The food is diverse, clean, tasty & above all very well prepared!
Portions are quiet large, reflecting the pricey items on the menu. They serve a range of Middle Eastern & Mediterranean dishes, from doners to pizza!
You have got to try their freshly made crisps & bread, else you are missing a lot!
Highly recommended for take out dinner, as there is no seating inside.
You can also order online & get your food delivered if you are nearby.

A. L.Our first visit after hearing such great things. Plenty of free car parking nearby. If you want kebabs or fish & chips you enter right hand side of shop where you will find paying desk in front of you (not to mention a number of cacti!) A team of busy people assemble your order before putting it into the famous red Laz Tadim paper bags. We ordered standard sized donner kebabs with bread and the portions were huge. It comes with fresh vegetables and the sauce of your choice. Excellent!
S. M.I have to say this place really did suprise me in a very good way indeed. Now call me old fashioned or cynical if you like, but I'm a firm believer that Jack of all trades is usually Master of none. Well this place just completely disproves that thesis entirely. Yes the shop is clean, tidy and serves proper Kebabs as well as proper Pizzas, Burgers and my beloved Fish & Chips. So as enticing as the other options clearly were I just had to check out the Fish & Chips. Two sizes on offer but went for the regular as a first time customer. Wow! Excellent really really excellent indeed. A generous fresh piece of Cod, battered and drip drained for a few seconds in front of me (so no excess batter to fry) before going into the fryer. The chips again were cooked fresh and were as good if not better than any I've had in the south for a very long time. A proper chip from a proper spud variety and definitely carefully selected for suitability and quality. The fish though was superb really a very generous size, cooked to perfection and pure white. Again as good as anything I've had in the south in a long time and way better than most for sure. I'm not huge on fish cooked in oil my preference is beef dripping. However for fish cooked in oil it doesn't get better than this. The batter was excellent, light, crispy and not oily at all. The chips really really good. I will definitely go again for sure and look forward to a repeat of the same and to try their kebabs too which also looked very good. They look to make their own breads too so will review once tried. Going back to the fish and chips my only criticism would be the vinegar which is white and sprayed on. Not very strong at all really and the only piece of the jigsaw missing for me to be honest. I guess you could always take your own as few places have proper traditional vinegar these days. Plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful to boot. One touch that was also very nice to go with my takeaway was the quality of the heavy quality paper bag and the two good size prepacked clean up wipes that are complimentary. This is clearly a good find, slightly out of the way location and you'd not stumble across it you'd need to find it through Google. When you do though you'll be pleased you did as it's very good indeed. On street parking outside and very much well worth a visit. Excellent!
n. a.We have been a Laz Tadim customer for a long time and the food is amazing. Homemade bread is just out of this world. We have never been disappointed with the food and the service. You can order using their own web site and receive 5% points on every order and when you have enough points you can use it towards your food payment. Sometimes we get it delivered but if we are in the area we definitely pop into pickup our order and say hello to everyone. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. They always deal with my special requirements with care. Just look at the variety of food that we order all the time.

All the staff are very friendly and are very helpful. The restaurant makes handmade crisps, flatbread, humour and tsatziki (to name a few) - all of which are a must to try!
I normally go for a chicken shish wrap and its a perfect portion size. A small chips is more than enough for two people, very generous portions.
Their Pizzas are absolutely amazing, cooked fresh in their ovens. I'm pretty much working my way through the menu as there's so much choice and I haven't found anything I dislike yet!

I am trying all their dishes every alternative week. my favourite - Kofte Shish with Salads and home-made Chilli sauce is so special, Laz Tadim Delight Pizza, Ezme, tzatziki!! actually, I love all their LAZ TADIM MENU.
Nice people and good customer service. when I waiting for my collection, got a bag of free home crips during the waiting time, what a treat!! nice fashioned inside the restaurant.

Super clean store and kitchen (which is a huge factor for me personally), absolutely delicious food, and very kind people running the place.
I've tried most of the menu (par the fish as I'm not a fish and chips person) and everything is mouth-watering good. My personal favourites would be their Hot Wings (crispy and juicy), their fresh cut chips, their amazing homemade bread and their tzatziki. You really can't go wrong with anything though.
Do not look further for anything kebab/shish related. Best Turkish in Reading.

Food is always fantastic and delivered super quickly, even on busy Friday & Saturday nights. Service is fantastic too, on the very rare occasion we’ve had issues with our order, they have solved it very quickly. We would never go anywhere else for our kebabs/burgers/cheesy chips!

M. K.We got fish and chips here the other Friday night. Unfortunately we drove to pick up and by the time we got back home (10-12 minutes) the oil had soaked through and made the chips soggy. If you really want to enjoy them consider eating on the go (very hard given the portion) or stop somewhere nearby and eat.
Be warned the portions are huge and they don't do child sizes. For children under 10, you can easily accommodate them in your portion. For children between 10 and 14, you can accommodate 2 in one portion.

First time round i went in to the place and had an equally good experience. The bread is beautiful especially when the meat has been sat on top of it. I very much recommend the chicken shish, I'm usually a lamb shish eater but after trying the wife's chicken I'm converted. The kofta had a lovely grilled flavour also. The hummus is also fantastic. I cannot wait to introduce people to this place.

P. P.These guys are very popular in local. The quality of chicken used and the softness of the in-house pitta bread has always been consistently good. . I usually do takeaways here- only chicken shish Kebab , get lots of salad and complimentary in-house potato crisps for every take-away. These guys also do pizzas.
Off-street parking available and this is conveniently located next to Londis, in case you want to do quick shopping for milk/cake etc.
The two negative things that I could think of - they are a bit pricey and for the two times I ordered home delivery, their turn-around times were little longer.

The food qulaity and taste here is excellent. The must try items here are Lamb Shish, Chicken Donar and Lamb Kofta. There portion sizes are nice as well plus the home made chilli sause and bread is superb!

Everything was ok but pizza. The biggest complaint is that they used tinned mushrooms. It is a big no no...I kindly ask the owner to reconsider this unacceptable practice.
