A. H.We were visiting Blackpool from London over Christmas vacations and a friend highly recommended this restaurant and all I can say is what a hidden gem. The food and service was amazing even on Christmas Eve. The portions are a good size and we ordered the meat platter and some cold starters and must say was superb. Highly recommend this place and worth a visit and shall be coming here again if visiting Preston. A worthwhile drive from Blackpool.

S.The staff were very pleasant and attentive, particularly the young lady at the front counter. The food was out of this world, Loved it! The mango Mojito was smooth and refreshing. I’m not really a shisha person nor do I enjoy the atmosphere very much hence I rarely go to a shisha place, but opted for this one as it looked classy and not a typical shisha place with loud music in the background with childish people.
It was indeed a sensible, classy place with sensible people. The only downside is that they wouldn’t allow me to pay by card!!

P. S.I had a delicious evening meal here last week. The babaganoosh and Kibbeh Labaneyyi were delicious. The mixed grill was generous and tasty; a small point, i thought a couple of pieces of lamb were a little overcooked - although that may be just my taste.
The service was friendly and efficient. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. It is a great place for a romantic meal. Be aware, it’s cash only payment - it is clearly signposted on entry. Don’t let that deter you though, this is one of the best middle eastern restaurants in the region.
I. K.Nice restaurant with very well presented dishes and decent amount of variety on the menu. Mainly Turkish, Kurdish origin. Segregated area for the shisha lounge, so you don't need to participate in the passive smoke.
Friendly staff. The mixed platter for 4 is a very generous portion. 4 of us couldn't finish.
B. x. B.Taboosh offers wonderful Syrian cuisine within Preston. The mix grill or platters are a must have of you want the Syrian food experience. The variety in the platters are excellent and come with a cold starter. It is definitely enough food for the amount of people they recommend. My picture is for a platter for 2 which could comfortabley feed 3 people. The meat is succulent and flavourful and they provide delicious sauces too. Staff are nice and food is halal. They also have a shisha lounge and dessert. Overall highly recommend!

I’m not sure if management has changed or the chief, but food was cold yesterday and portions were poor and tiny.The Kebbeh was the worst I tried in years!! Very thin, overcooked and tasteless
T.The family wanted to eat out yesterday (30/11/2019), choosing TABOOSH RESTAURANT & CAFE, 300 Fylde Road, Preston, PR2 2NJ.
This was my third time there and I have to say that they have continued to uphold their high standards and pay attention to detail, the food was GORGEOUS, this time we ordered:
Chicken Fajita with Chips, Chicken Fajita with Rice, Chicken Burger with Chips and Salad, Kebab Halbi with Chips, Moutabal, Fattoush, Cheese Bourak, Chicken Liver, Mixed Grill, Chocolate Milkshake, Ferrero Milkshake, a Coke and some Mint Tea to have with some Baklavas.
The portions were massive, the children had stars in their eyes and the service and hospitality was impeccable.
The family loved it, saying that it's their favourite place to eat out so InshaAllah we'll be coming back for more in the coming months. Management, Please thank your staff from us, for their hospitality. May Allah continue to give you more rizk and barakah. Ameen.
Had a fantastic night out. Everyone needs to check this place out, it really is that good, the food was fresh and tasted even better than my last visit 10/10
