Good restaurant if you want to eat healthy. You can build your own poke bowl which is great, or order something off of the menu. The interior is very pink and vibrant which is fun. The only downside we had was the staff who seemed unaware of what they were supposed to be doing, but they were all very nice.

Came in expecting a desert place, was pleasantly surprised to find a healthy food restaurant. Staff are welcoming and the food is amazing! In presentation, taste and substance. Inside decor looks great, especially the lighting! The ceiling has these beautiful cherry blossom lights that look stunning. And to top it all off, the priced are very reasonable for what's on the plate. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

A really nice and classy place for casual dining. My wife and I been here a couple of times after buying the Groupon deal, which was exceptionally good value (£18 for 2 courses and a drink for two people). For starters we had hummus and mango halloumi and for mains I had the chicken katsu which was very filling and my wife opted for the French toast, which was light and fluffy. The drinks were also refreshing. The staff were attentive, friendly and served us with a smile at all times. Definitely worth a visit and we’ll most likely return.

Absolutely delicious and healthy Salads packed with Protein. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who prefers something Fresh and Healthy, instead of the usual Greasy Fast Foods. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. I think the only negative thing I can say about this lovely business, is the App makes it difficult to order my specific Salad that I create from the Make Your Own section from the Dine In Restaurant Menu.

The mocktails were tasty and the food was supreme. Best eating in Preston atm. Really enjoyed the starters and the mains. Will surely go again. Please owners sort out the seating it feels like a dessert place rather than cosy eating the booths are not comfy at all and feel like overlooking the small tables which nobody wants to sit on. Also, please keep the quality of food and portion size the same and we will be visiting again soon. Superb menu and excellent service too.

I really want to leave a good review for this place, as I like to have a healthy food option on this high street (right opposite and also next to pie shops), and want to support and encourage that offering, but, my last two experiences (today & yesterday) were not good at all. In short, management have neglected their duty to train the counter & kitchen staff in the essentials of hospitality, presentation, hygiene good customer service... the young crew are often pleasant enough, but the incompetence and lack of basic professionalism they show is staggering. Until the managers get a grip on the dire situation, this place should be avoided. Hint to management: if you want to know some constructive pointers, contact me and I'll go through them.

Firstly, and foremost, the food is exceptional. Beautifully cooked, healthy, fresh. But it is a little on the expensive side and the decor is already starting to look quite tired, for such a new business. But this is very early recommended.

Loved the interior of this place, order a french toast and some type of avocado toast starter. Love the french toast but the avocado toast was horrible it was drenched in its sauce and tasted pretty bland.I commented on this and they didn’t take it in consideration and ignored it, i thought there would be some type of agreement or a refund since i couldn’t even finish it but they didn’t continue to say anything about it. I agree with the reviews commenting on how they aren’t professional, one woman there did seemed pretty friendly other than that it left me pretty annoyed.

Amazing! The staff were pleasant and polite, order was taken promptly after seating which was great as the menu is perfectly sized. Choices of food are amazing, I bought the brioche French toast which looked amazing as it tasted, my boyfriend got the eggs royals but was eaten before a picture was taken, speaks for its self! Ordered on uber eats and honestly this is one of the best katsu curry i have ever try. First of all packing was amazing and my food was hot it means it was freshly made and it smells really very good. Last time i had green thai curry which was a bit salty but this time i try this and everything was amazing.

Had such a Wonderful time at such a beautiful restaurant! Honestly been trying to find somewhere that has a mixture of health and delicious foods and I just found the spot! The lady serving our group was very approachable and very helpful. She suggested the French toast and it did not disappoint! Great pricing too for the quality of food. All the meals are under 500 calories which is insane considering the fact that it's genuinely soo tasty! Had a delivery today of a Chicken and Turkey Bacon Salad and a Berry Smoothie. I was a little unsure about the Turkey Bacon but I really shouldn't have been it was really nice and an excellent compliment with the Chicken. Everything was so fresh and carefully package and arrived so well presented. The salad had exactly the right amount of dressing and the ratio of all the salad was carefully thought out and perfect. The Berry Smoothie was absolutely AMAZING, so glad I chose that one. I would highly recommend Saladishy to anyone. You can see that their menu has been carefully designed so that there is something for everyone. It's really nice to be able to have such quality, healthy food both in a stunning restaurant and delivered at home. Anyone not tried Saladishy yet, you won't be disappointed.

Visited for the first time today at lunchtime. The restaurant is beautiful and everything was very clean and fancy and new. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and checked in on us multiple times throughout the visit to ensure we were happy. Chose a poke bowl from the menu which was delicious and fresh and a good portion size. Was pleasantly surprised at the bill which was very reasonable. The menu is very varied but everything sounds really delicious, and all are healthy choices. Will definitely return to try some of the other options!

I went with my Girlfriend for some brunch which was unusual for me as im usually just a get up and eat cereal type of guy lol. For me this was a new experience (going for brunch) However I can say that this place did not fail to disappoint! It's got a beautiful vibe and atmosphere and makes a nice change from the usual frosties. For myself the eggs Benedict was sublime. Cooked to perfection and absolutely fresh, delicious. Almost couldn't believe it when I was told it was under 500 calories. We asked for the coffee to be brought a bit after the meal so we could enjoy our brunch first. Coffee absolutely hit the spot but that Benedict is absolute heaven! Feel like my whole family is going to this place now and it's become a place of conversation even amongst my work buddies. I’ll be honest I very seldom leave reviews of any sort but really felt compelled in this instance. Having been on a bit of a health drive last few months I’ve had to carefully plan meals to ensure not getting ‘caught short’ whilst out and about with only fast food or sandwich options. I was delighted to see this place and vowed to try. This visit came last week (brought wife and two mothers for good measure). I agree with a few comments regarding staff being very pleasant but a little slow/unsure what they were doing. It didn’t really effect us as we were in no rush and to be honest, well worth the wait!! Truly brilliant and we will be regulars I’m sure!! Only request is adding the calorie content of each meal- advertised as ‘low calorie’ so I would expect this validated. Absolute 5 star (especially if the iron out the new staff)

I have just ordered for the first time through just eat, I ordered a smoothy and grilled salmon poke bowl. I don't often leave reviews but seeing some of the negative comments I decided to write one. The food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering and was packaged well. The poke bowl was still warm and the smoothy lovely and cold on a hot day. They were both absolutely delicious and presented well. I will definitely be ordering again or coming in next time I am in the area!

Healthy, tasty, a great experience! Tried Saladishy delivery at work today after our favourite thai restaurant closing and were not disappointed at all! The BBQ beef bao buns were hot, fresh and STUFFED with delicious fillings. My chicken penang curry was delicately flavoured, fresh and so very yummy. Highly recommended, we'll be ordering again!

Excellent Place..Been here many times but I must say the new menu was amazing so much choice. I tried the Salmon Teriyaki with glazed honey and sesame seed on the soba noodles. It was better than many fine dining restaurants I've been to and was less than half the price. Anyone grumbling at the price of this place needs to stick with Greggs Defo go back and defo advise anyone to try this place.

To the people who moaned about price - you saw it on the menu before you ordered, the portions were perfect and for the quality of the wide selection of very fresh food, I would have paid more. This was better than dishes I've paid twice for! If you think £8 for a meal with perfectly cooked fresh salmon is expensive, then you are just being cheap! Go to greggs.

The plant based bao buns were so good. The plant based ramen was pretty bad though. It had no flavour, I had to add tons of salt but it didn't elevate the dish. The plant based protein was also burnt. The dish was not worth paying for.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food itself is great, the eggs benedict was fresh and delicious, the huevos rancheros was also full of flavour and well put together. I certainly didn't feel like I was eating healthy food. The decor of the restaurant is typical of a new restaurant in a small(ish) space in 2021. It's trendy and its clear that a lot of thought has gone into the layout and decor of the place. The food is presented beautifully, everything seems to have been done with Instagram in mind - not a negative point at all but it would be very difficult to take a bad picture in here. The staff - friendly, attentive, all smiles all the time, service was quick and without fault. A very pleasant experience all around. So why only 3 stars? Minor annoyance with the coffee - the prices are on the steep side to begin with. (Food isn't cheap but it's about what you'd pay in any upscale brunch type restaurant) when ordering a coffee that already costs £5, it's a bit strange to be told that it doesn't actually have any coffee in it and you need to pay extra to have a shot of espresso on the side. If the coffee was the best in Preston then this might be something that could be shrugged off, but you can get better for almost half the price in other town centre coffee shops. The big issue that I had was with the heuvos rancheros. This meal, although delicious, came loaded with mushrooms. The mushrooms weren't listed on the menu next to this item. It's not hugely common but mushrooms are an allergen and I ended up leaving the place with a slight reaction (they also split opinion, a lot of people can't stand the things) I would still recommend Saladishy to anyone looking for a healthy lunch in town and I'll definitely be having the eggs bendict again. But they really need to consider updating the menu so people know whats in their food. Thank you for a pleasant experience overall.

Stunning place and great fresh food I took some customers for a corporate lunch to this place amid run down buildings in Preston town centre and a £1 bakery across the road, BUT it looks great outside and inside was it a Bank before? My clients where impressed great food tailored to your needs some wanted eggs, some wanted halloumi , some wanted turkey rashers, some wanted chillies they delivered everything was fresh and fast and great service will be a regular and my customer loved it was taking pictures of the chill out areas for his insta
