N. H.Very reasonably priced.
Loaded fries and Nachos were great, as were the buttermilk chicken tacos.
The wife thought the food was too salty so if you are susceptible to that kind of thing, ask them to hold the salt.
b. r.Absolutely Brill. Couldn't finish meal at lunch time burrito absolutely packed with spicy pulled pork. Even supplied takeaway bags for us to take home. Very reasonably priced only downside was seating was a little bit tight but overall excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

W. C.I’ve lived in Mexico off and on for the last ten years, so I know my Mexican food. The fish tacos here aren’t bad, they’re Baja style in batter. I’d like some shrimp tacos, or grilled fish. Tostadas with raw tuna would be great, too. They need some spicier salsas though, and some mezcal in the drinks menu. Fairly decent food, and the service was good.

M. A.La Neta gives a taste of a Mexican Canteena with very bright coloured walls and furnishings and the music. The staff seem friendly enough.

c. a.La Neta has such an amazing menu for meat lovers and vegan eaters. I love the options. I got steak nachos twice and they were amazing. I especially loved the chips used for the nachos. So authentic!
The service was absolutely perfect! Reese was my waiter both times and I really enjoyed his attentiveness and friendliness! I definitely will recommend this place!

We will definitely be returning, this is truly a hidden gem in Preston, definitely somewhere you want to visit if you enjoy Mexican food.

The burritos were on point, La Neta even put normal cheese in a vegan burrito as we requested. Got tons of nachos, such good value for your money. Would definitely order again. J. D.Absolutely incredible food!! The packaging was so cool, we got two different burritos and they were labelled with a cow and a pig sticker which added to the La Neta brand. We will definitely be visiting when we're allowed to go in person.
We picked up our order and the process was very good, all very covid secure.
All o can say is order La Neta now!!
P. H.The burritos are amazing! The menu is small but covers all the bases, we sat outside so didn't get chance to look on the restaurant. I had tacos too and I think of been disappointed with the portion size if I hadn't ordered a burrito too although I do eat a lot :)
It seems to be a business in it's infancy as there are a few kinks with the restaurant and service to iron out but it did not derive from the experience. I will definitely be visiting again!
S. M.Firstly, the staff were amazing. Super helpful, including providing water for the dog and water for us when they got inundated with cocktail requests and were running slightly behind.
Secondly, the food. Amazing. And in June, 25% off. Sooooo cheap. And flavoursome.
Beer and wine were great, cocktails delightful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

L. H.Great casual place to eat. I've eaten there twice now, all the dishes I've tried have been fresh & flavoursome! Theres something for everyone on the menu, with plenty of choice for gf, vegans & veggies. The cocktails on the table next to us looked fab too.

D. O.So, I’m writing this review in the hope the owner will make some changes as I really want this place to survive.
The food is great, but the service is ….poor, and I think I’m being polite. The staff are so apologetic and very friendly, so I can only presume the problem is a lack of staff? They cater for take away too, which in my opinion doesnt do the restaurant justice ( we tried it once in lockdown and decided we’d not try again until the restaurant opened). So perhaps the focus is too much on take aways?
It’s great to have an authentic Mexican in Preston but it could be so much better than it is.
Also, considering it’s the same owner as the winckley street ale house, it would be nice to see a few different draught beers other than corona.
L. J.Visiting some family in preston on tuesday and noticed this little Gem on our travels through town, managed to get in with no booking needed, seated straight away.
Treated ourselves to some fantastic cocktails, the Matador if i remember correctly recommend by our Waiter, Reece. We didnt have any food but it all looked fantastic, will be back again soon to try some of the food menu, and maybe a few more of the cocktails...
Highly reccomend to anyone in the area, no booking needed and incredible staff.
H. B.Visited on a Tuesday afternoon on a whim, didn't have to book. Absolutely fantastic service and food. The young blonde waitress that served us (I apologise I did not catch her name) was so attentive! We ordered the mushroom tacos, the carne asada tacos, Mexican rice and veggie fries. Faultless food and the flavour was incredible. 10/10 recommend.
