Best Pret I’ve been to so far! One of the few that actually do shakes and smoothies, so a must to go to! Staff were real friendly and I had a lovely conversation with them, if you come to Reading train station they’re next door! Would come again!

This Pret is right outside Reading Station, it's always well stocked with food, the staff are polite, friendly and fast.. and if your a regular they always remember what coffee you drink, highly recommended

Just outside Reading station, the people inside this Pret are so friendly, especially the woman who makes the smoothies and drinks, she's lovely! A really nice atmosphere. You can sit outside and eat/drink too, and look across the plaza to the station, or the pub next to the station called the three guineas. It's the perfect place to sit if you have a bit of time before you catch the train, or if you are working in the offices nearby. It is very close to the riverside and tennis courts, so I always stop off here after tennis to have drinks (normally a chai latte haha) and food. The smoothies they do are so nice, and great after sport. I also love the vegan friendly sandwiches they do, and you can always have oat or coconut milk with the hot drinks. Lovely people and great atmosphere!

Amazing. Best pret I've ever been too. Very convenient location by Reading Station. I always get a caramel latte and the baristas are always spot on with the coffee always perfect whoever makes it. The amount of sweetness in the coffee is just perfect and creaminess. Compared to other prets I've ordered the same and it was never as good always had to add more sugar because it simply wasn't sweet enough. Highly recommended.

Good coffee and nice pre-packed breakfasts and sandwiches, in the morning is quite crowded and noisy. The service is cool and friendly, a good place for a break from work.

The staff and coffee is always good. But for just destination outside the station they seem understaffed. It’s a big coffee shop with lots of seating but the counter where they make the coffee is small. They don’t have the stafff or the equipment to support the needs of the branch. Also waiting for click and collect. Apart from that it is lovely and would recommend.

Excellent Pret A Manger branch! Conveniently located a stone throw away from Reading Station. Very ideal if you got a bit of a wait at Reading Station. A very big Pret A Manger branch with lots of seating. Extremely clean and hygienic with social distancing measures strictly in place. This branch is not as busy as before due to most of the office workers who normally work in Thames Tower working from home. However, in the morning in the queues can get insane especially with the new Pret Barista Subscription! That being said, the staff members looked extremely overworked and tired as there is a constant flow of customers due to the subscription and their workloads have increased rapidly! Pret's board should have thought about the welfare of their employees before launching a coffee subscription and cutting a lot of jobs as there is a queue of 11 customers and 2 employees. One working on the coffee machine and one working on the tills. This is ludicrous and due to the board not the employees the queues here can be extremely slow paced. However, the customer service here is excellent and the staff members are very friendly and helpful! There is a great product range for lunch and the branch is always well stocked with lots of Vegan and Vegetarian options. There are loads of snack options available too and all the bakery items are freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! You know what your getting at Pret A Manger! Overall, I strongly recommend this Pret A Manger branch to you!

Usually go here for breakfast as it is close to home or previously on the way to work. Going here in the morning rush when you want coffee can be hit or miss with long waits, forgotten or incorrect orders.

Fantastic service, everything is always clean and tidy. They have lots of options for people with dietary restrictions, and the hot drinks menu is fantastic. I highly recommend the matcha latte, is the best I've tried so far from all cafes and restaurants in UK.

Always reliably good. It is good that they do small baguettes as I like a light lunch. Always fresh and tasty! Conveniently located by the station, and a good place to lunch on a busy Saturday when the town centre is rammed!

I've knocked one star of for the exceptionally loud mazak which was not quite background music. It's a handy location to the train station and had seating inside and outside. Staff friendly. It's the first time I've had a flat white to 'eat in' and it seemed smaller than the take away version.
