Nice interior, usually pretty clean tables and ordering area. Food is fresh and tasty, no hot items have ever come cold yet. Wait times for food are most time longer than usual, but at least the food is fresh and every item there each time. Only complaint is that the consumables section like the salt, wipes and hand gel are usually empty every time I visit.

Quite happy with the service mostly, food is always fresh and tastes great. Dining area is quite tidy and deceptively spacious. They usually runout of kids meal boxes, soft serve ice-cream, certain drinks etc which makes my kid's experience a little less happier but other than that no complaints

We were short changed on our order. When we arrived home with food, found out chips were missing and apparently order wasn't taken properly, well I wasn't charged extra. So i called them and they gave me a code that when I come next time, I can get 6 hot wings and chips for free. Better to check your order before you leave the restaurant!

I enjoyed KFC today. The staff were very helpful and the chicken was delicious. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 was due to the gravy I received being prepared 4 hours prior to my arrival. I understand pre prepared ingredients but 4 hours is extreme.

Did order tonight as it was warm and we all have been busy. Did on the deliveroo app driver was polite but some of the order was missing. Did speak to the manager regarding this very polite and understanding but if that was my team missing items from a order they would have been told as they are providing a service and have let all the team down. Customer service and good food is the priority.

Went in to pickup, 3 groups of Asian lads, not a single one wearing masks. Staff not saying anything either. Being in an Asian area and halal the staff need to be strict and enforce the wearing of masks. Food is what you expect.

On a few occasions I didn't feel well after having chicken from this place, not 100% sure was it confident or something was not right with the food. Most of the time it's fine KFC like any other. Parking is a little annoying and usually there is no space next to the restaurant to park, You need to use the big parking lot on the side. Also avoid during the rush hours, traffic around Deepdale is a nightmare.

The food was fine and of the standard you would expect. However one of the staff was exceptionally unprofessional. He appeared to be some kind of supervisor as he was dressed in a shirt and unlike the rest of the staff who were in promotions tee shirts. After 1 of the female staff mistakenly let a customer take an incorrect order he had to dash after him. When he returned he appeared to admonish the girl in front of the staff and customers. His appearance left a lot to be desired as well his shirt was unironed and he looked unkempt.

Good place to eat on the outskirts of Preston city centre but my pop (a Pepsi Max Cherry) was flat and I had to swap it for the normal Pepsi Max. Luckily, the person behind the desk was very friendly and professional when dealing with the issue. The food was also very tasty! However, the outside seating area isn't the cleanest compared to other branches as the table we sat at had a tissue with suspected spilt barbecue beans on it from a previous customer. In summary: Pros: Friendly and professional service from staff, lovely food, good location on the outskirts of Preston city centre. Cons: My cup of pop was flat and the outside seating area was dirty compared to other KFC branches I have been to in the past.

Great KFC but can get really busy so at peak times can be a bit of a wait. However the food is excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. Considering the foot traffic the restaurant is quite compact so finding somewhere to sit can prove to be a challenge. I recommend at busy times to get a take out and eat in the car.

Been to KFC's in the area for years but to be honest if you go to any other the chicken tends to be next level greasy or poor quality, so if it isn't this one I don't bother anymore. The only fault is within the new chips, don't rate them but that's a chain issue and not the franchise.

KFC Preston, everything is as per KFC standard. Only two things if the management and the staff can take care of: 1. Cleanliness, flies on the inner corner tables 2. Last but bot the least, The staff should greet the customers with a smile on face and patience in heart.. Do not expect every one to know your menu by heart.. Once i was 16 years old i went to kfc and found out that it was halal and i wanted non halal meat so they gave me it and i ate it and took a big dump in the bathroom and they had to clean it the i went to complain because i did not get any sauce and they said that it was too late so i just went out and never came back.
