the crumble with custard and a chocolate chip muffin .. both really good .. hubby to be had cheesecake and said it was very good too. We had a good selection from the buffet including pork ribs which the meat fell off , duck pancakes very nice, beef in ok sauce delicious, Satay chicken skewers and deep fried chicken balls (hubby said both were some of the best he's ever had) Looking forward to going back soon and trying the BBQ side of the restaurant. Nothing short of fantastic! The manager was the host with the most. Nothing was too much for him amazing service 2nd to none.plus all the other team members were spot on. Seaweed is the best I've ever had and so was the chicken battered balls..the sweet and sour chicken. Blackbean dish..great selection and it was refreshed many times in the hour. Then even sell SAKI!!1 OF MY FAVOURITE DRINKS. Even the desserts were lovely as most asain restaurants are not. This is a must try so feel free and I can assure you you won't be disappointed. I will be going back there adap as they even have a Korean bbq side..wow sounds brilliant!

A friend of mine and I came here for the Sunday buffet. The food was delicious! One of the best Chinese buffets I have been to. I loved it. If you go, ensure to try the ribs! I visited on the 31st of July, and I think the Preston branch will be closed for renovations during August 2022, so perhaps call to check if they are open before you drop by.

We had their AYCE hot pot. Everything was great there was a big selection of everything e.g. meat, veg and fish. With sauces each person can pick 2. It was around 26 pp. We had two soups which was the mala and a clear pork based :). I loved the portion sizes they gave every round. Our last round was near kitchen time and they decided to give us more ! Pls sir we are stuffed! haha! The waiters and waitresses were great. Loved the women with short hair she gave me positive vibes when speaking with customers! Was refreshing to see :)

New chef is a complete game-changer! We first went here almost a year ago and food was strictly average. But in the last few months, the food quality has done a complete turnaround - turns out there's a new chef. Food is now super-delicious and very authentic. My Chinese in-laws, who were visiting, just could not stop raving about how lucky we are to have this restaurant in Preston! We ordered 6 to 7 dishes and all were fantastic. Recommend - Mapo Tofu, Kung Po Chicken (very spicy), Ants on a Tree (Spicy Glass Noodle with minced pork - can be made vegetarian), Braised Beef with beancurd, Sizzling (any meat or tofu) with blackbean sauce... the list goes on and on.

Good authentic Chinese food, So good that it's the 'go to' restaurant for all my Chinese friends and we often drive 20 miles from Blackpool to eat there. You can choose from specific Chinese meals off the menu, or a buffet, or hotpot. Chinese hotpot can be either food you fry yourself on a hotplate or that you cook in a big pot of stock. The food is always good quality and the portion sizes are good. There looks to be a bar with good selection of drinks, but I'm always driving so it's just Pepsi Max for me. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes for a great dining experience.

I fell in love with Azuma as soon as it opened! I heard they served Korean barbecue and Chinese hotpot! And I had to go try. I've been a few times, the food is good and the experience is great for the amount you pay. I however would like smaller portions for both meat and carbs, or perhaps give customers the option of ordering small/regular sizes :)

Amazing food. Second time here and still surprises, this time having the tree nut mushroom with pork with some singapore rice as side. Plenty of food for two people. The pork comes in a hot wok with a candle on the bottom so it keeps it hot till its over, amazing presentation I would say. Tastes incredible. Really recommend this place.

Went there tonight for my sisters birthday and the food and staff where amazing! Couldn't fault the staff, they brought the cake out when we asked, sang along, made sure we were all happy with the food and were quick to help with any requests we had. Friendly staff, good food. I was underwhelmed by the seaweed and chicken wings on my starter but apart from that the rest of the dishes I ate were good. It's not your typical Chinese, I'd heavy suggest going to this place if you're looking to try some new things that you don't usually see anywhere else. Next time I go I'll be more adventurous and try the more unique options.

Unfortunately, the Chinese dishes are not the greatest. I have ordered chicken in black bean sauce with green peppers and yet I didn't receive any green peppers except for two small slices of red pepper 🤷. After asking , I found out that they did not have any green peppers left. I understand this, however giving me only two slices of red peppers instead on the whole dish was a bit of a joke.. I tried to communicate this with the staff but they didn't seem to understand the issue although they kindly added more red peppers to my dish as requested. The black bean sauce was rather plain and salty than full of any rich tasty flavours like in other usual Chinese places I have tried. The chips are not the best quality either as they are the cheaper takeaway ones and not the usual chunky and fresh types from other Chinese places. The main positive of the dish was that the chicken slices were not only tasty but also a large portion was served. Overall, good value for money so deffinately worth a visit and try out any of the other dishes they serve. Atmosphere is also good and staff were very attentive and helpful especially the youngest waiter who was absolutely fantastic!

we went there when it was the buffet but thought we would try this as it is. we had mutton ribs and beef ribs quite unusual on a menu. Also had a beef dish rice and soup.The food was nice but the lady with blonde hair and glasses who.has been there years is a bit over powering and in your face. Within a second of putting the last bone on a plate she whipped it away and was buzzing around the table like an annoying fly. there were only 6 people in for lunch and it used to be packed. l do feel they are struggling as it felt a bit desperate especially when she brought some chicken wings without us asking them charged us for them. Even the fish tank that used to be full of beautiful fish was unloved with one poor fish with a film over its eye or was blind poor thing was awful to look at with the tank with no plants or healthy fish. All the very best to you but we wont be returning.

OMG This place is absolutely amazing for food and for service. Me and my daughter arrived a few weeks ago and were seated within seconds and the staff where so attentive throughout. We had dumplings, lamb ribs and pork noodle soup and the food was outstanding defo worth those few extra pounds. Keep it up and I will see you soon. The food is Chinese style but they also do Korean bbq where you grill your own meat. 5 stars the decor and environment is also very nice.

Went as a group of three for lunch. We all had the korean BBQ buffet which was fantastic. Order which meats, sides and sauces/spices you want. The waiter then brings out a large platter of the meats you selected and then cooked a selection in front of you on the hot plate on the table. Then tells you what to do and then you get to cook the rest. Which was a great and fun experience. First time I've ever had Korean and I can say it was really nice. Waiters and staff were all friendly. It's quite a hidden gem, from the street you wouldn't think it was much but inside its really nice. Would recommend.

The best Korean bbq I’ve had. Tried the Korean Style BBQ buffet. You pay around £20 each and you choose your cuts of meat and seafood to cook on your table-top hot plate. The staff were very helpful in assisting us in cooking the meat. You also get vegetables, lettuce wraps, dipping sauces and rice to accompany your cuts. You can order more meats once they're done, which is great as they have a good selection to choose from. You won't be hungry after this. Worth a go if you want to try something different.

amazing mouth watering food. Exceptionally friendly and helpfull staff. It was our first visit and the staff gave us advice straight from the start. They do a banquets menu / a standard menu to choose your favuorite / a cook your food at the table, with waitor assistance. We took a family of 4 and our children said it was fantastic. I think this is probably one of the greatest restaurants i have had the pleasure to dine in. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. The waitors topped our childrens soft drinks up twice and i said we havent ordered more drinks. The waitress said its on the house enjoy. The restaurant is really clean and fresh looking, i can not wait to go back. We choose a banquet and they plated food back up for us to take home. it was delicious succulent mouth watering taste and my mouth was dribbling looking at all the other tables food. Every dish that the waitors brought out looked fit for a queen and king. Half way through my main i said to the wife wow this dish is spicy and the waitress must have heard and came over and said oh sorry do you want me to change it for something else. i replied no its fantastic, it was so delicious. i thought how nice that was,that the staff are listening and making your dining occasion memorable.

My wife and I went here after the Korean festival at UCLan. We have had Korean barbecue before but not enough to be 100% confidant in how to do it. The staff were very friendly and went over the way to do it. They were very patient and we had a great time chatting with them. Nice place to eat, the food is a bit more on the pricey side but it matched the quality of food and service. The staff were very nice.
