F.Inconsistent service, getting orders wrong. Staff is always rushing you to order as if they have limited time. This location needs customer service training. We still visit for the love of Colonel ha
J. S.This has a big floor space, however a little cluttered with tables and chairs, in the corners of the ship.
The self serve machines are super helpful, so I do not need to queue.
This outlet is over two floors so there is plenty of seating, for people to eat in or take away.
S. P.The staff were funny, polite, friendly, courteous and the service was first class as was the food. Best KFC experience I have had of late.

Not the staffs fault but the diliveroo/just eat ect drivers are so rude, watched one literally shove a lady out of the way to reach the counter before her. They all jus mill about at the counter shouting into their phones, customers in store cant get pass them to get their orders.

a. v.Loved the chicken fillet and mash. The "Twister" wrap was not up to the mark. I usually like the sweet chilli wrap from McDonald's but this was a far cry from that.

The store was very clean and tidy and the lobby person help customers with friendly manner her name was Monika she spoke English very well but when i try to engage a conversation with her she seem not to understand English all off a sudden.

The mats are deep cleaned regular by myself, ((Amber)) and I service the urinals on site situated in the public washroom facilities on site here..

T. G.Not the best KFC in Reading but nice enough, staff are always a good laugh. It's clean but could do with a lick of paint to bring it back to a super sharp state. Does lack a self service kiosk like many of the other fast food joints but as I said staff are great so no points lost for that really. They do seem to pre-pour drinks which is a little odd but all in all a good eat
N. H.Quick, easy and OK if you're in a hurry to anywhere. Does what it says on the tin - you know what you will get at the KFC. Place reasonably clean and tidy. Service can be a little slow at busy times, but that's to be expected.

J. T.Not a terrible KFC by any means, the customer service is consistent with the fantastic levels I have come to expect from the premier fried chicken outlet. I have chosen not to award a full five stars for today's visit for the following reasons: the meat to grease ratio of today's 3 piece meal sat roughly at 45.32% which is not nominal, I would say the minimum acceptable ratio was more towards 26%, it was also very busy and as such the food felt rushed, there wasn't the careful attention to detail that I would normally get from KFC. I feel bad for giving this review because as a brand, it's certainly up there with the best. Hope you take this as food for thought KFC and refrain from making such poultry mistakes again.
All that being said, I will visit again in the future.
A. M.Nice place to have food. Test is bit different than what we get in India or Japan . possibly influence of local food habits. Food is less spicy. For better results use , self order machines , so that you will know what need to be ordered as per you likes.
L. B.This is a fast food restaurant so I'm not expecting Michelin service but some days, normally after 6.30pm the staff here are so rude. The ordering is slow but that's all KFC restaurants. It's when you go to collect your food where the customer service plummets to being fed by the zoo keeper. One girl shouted my number so loudly, repeatedly. She then slid my order over to me, didn't acknowledge me and proceeded shouting again. When I asked for a bag, the face on her. She was not English and not at all friendly. The food is good. Hot and tasty.

H. O. (.Standard fast food. No dispute over request for tap water. Clean toilets although one was locked and out of order but with no sign.
Lift is open for use but baby changing is in the disabled loo, for which you need a key.
Food was good. Not great. Staff were seemingly overtired.

Although refunded without a quibble a girl serving was having a go at some guy through serving hatch as she didn't know how to do refund. Said guy reluctantly came through and then passed the buck to someone else! They all seem very unhappy and angry staff in there!

G. L.As a tourist, the KFC here in the UK seemed more greasy, and the combinations of chicken in the bucket set were less flexible. But would still perform within expectations, just a little worse than we're used to back in Hong Kong.

H. A. J.This one serves Halal Food which is great, it is in the city centre and close to where you want to be. Food was OK (KFC-what do you expect)!! I have been to this KFC for almost 5 times now across 3 years and one thing stands out (it is always dirty and untidy) !! an improvment worth mentioning, the stuff are more friendly however still the ketchub problem is always a problem.
anyway, expect delays as this one always busy and dont use the toilets !! i prefer that you take away and decided what you want before you get infront of the counter.
