This branch is even better than my local London branch and that's saying something! Keep up your brilliant customer service.
k. k.Really nice customer service, we were in KFC for the second time in our lives, ( I know, crazy) but the guy on the orders helped us really nicely and the girl who served us with the order explained everything in a well professional way.
We basically rarely eat fast food but KFC chicken is a winner!

When I visited here and used the drive thru the woman didn't have her mask on correctly, it was just covering her mouth when having her face over the bag of food. Since then I order on the app and go in to collect.

The tables had no food left on them and the chairs were also clean and tidy.
I had the classic chicken tasted great and the beans are also a highlight can't go wrong with beans. I'm not a fan of the chips but that's just me.
Great staff, clean and tidy dining area couldn't really ask for much more than that.

X.I visit this KFC often.
Sometimes you will get a person serving you who is on training so just have be patient with them. The staff are professional and know what they are doing. It does get rather busy during lunchtime peak so do expect to wait up to 5 minutes+ in line.
Till date my order has never been wrong, and once you have ordered the food, it's usualy only a matter of minutes before your order is served.
The food is mostly cooked and presented how it should be, but find the sweetcorn cob often undercooked.
N. B.There waa no salt on the chips and the chicken was greasier than usual. Safe to say there has been no need for me to feel like I've been missing KFC
D. M.I was shocked to see just how quiet this KFC restaurant was despite me going during a Friday night. Staff were friendly, service was quick and there were plenty of seats available. Even the toilets were clean. It's a bit of a walk from Reading Station but well worth it in my opinion.

A.Social Distancing is in place, and you're not allowed to sit inside. However, KFC offers outdoor setting for all. And a good variety of food choice! Would recommend

M. T.It's a pretty standard fast food experience, for me personally it reminds me of the hell like workplace of SSE where I couldn't wait for lunch. In comparison to other KFC's in Reading this one is functionally superior.

E.Had rated them negatively in the past...but today although quite a wait under the hot sun at the drive through ....I was given a complementary cold drink to apologize for the wait!...plus the hot wings were enormous and perfect and to top it the zinger double down was huge and cooked perfectly ....much improved place
T. T.KFC chips are a bit lacking. Fat on the bacon isn't cooked really, this is good if you like it like that but horrid for me. Chicken is very good though, only get chicken from here :)

T. S.Great for a quick stop off meal, but it's either over cooked or incredibly greasy at the Oxford Road, Norcot roundabout one.
You'd be better off going to McDonald's as it's cheaper and better quality food.
k. 2.The chicken wrap with the zinger chicken and sweet chilli sauce was delicious. Service was excellent and the place is essentially very clean. I could not fault anything.

Location is great, ideal for me & my partner.
No issues parking. Food took longer to prepare than other KFCs but it was worth the wait.
They actually know how to cook chips!! Hot, crispy and full of flavour & Chicken was probably the best I’ve ever had!! If this wasn’t now my local KFC I’d consider driving further just to use this branch over the others in Reading. Keep up the good work.
M. N.Every time we visit a KFC there is something out of stock or not working. I assume they had run out of fresh milk as cappuccino was not available but Americano was, but they did have the little portion milks, so all was not lost

i'm unfamiliar to kfc so i tryed this: mega box 1 i'll have to buy another to confirm which. piece i preferred it was very good.
might want to save an orange tango as they are usually the fizziest you will find for later to wash your finger licking goodness down at the end. i ate takeaway and the open box was easy for eating on a walk

i want to joke around for a moment, i tryed to check the additional condiments and the lemon sachet got my attention, trying to pour a refresher wipe on my chicken was a good laugh. so i cleaned my hands im much more of a pepper person for my chips, but i did not see any. but its all gravy good. i went to top up my bank balance after negotiating a sale on silver coins at the local jeweler only to have the hsbc staff try to throw away my box, it reminds me of not being able to save "my" i mean "the" cola's at showcase cinema :) the cashier was jealous, and the local non-additive tobacconist was too, as we say in pub g battlegrounds - winner winner chicken dinner. I also handed in a CV with drive thru tips from my mcdonalds experience so im sure they will impress you soon. lastly, remember to grab another refresher wipe for the end!
