G. C.Quiet and plenty of seatings during weekday lunchtimes. But somehow their machines are always having problems. There was a time when wireless payment was out for a week, then there was another time when the softdrink machines are not working properly.

r. L.Thought we’d give it a try and it far exceeded our expectations- it really was delicious - the only fault was that we received 8 pieces instead of the 9 as advertised - but It really was excellent.
M. H.As usual the food tasted great and the service was fast but the gravy in a pot that came with the chicken tasted strange and had to throw away.
The disabled toilets were out of service and it was the same a few days earlier! The other male toilets smelled foul and with no neutral smell I spite of that there was no one in the cubicles. The urinals smelled foul the same. Floor was a bit sticky as well. Why don’t they use disinfectant? One of the taps in the hand basin was leaking too.
F.What can i say it a typical kfc! This location though they are bad at accepting cards, honouring vouchers and intentionally do not give out feedback based receipts.
T. S.Recently refurbished but always dirty. Overflowing bins and not a clean table in the place. Chicken was usual standard.

N. O.An old work colleague treated me to a KFC last week. He insisted in using the self service computer, to which meant card payment and then just waiting with a piece of paper to collect the order from another human.
However they did not provide any salt or freshen up wipes. I returned to the counter and had to wait a good 3 or 4 minutes before I caught the attention of a staff member, due to them concentrating on the drive thru. Anyway by this time my chips had gone cold. The chicken and gravy was OK.
The chicken was a little dry but I prefer that rather than how it used to be served a few years back 'dripping with oil and greasy'.
I prefer to order my food by telling another human being what I would like and then paying them for it, but since I was not paying I didn't have that choice.
There was plenty of parking spaces, lots of homeless people entering and 1 in 20 wore a mask.
L. H.Always seems to be something missing off the menu but you don't find out until you order. Staff are blunt about it and the customer service isn't great. Food is your standard KFC, if sometimes a bit wonky in its construction...

There needs to be more menus for drivers to read when there is a queue... especially now with C19.
The only menu is right by the window for ordering, so people who are not regulars need to stop and read to pick their order which hugely delays everyone behind in the queue.
Fine if no one else behind you but very annoying when you are the one waiting and also not sure what you want to order.
Easy fix in my eyes.

X.The drive thru customer service was good by the person taking the orders. The food was excellent and perfect. Not raw or over cooked.
The people that were serving the food though were not so professional. No cleansing wipes were offered or sauces. When I asked for some napkins She gave me 2 and I requested some mayonnaise and I was given 2 sachets. Between the 2 of us in the vehicle, both of Who had ordered Box meals each.
Obviously I asked for more mayonnaise and I got 2 more, I asked for some more and was given a strange look followed by 2 more sachets placed in my hand.
Otherwise was excellent.
W.Food is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chicken was really tasty, fries were a little salty but that's how I like them. The Krushems were AMAZING!!!! My personal favourite thing to eat was the Boneless Banquet. Quick suggestion for those there. Maybe add more boneless fillets rather than the three and a box of popcorn chicken. Other than that, wonderful service, staff were really nice, and it was quickly ordered and delivered without problems. Personal suggestion, order some gravy with the fillets. It tastes AMAZING!!!

Ok so I think there may have been a mix-up. I ordered something with 3 extra Mini Fillets, just mini fillets, and they sent me three mini fillet BURGERS instead. I did not order the burgers, I just wanted the fillets. For this reason, I'm gonna have to lower my review from 5 to 4.
B. M.Food was fresh and hot and the staff were polite but it was difficult to hear myself think because the staff were shouting to each other at the top of their lungs behind the counter and laughing and joking so loudly. I'm not bothered about staff having fun at work, but I just want to eat my chicken in peace.
M. S.Long wait in drive through, preferred the old skinny fries, the new wrap is disgusting, bring back the old recipe, the salsa was much nicer than the new disgusting coleslaw.

R. C.Nice place, food is nearly always on point, but they frequently forget to give paid for dips when getting takeaways or drive throughs!
Inside is very clean, and there are plenty of terminals to order your food. Crushems machine hasn't worked twice in the two years of coming here, so by my personal KFC standards, they're way above par.
Just remember to check for your Dips!

K.There were listed places for Dine-in, staff is trained to keep the social distancing rules , markers are available to keep social distancing , mostly take aways are happening these days..Dine in tables are separated by temperory screens as well, tables are sanitized after service..We could safely dine in without worrying much about covid ..👍
O. B.I ate the new KFC vegan burger. Was well. Nothing special, but you can eat it. I like texture this meatless burger. It isn't soft as usually in this kind of meal only solid and crisp.
S. G.I used the drive thru around 1300hr. Think this was a good time as the queue wasn't very long and it only took about 5mins between arriving and leaving.
S. B.This KFC outlet is better than the one on Broad street Reading. I can't be mistaken as I am a regular customer of KFC. Hot wings were better sized and better spiced. Burgers were fresher. Most importantly this outlet had all the supplies of ketchup, napkins, wet tissues... unlike the one at Broad street which often has something or the other missing.
D.Friendly service, only unhappy about the fact they never provide serviettes or hand wipes for after eating the meal. Vegan burger is my favourite.
S. O. R.KFC Chicken is very nice tasty. Fast food takeaway. Deliveries here KFC Bucket is a must have fabulous hot chicken. And other deals. Lovely chicken burgers here. Great place for groups and eating alone or sharing with family and friends.
m. p.Full of delivery drivers no room social distance measures in place. All the delivery drivers seam to hunt in packs there was at least 5 of them in there when I was there and they were all crowding to collect there orders

B.This must be one of the few KFC's I've visited that was in a very clean state. I dont know why KFC worldwide doesn't tackle this issue better. Food was as expected. Friendly staff on duty.
