Really good meal, served by Sarah. I have allergies and they were well catered for and I was made to feel comfortable. I alerted them on the phone and it made the whole meal go very smoothly. The food was delicious and not too expensive either, well priced for what you are getting.

A really lovely place to eat, the ambiance was fantastic. Food was good, lots of choice. All the staff seemed friendly enough but the food did take a while to come from the kitchen . Steak was a good choice! Went with family so a large group and we did have to choose before we arrived.. We had late drinks 🍸 served as well whilst they were closing up and that was really nice of them to let us all chill! We will be back!

We came here over the weekend on a whim and we were so impressed! The ‘small plates’ are a good size and we were full from what we ordered. This was a nice enough place and I liked the concept of the menu with the tapas style dining, but the food just wasn't up to much. It was ok, but doubt we'll be back. Probably worth a visit for the fun menu, maybe not for a special occasion though.

Chose last minute as we had decided to take a trip out in Preston and we weren't disappointed. Restaurant is quite small and intimate which suited us just 3 other tables occupied. We had a mozzarella garlic bread to start that despite being quite simple was really nice. Followed by the filet kebab and firey chicken breast. They we both excellent. Really nicely marinated. Bottle of beer and a pint and it came to just over £60. Service was adequate were not demanding so they didn't have to do much. We ll definitely be returning for a second time soon.

Fantastic restaurant tucked away off the beaten track. So glad there was a small sign on the high street otherwise i would've missed it. Lunch menu two main courses and a side for only around £12. Lots of smaller plates to choose from but I settled on Pork loin au poivre , and a lovely Thai curry with a side of rice. Wife ordered nachos and a burger with a side of wedges. All of the food was lovely. Will definitely be back soon. 10/10.

First visit tonight to the Theatre Street Bar. My friends and I chose the 3 course set menu for £18.95pp. Turns out the paper menus had been updated today but not the one on the website that we chose our menu options from. It's worth noting that the set menu now finishes at the earlier time of 6pm on a Friday and Saturday. The food is of good quality overall, however I wasnt too impressed with the quality of the burger as it was a little crumbly in texture. There's about 10 different options for each course. As it was my birthday, the staff kindly arranged a helium balloon for the table. My other half mentioned that the men's toilet was extremely dark and unclean. The ladies toilet (and I emphasise single toilet!) probably could do with being refreshed part way through the evening. Overall it was a nice dining experience. Would visit again.

This is a lovely restaurant down a quiet side street. The restaurant downstairs was accessible and the staff were amazing nothing was any trouble. The food was also amazing everything was very fresh and cooked to perfection, the range of drinks available was perfect and the prices were very reasonable. They do have a disabled toilet downstairs although it's very narrow.

Lovely little pub/restaurant. Attractive decor and comfortable seating. Good choice on the menu with some unusual dishes. The 'early bird' menu' is a real bargain offering a tapas type meal but with international cuisine. Each selection is a good sized portion. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient making for a very enjoyable early evening out. There is some limited parking in front of the restaurant on the street. No steps inside the restaurant and tables are well spaced so it would be accessible for a wheelchair user.

Went on the last day of eat out to help out. Have visited previously and had a great experience. Atmosphere was lovely and not crowded at all, we had starters and mains. One of our mains took a long time to arrive after the other 2 but our waiter was fab and couldn't be more apologetic for the wait. We were a party of 8 for a birthday celebration. Cannot fault the food - it was excellent! The mains of lamb, lobster, salmon, chicken and risotto were thoroughly enjoyed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside was the 45 minute wait for the starters especially as we had pre-ordered. That aside a thoroughly enjoyable evening - we will be back.

Excellent food and excellent service. Came for a meal Friday for the first time and from the moment we entered till the moment we left the service was perfect. Atmosphere was nice and the room looked great. We Sault in a booth which was nice and private. The menu had a wide range and the set menu was excellent value for money. I had the king prawns and steak which were great potions, well presented and tasted amazing. I could not fault the restaurant in any way and highly recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed. The food was brilliant, but it was so let down by the abysmal service. 40mins wait for 2 starters, garlic mushrooms and potted shrimps. ? That was so excessive. It didn't get any better, glad we didn't have a train to catch.!!!! So sorry, but service DOES count in a good experience. Such a shame that the waiting staff let the chef down.

Nice little charming restaurant just off the main Street in Preston town centre. The colour scheme isn't exactly to my taste, but that's a silly negative and won't be a put off to many others. The menu is varied and priced about right. The food is tasty and plentiful enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go back and it's one of the better eating establishments in Preston.

I took a dozen of my friends here for my birthday on Thursday and credit where it’s due, the food was great; none of us had a single complaint and we had over 30 courses between us. The staff (Sarah & Nicola) were efficient, attentive and cheerful. The menu was varied and for once, I tried the vegetarian option and loved it (halloumi & field mushroom burger). I normally balance the pros with a few cons but there weren’t any cons; the whole evening was brilliant.

Found it by accident whilst walking towards the Orphanage. (before Debenhams and Primark in the no entry section down a Theatre St on the left) They do a meal deal 2 courses £11.95 or 3 for £15.95 and an A la Carte, cocktails 2 for £10. Mains are £13 to £18 approx. Tempura Prawns very meaty. Chicken arrabiata cooked perfectly. Pork with red onion marmalade in red wine jus with dauphinoise potato. So tender and flavoursome. Highly recommend. Although the pudding menu is small the merginue was delicious as was the sticky toffee pudding with ample pouring cream. Beautifully styled bright colours on the inside. Comfy seats. Good idea to book it was busy on a Friday lunchtime. Will be trying more of Chris' dishes We did try again off the 3 course menu. We had Mussels a la tomato & vodka, Fish with Moules and Chicken. Tempura Prawns to start. Absolutely excellent!!!
