I thought this was an excellent burger restaurant. Cool decor, pleasant staff and really tasty food. My burger was Aberdeen Angus beef which was cooked just right, nice & juicy. My partner had the hot dog, lamb, which was also very good but a bit heavy on the tomato ketchup. Perhaps just a little squirt would be better with the option to add more left to the diner? Overall though very good indeed.

One of the best burger places I've been too, seems crazy having crisp on a burger but don't knock it till you've tried it. The shakes are to die for too also amazing service from the team. There is a down stairs seating area but there in not much phone/data reception.. But that's not a bad thing sometimes.

Hi folks, I just wanna go in a simple term. This place is just fantabolusly fantastically magical for burgers 🍔. I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions, roughly four to five times across a couple of years. Food quality consistency is the main reason why I have returned to this place on many occasions. The burgers are produced very well, and have a distinct smashed but juicy character. My standard order consists of the "Holy Hotness" burger, double stacked with a fried chicken burger rather than an additional beef burger. I would highly recommend. Until recently, service had been quite abysmal. On each occasion it had been a battle in deciding whether to eat at IceBurg due to the poor service, but the food quality brought us back each time. Elements such as: mains delivered before cutlery; forgotten starters, having mains delivered before drinks, problems that basically interrupted the ability to sit and enjoy a waited-on meal. As mentioned these issues were only present in the visits before the most recent one. The front of house staff appeared to be different than that which I had ordinarily seen there, and none of the issues occurred during our visit allowing us to enjoy our food. If the most recent visit is an indicator of future ones to be had, then I can recommend this location as a great place to eat. The burgers are excellent and the prices are reasonable for the serving sizes. Customer service was as expected on the last visit and hopefully it remains that way.

The burgers are really good, I'm not the biggest red meat fan so the Wagyu wasn't to my taste (but my husband loved it). However, the Chicken Ghost Burg was definitely something I could see myself getting repeatedly, just a shame that there is no franchise near me! Dropped a star because the location of the restaurant would put me off from dining inside (we ordered to collect, the restaurant is in a very busy area with a very lively nightlife, so I personally would not feel comfortable dining there late in the day).

Burgers, fries and shakes! And as their description says.. ..in chic, inviting spaces for the kids to slow down and grab a bite. Located in Miller Arcade this joint is very popular with the youth brigade. We were keen to figure out what the hype was all about. The meal was filling, it looked nice and I believe the brioche bun was the game changer. The patties were OK and the overall flavour was decent. We had The One - Wagyu burger and Holy Hotness - Angus burg(Caution: The Scotch Bonnet can burn!) The peri peri fries were flavourful and Beef n fries were well... mince and French fries. Overall, burgers were tasty, not mind-blowing, finger-licking yummy.. and the fries were filling. People swear by their shakes. We were too full to try it.. Maybe next time?

My first time trying IceBurg and I have to say I was a bit disappointed as the chips were undercooked and the burgers were just not fulfilling the expectations I had as this place was highly recommended. Overall, the restaurant itself was beautiful and the customer service was excellent, the food just was not up to the high standards that was expected.

We were greeted by helpful and welcoming staff. Who were very accommodating for our 1 year old. A special thank you to Harika for being so friendly by explaining different items on the menu. She was also very thorough in how she took our order, which was very refreshing. She was also nice enough to get our 1 year old some ice cream. Portion size were just right. The nextflix and grill wrap had a nice heat to it, the chicken in it was very tender as well. The One burger was very tasty and juicy. Their cheeesy chips were amazing as well. The Daiquiri delight was by far best mocktail we've tasted. 1st time there InshaAllah won't be our last.

Been going to this place consistently for a few years now and yet to have a bad experience, staff are always super friendly and the food speaks for itself, Aliyah has certainly perfected the ‘pucker up’ ice tail which is a must try drink in my opinion! 5 stars from me! The best burger I've had in a long time. These guys have so many different but delicious options to choose from. The ingredients are legit, tasty and in good portions. Ordered a wrap and burger with fries. Highly recommend the wrap over the burger a lot more filling and flavoursome. Hot lettuce doesn't appeal to me personally. Service was great. Stopped off on way back to Birmingham from Glasgow.

Few bad points with out visit here. We where seated quite promptly, after looking at the menu we where ready to order. Waited around 5 minutes no one came anywhere near us. So i decided to go to the till and order where i was rudely told you must wait at your table to order. Then the guy from the till walked to the table took my order! They where not busy! Environment was quite cold, staff where just dossing around talking about worldly affairs with 0 care for the customers in the restaurant. Food arrived was hot took around 10 minutes. Quality of food was 8/10 but the prices where steep.

Food: Very unique. Have their own menu and special selections. The chicken burger I had, which I didn’t take photos of because I was too hungry, was really really nice!! Their chips/fries with chicken pieces and their special sauce was out-worldly! Never had anything like it before. I could go back just for the fries. The drink, forgot the name, was soooo refreshing. It was sprite with lemon and coconut syrup - pina colada sort of thing. Sorry I can’t remember the names of the items I ordered but you will figure it out when you see the menu. You could even describe them to the staff, they surely will help u! Service: I would say not the fastest or the quickest, to be fair they were doing all the could during that very busy time -COVID19 impact! Took around 45 mins which is understandable because the place was DEAD busy as they were offering 50% discount on all orders. Friendly staff! Price: Normally, it is not the cheapest, but it is worth every penny! Place: Clean and good for big & small gatherings! Things for improvements: (order accuracy) hence not given 5 stars. 1. My order came without my dipping sauce, asked someone to bring it, didn’t come! So had to ask them again. 2. I asked for my burger to be medium hot but it was clearly more than medium. I would definitely go again and again!!! 😀

I was recommended this place by a colleague... The Classy chick burger and the chicken stick starters were AMAZING! The fries were also really nice, wasn’t a fan of the cheesy chips but the peri peri chips were delicious. The food prices are quite high but my burger was definitely worth it. As for my friend’s burger, it was tiny and not worth more than £4. Service is also a little slow despite it being quiet a few times that I’ve been.

It was my first time here and it was good! The decor inside is lovely, the staff were friendly and the service was good. Within 5-10 minutes of ordering the food, it was in front of us ready to eat - super quick! I ordered the falafel burger with peri chips and it was tasty. The bathroom was clean. My friend and I went at a quiet time so there was hardly any customers. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We dined in but the presentation of the food was more of a take away look. There's nothing unique about the restaurant or its menue but the food was tasty regardless.

The best part of IceBurg is the atmosphere and the decor, the vibes are there. The basement seating is very cool. The food is alright but not as good as what it costs. That being said prepare to pay a premium price if you're going. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant. Definitely can get some great instagram shots here if that's what youre into.

Walked past this place a few times and only just decided to visit. Really enjoyable food and great service. A good selection of food and several desert options available - No alcohol is available but some good looking mocktails & soft drinks. Considering it's a one off restaurant (for now anyway), there's a very high quality feel to everything inside. Branding can be seen on everything from the menus, to the lampshades and even napkins. It's clear that the owner has put a lot of effort into the restaurant. Well worth the trip!

I LOVE this place!! The Cheetos burger is to die for! I am not big into spice but this burger is just so perfect and delicious. The hot cheese fries are incredible too. It's quite pricey and the portions are on the smaller side but for the taste, it's worth it! GREAT SERVICE

There was slightly poor communication however, as we sat there waiting for the bill at the end of the meal for a good while because no one had told us we would have to pay at the counter. For the price they charge here it should be spot on but it just isn't. Sat in with my daughter and the food was, unlike my review, excellent. The service really let's it down, it was slow, they are lovely staff but either understaffed or just not in a rush. The guys cooking the food have no urgency. Pleasant but everything takes too long. Ordered some food to take away and had to wait 25 mins before it was ready even though I ordered before we finished eating. The toilets were awful ,sink not working and the door handles filthy, definitley not been cleaned. This is my third and last visit as its been like this every time I have been and they can't get it right. Sorry but this is my honest review.

We were a little disappointed that there were no milkshakes available as they sounded very nice. Located in central town of Preston, Ice burg provides a nice range of burgers, hotdogs,wraps, sides, drinks and desserts. The service is fast, staff were polite, and the food was of good quality. I order from IceBurg via Uber Eats for delivery. It's rather expensive, however, it's always been very good quality. I particularly like the chicken wraps. The piri piri chips are very good as well, although maybe could look to improve the packaging so they stay hotter for longer? Having said that, I wouldn't like soggy chips. I can also vouch for how nice the churros are.

Took my nephew the other day, these guys were fantastic. The little man has a quite severe gluten allergy, so I'm always nervous about food prepared out and about. Iceberg went above and beyond. Separate fryers, full clean down, they had gf buns (little man doesn't like those) so they did a burger on its own for him. He raved about the milkshake! I got bonus uncle points that day. I loved my food too, little man wasn't lying about how good the milkshake was either. Service was excellent! Thanks Luke pal, you're a gentleman!

Advice to other people ordering off Uber: please call them directly about allergy and dietary requirements because they can't see the messages placed with orders on Uber. We didn't do this and got a normal version of the order (to be clear this was NOT their fault, it was our fault), but they drove out here on Friday night to give us the order we'd wanted at no charge, cannot rate this place highly enough this kind of service has never happened before to me (they replaced £20 of food). Food also really really good, we'll definitely go visit physically ASAP <3

Not the biggest Angus beef fan so I ordered the “keep on cluckin’” burger which was great, chicken was tender and the chutney was lovely. Ordered 2 burger meals.. burgers where amazing. Didn’t realise until later.. charged me £4 for 1 drink and £3 for another when both the drinks where the same sizes and same drink. Same with the chips. Was charged £3.5 for one portion and £4 for the other. I never usually post reviews however this one girl, I believe she was called Nazeerah, the customer service provided by her was immaculate. As soon as we walked in she welcomed us with a smile, sat us down promptly and suggested the most popular items on the menu to make it easier for us to order. We placed our order with her and our food was brought out shortly after. The food was amazing however the customer service is what made our experience that much better! This is a review purely based on my experience and does not necessarily represent the business as a whole. When I went the customer service was decent. They were not rude or obnoxious however I feel like they could improve on their social skills and how they deal with seating. For example, we went on a Sunday at 12:30 and the restaurant was empty. Halfway through the meal and other family entered and they were sat directly next to us even though the whole place to was empty. The other family ask ed to be reseated and they managed to open up the downstairs for them. Now, the food. I paid £12 for a BBQ burger double. When it came out it looked pretty good however it was dripping in grease, the bun was soaked... I dried it with my tissue and I carried on eating it. The rashers were not heated or grilled which was disappointing and the cheese wasn't even melted. Not only this but the BBQ sauce taste eerily similar to the Pot Noodle Bombay Badboy sauce. I think with a better care to attention and management this place could be much better. 3/10.

Reading reviews on here, don’t understand why some so negative! I came in Friday, it was very busy, but the lady done her very best to serve us as fast and efficiently as she could given the staff shortage. She was sincere and friendly. The food was delicious and she apologised to us and reassured us that service not normally so slow, but I appreciated her honesty and was happy to wait as wasn’t in a rush. Fair play to the chef too for handling the orders, just as I left another chef turned up. If staff had been on point, this place would have had 5 from me.

The chips are lovely with the dip which is a plus however the burger was just nothing special and not added much sauce on either. A guy took my order once sat down and he obviously knew what drinks we wanted and so whilst awaiting for the drinks , since him and the other two collegue males were standing, chatting and pretty much chilling , surely they could have brought us the drinks whilst awaiting for my order. It seemed like the girl working there had all the responbiblies of the job on her and she brought us the food and then asked whether we got our drinks yet which then she brought to us as the lads were chilling and not bothering at all. When going to the till to pay, the cooks were busy and the girl that was doing pretty much everything was packing the order so I waited to pay for mine for a while , and there was a small qué accumulating behind me and yet the three lads were just in the drinks section talking and chilling ... Where is the team work and just doing your job ? The girl had to stop packing orders eventually and take our bill. With this atmosphere I don't feel like coming back and especially the price when in fact it is nothing special....

Was sceptical about this place, I'd heard the portions were small and overall it was expensive for what you got, still I decided to give it a go and see for myself. Mash Allah the decor and style of the place internally is very clean, modern and sleek. The Kitchen is also fully open view so you can see how your food is getting prepared. Now what I bought cost altogether about £20, I can understand how that would be expensive for a lot of folk but what I got more than filled me up and tasted very, very nice. I got the Wagyu Beef Burger, Fries topped with Piri Piri Chicken and Hot & Spicy Chicken Dipper and, portion-wise I was happy, their was no "5 Chips in a basket" nonsense you got good portions of food. Could the portions have been slightly larger? Perhaps but this is a "Quality over Quantity" kind of place that I feel delivers on both aspects. Talking about quality The food Mash Allah was way better than I expected, the Fries were crisp and not oily or greasy at all even with the spicy Piri Piri Chicken on top which complimented the Fries really well, same for the Dippers which were chunky and crispy with a hot kick. As for the Burger... it was delicious, their was a pronounced Meaty flavour to the Beef that you don't get in normal cheap Burgers, the Lettuce and Tomatoes were fresh not mushy or wet and the Bun was soft and fluffy. Now it was slightly bland, but I believe that's how it's meant to taste as you should appreciate the taste and quality of the Meat. unfortunately I'm not really a Burger guy so I've not had many Burgers in my lifetime but this one was probably the best one I've eaten so far Mash Allah. So in conclusion very impressed with the place and would definitely go again Insh Allah.

When you have your food, we had no napkins, no folk or knife. Had to wait ages with no staff in site. The food was getting cold, so just got up and found our own stuff. Once food is servered, staff are not seen or not paying attention when you're trying to flag them down. So any requests you have you get up and find staff. This has happened on multiple occasions.
