The food is really tasty,portions are quite big.I Can recommend this place especially during pick time.However at last hour of opening time food is getting really dry and soggy.They should put some half price because is not up to standard anymore,but price is full always.I’ve remember about year ago the they use to do a lower prices at closing time.They should do this again.Customer service is very good.Very kind people.The Owners should do something about left overs really I can call food like that couse is really dry at evening.

Food is wonderful, staff are friendly, everything is great value for money and the portion sizes are generous!! One of the best places to grab a bite to eat in a rush! Also they donate food to the homeless on Christmas so can you really go wrong giving them a shot?

Chickens great and very reasonably priced but the chips are awful (in my opinion) every time I get them they're always slightly undercooked and a little hard in the middle. Maybe most people like them like that idk, not for me tho. (Still better than the stale disgusting garbage they sell at the local takeaways though & the salt & pepper seasoning is still delicious - that's why still 5* rating) Breakfast is really nice and super cheap. Definitely recommend.

So many good things to say about this place. 1. The food is amazing! Always freshly cooked, proper meat and easily the best chips served in Lancashire. 2. The variety of flavours and meals available are really good. 3. The price is so reasonable especially for the amount of food you get. 4. The staff are so friendly and kind. I'm gutted to be moving out of Preston and not have this as my go to lunch spot anymore 😭

Salt. Its my every thought. No matter what you get it's salty. Aside from the portion of salt you get with ever order, I've never had under cooked food, and the staff are superbbbb! I love the friendly welcome service!!!

The epitome of value for money and probably the best chips in Preston. For only 1.5£ you get a huge box of chips. Try these chips if you haven't tried before.

Never been here before but walked past many times. I had the most delicious Roast Chicken with stuffing sandwich, chips and a cup of tea all for £3.50. Not only are the staff friendly and you can see they work hard the food I had was lovely. I will certainly be returning.

Stopped here for food whilst passing through Preston. Really good service and so much choice that all looked tasty. I had the bbq skewers with salt & pepper chips and loved every bite. The food was hot even after a 5 minute ish walk. The on street stall adds to the experience as you don't come across many street food stalls really. Also the price was brilliant, great value for money. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious, can't understand how they do quality and portion size for the price. I couldn't make a roast chicken dinner for the price. Potatoes, gravy and other sides also delicious and BIG portions. Plus it comes hot, not warm, hot. You need to try it, we have a few times now and it's consistently top drawer, hope they do beef and lamb soon. I'm starting to think I hope they're open Christmas Day. 😊

Had the stacker burger. Chicken, bacon and cheese and it were beautiful. Added chips and a drink for a £1 more too. The value for money is unbelievably good and the quality of food that you get is also great. It was my first time going as I was recommended by a friend and it was great 100% recommend to anyone!!!

Beyond amazing! Staff are incredible, always service with a smile. The food is fresh, tasty and always warm. There’s always an incredible selection to cater for everyone’s taste. DO NOT be put off by the queue it’s a true testament to quality of the restaurant. Not to be missed!

Made a trip to Preston to pick a Camera up from Jessops and spotted Roast has we were leaving St Georges Shopping Centre. So we went to see what they had, and ended up buying quite a bit of food. The Chicken Wraps were eaten in the car and i can only describe them has Awesome, we also got the Sweet Chilli Skewers which look really good and the Chilli Chicken Bites and the Jd Chicken Bites which also looked good. Definately recommend a visit if your in the area has the prices were very reasonable and the staff were friendly and chatty which is a bonus in itself.

GREAT place to go for chicken or pies! I mainly go for the chicken. There's no seating so you will have to go sit somewhere else. They are very popular but work through the queue quickly and without mistakes. Absolutely recommend for a place for lunch or just something to take home. The staff are VERY friendly and good to have a laugh with! Wonderful ladies! Keep up the great job. Definitely check it out if you're in town and want something for on the go.

Had Roast tonight. Cannot fault anything. Everything piping hot and packaged well. So much nicer than a big multi company like McD's or KFC. You actually get proper chicken and feel full after eating! Would recommend anyone to give it a try. There is a lot of choice and something for everyone in the family. Ordered the Chinese munch box last week and was so disappointed. Order from here quite often and the food is normal spot on. Sui mai was raw in the middle Prawn toast was over fried and tasted strongly of vinegar. Chicken chunks were missing, the rest of the chicken strips were dry. Rice was undercooked and only received one portion. Very little to no seasoning and everything was stone cold. Ended up throwing the whole lot away and had to order lunch elsewhere. Contacted them direct and the owner and had no response from either.

Well! This has to be the tastiest chicken chunks ever made. I personally prefer the salt and pepper chunks over the plain, purely as it gives the coating added flavour. The quality of the chicken is always the best . Never dry. I have bought and will again their chicken curry and boiled rice to take to work for my tea. better than any indian takeaway! It's simply delicious. Everything is fairly priced, nothing too pricey for totally delicious food. The chicken counter staff and ALWAYS so polite, patient and happy!
