W. B.Arguably the quickest drive through McDonald's service in Reading 🤔. Minus the car queues which are circumstantial. But they tend to have your order ready mostly within a 5-10 minute window after ordering. I haven't had to wait in a parking spot for my order for over 3 years 👏🏿.
G. C.Spent my lunchtime here. Ordered a burger meal with bacon but it did not come with any, have to wait for a replacement nearly came back to work late. Otherwise it is ok.
C. W.Quick and easy service and always quite quick to get you your order. Always have pretty much all of the menu available, the only reason we give 4 stars is because most of the times we visit the milkshake/mcflurry machine isnt working, which is like most of the McDonalds in Reading and sometimes the food isnt always hot or too warm, its more slightly warm. But then again, for a late night, quick and cheap meal, its a great go to. We will always return

Food is what you'd expect from a mcds except the chips are always stale (ruins them in my opinion)

A.Drive through blocks the exit.. With quite a wait. Staff are friendly and polite. Perhaps service could be faster

l. s.Great experience today, our drinks were under filled but before we even noticed a member of staff had noticed and asked for them back and made us new ones. Once she had noticed we didn't need a cup holder she also kindly disposed of it for us. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Sajida amazing customer service skills.
F. C.been here many times as I do work sometimes on the area, small shop, with decent staff and always happy to help, food is good, well presented, sometikes maybe too much lettuce, chips were ok, nice and hot and crispy, a rarity for most shops.
Triple cheeseburger still cold, I get the same from everywhere I go, maybe I ask for too much???? Am I too fussy? To be asking for my burger to have some life in it?
A. M. l.Like everywhere else including Watford, this restaurant did not have milkshakes too. Is there a shortage of syrup or milk I'm not sure as to the reasoning behind many places not selling the product. Other than that, food was up to standard.

A. S.Always seems to be a queue and tends to make snall mistakes every few visits. Things like diet instead of zero or forgetting to remove mustards & pickles when you have asked for it, even if the label says they have. Why haven't I complained? Because I'm normally using the drive-thru and am no longer there when the mistake is discovered.

D. M.Was alright as far as McDonald's restaurants go. It's in a good location served by the train and local buses and has typical facilities as you would expect including a drive through and outdoor seating. Seating overall was lacking in numbers though.

What's funny my order is always CHECKED (red stamp on receipt) - yeah, sure, checked. 🙄

R. S. B.McDonalds is well staffed. Service is very quick and friendly and the atmosphere is electric. You can sit inside or out. Inside you can choose your table and order direct using the intercom thats positioned on every table, but you have to ordet at the counter if eating outside. A most enjoyable and convenient experience. It also has a drve - in kiosk outside which caters to the busy motorist on the go. Go on!, You know you want to give it a go!!.
S. O. R.McDonald's Drive through here. Next to Aldi shopping centre. Very good staff in McDonalds. Quick service. Good place to bring children. Catering for all ages. Helpful staff glad to serve you till you leave. Drive Thru here too so quick service and away but one tip if going to Drive Thru check your order when you get it that everything is in the bag before you drive away! So there is no Disappointed when your down the road and missing some of your order.

L. T.We went to the drive-thru the day it reopened. Although we did have to queue, the staff member manning the queue of cars did a really good job, and everyone we spoke to was very positive and calm, despite what must have been such a stressful and busy time for them.

M. K.Drive thru is usually pretty quick but there are times when it takes forever! Speaker machine is often broken. Staff are usually polite but have had a couple of mishaps with a rude manager and a girl serving at the tils
L. A.This is the best McDonald's in Reading. Staff are super friendly. It feels like the local coffee shop, who know your name. A bit like 'Cheers' but for coffee!

A.Normal McDonalds quality food. Friendly staff. Clean. In drive thru they didn't seem to understand the concept of parking people up when waiting on food meaning the drive thru wasn't as smooth as it could have been
M.Good place to stay and eat, to work (if not crowed) for a while
