Staff is so friendly, well done 👏 ❤️❤️❤️ small team but lot's of support from what I saw. Food - delicious- much better than London including service- all food arrived well seasoned, goog presentation and super fast. Delicious- well done Lizzy, Ismail and Hadanda ❤️

Good service with server Lizzie C who knew what she was doing (contrast my last visit to a KFC where the children behind the counter were clueless). Chips were freshly cooked and right amount of salt, burger was tasty. Food arrived quickly.

I arrived late at venue and l wouldn't be able to get plant whopper. Manager told me I could order but would take 5 minutes. made my day after long train journey. They manager chatted to me so wait felt like nothing. Very nice guy and awesome beard !

I tried chips and BBQ sauce. I liked very much. Good good stuff. It kept my belly full on my train back to Southall. Staff too kind and fries very fresh. I must come again

Ismail and Lizzie were amazing cooks, and minced the burger from hand. Highly recommended. Much better than Wendys.

Best staff member ever has to be Elizabeth C !!!!!!!!! She went out of her way for my children as wrong order given by another member of staff by accident which she quickly rectified. . I’m a regular and since I’ve seen her there she always goes out of her way and greets with a big smile. Tbf the staff are all ok BUT….in the past i nearly complained as had several bad customer service from an employee named Nicola S ..bloody awful and rude!!!!!!!! hope she has left as havent seen her for a while but suggest you give her a customer service course or ask Elizabeth c to teach her the ropes!!!!!!!!! Nicola S does nothing for burgers kings credibility that’s for sure … I actually hope she’s sacked as she can be so rude! Also big up to ismail he’s a sweetheart!!!!!!! A hard worker …I’m an observer whilst my kids eat so I hope BK take notice ! I watch since covid as like to see food being done properly. On the whole good place to Eat……
