It was really getting busy for lunch time.Really impressive service with good parking space. The staff were very polite and customer friendly. Tables and toilet were all kept very clean. Really well maintained by the staff.

Thursday 18th of august approx 7.30pm. Best kfc I’ve ever had. Genuinely. Everything was spot on. The burger was hot, the chicken soft and plenty of sauce. The chips where fresh and crispy. The gravy was the proper stuff that you dream of. Pop corn chicken as a side was fresh, hot tasty and crispy. Drive through was busy as It usually is which is a good sign. However, I ordered payed and left well within 5 minutes. All with fresh food. What ever you guys are doing just keep it up and KFC should be using your place as a training school. Outstanding.

Hot fresh food quickly served. These are 5 important words required for fast food, this restaurant scored top marks. Sadly many KFC restaurants have noticibly lacking in quality nowadays, so it's great to see an exception to the rule.

I do like KFC and I'm not knocking the food but the staff............. Jeez! They need some leadership. Our 2 basic meals took 34 minutes and there was chicken ready to go when we ordered and about 1/3 full of customers. Admit, there were 47 cars in the drive-through but having what looked like robots that have shorted out for staff ain't productive. One more note. The guy on the tables and the only one that hadn't shorted out. Tallish dude with short black hair. Man! You are a credit. Friendly, polite and professional. You should have the top job. Good on ya mate.

Good food bad workers I ordered a twister wrap and a barbecue dip on the side and they dumped all the barbecue sauce in the twister and didn't put salt on my chip. It's also a very common thing to have mistakes with your food at this kfc.

Excellent service although can be a bit slow at times thanks to customer volume, both drive-thru, in restaurant and deliveroo collections etc. Be mindful that Civil Enforcement try and con you out of a parking fine for staying more than 90 minutes - NOT KFC, NOT POLICE, NOT COUNCIL - just ignore it, or perhaps ask the store about it and they may well cancel the "notice". Excellent KFC management.

Lass in the drive thru was pretty polite and patience, friday 6th, about 1915. It weather was horrid and the queue was really long but the service didn't reflect that. Food was what we ordered and was what we expected from KFC.

Dined in after a long time. It was a busy time. I must say, I prefer takeaway instead of dining in at KFC. The environment was so hectic, I felt as if I was just adding up in the hassle. I felt intimidated to ask for the bbq sauce and Mayonnaise sauce, felt like the person at the collect counter would kill me 😂. No complaints at all for the food as always.

Went on a Saturday night at 5.30. place wasn't busy but still seemed to take ages to get order. First item was put on the tray at least five minutes ahead of the last and as a result it was cold. It's not rocket science, shouldn't need to point this out! To be honest, I feel generous giving it three stars.

Ordered through Just Eat and the delivery guy couldn’t find our house after an hour! KFC advised that the food should be returned to them as It would have been cold on arrival. Just eat would not give a refund! We called the shop and they couldn’t do enough. Ads the trainee manager knew how to handle the situation and upgraded our order to be collected at our convenience in the future. Couldn’t ask for better management of our complaint

What can you say about the food. It's KFC and it's always tasty. Today the restaurant was not busy and it looked like it had been standing a while. The restaurant has been tidied up quite a lot since I was last here. A definite improvement. Really liked the copper coloured lampshades wonder where I can get some for my house 😊. All in all a good but not brilliant mealtime.

Oh my god... Just got 2x boneless buckets with gravy, bbq sauce and pepsi max with a cheeky little mini fillet burger on the side for my girlfriend and I. I just want to say thank you so much to the staff at KFC. The service through the drive thru was perfect. The window service was also very efficient and friendly... But guys, the best bit! The food! It was phenomenal. Best KFC I've ever had in my life. My missis agreed with me. Everything was super hot, including the fries and the chicken was so tasty and fresh and everything was presented beautifully. It was like a whole new experience. I've never had KFC this good. We will definitely be back. So happy. It was also great to see the old slogan back in use because this truly was... Finger lickin' good.

The word fast food has become a joke -all the staff are concerned with the drive through (Plenty coming back in to say the order was wrong too ?????) So look slow in sorting your order -if you had a big order -some would b cold by the time you got it . All you hear is -oh sorry for the delay -then get back to chatting with their mates in the back -they know your inside you'll wait once you've ordered it ! Doesn't just apply here -most 'fast food places have gone the same ! One day the customer will be king again -and their mates won't be as important then ! Disappointed!

Ordered the £3.79 Zinger Twister (NOT meal). Advert says add drink and a side for £1...so I did, a white coffee and side of corn. Receipt says Zinger Twister meal (£4.79) and a corn cobette added on for £0.99. Total £5.78. When I questioned this, was told some bollocks about the coffee being 40p more than a regular drink...? What? This still doesn't explain the extra £1. However the nice man who handed me my coffee made it a large one as I'd had to wait while they fixed the coffee machine. Been here a few times to be fair and this was the first minor cock up. End of the night too. #payattentiontho
