T.Great service, lovely atmosphere, food come out in good time and tasted superb.
B. H.Food was alright for the most part. Mostly overpriced for the quality of the food. The staff seemed to be in a slight rush to take your plate away and it made me and my partner feel slightly hurried. The bill was brought to us when I did not ask for it but this may be due to a lack of support from management. Overall... mediocre

Service was great except for that. Food just how you'd expect.
Wish the set menu had a few more vegetarian choices. Well that applies to the main menu too.
As far as the set menu. You might consider, that a vegetarian non drinker using a set meal voucher has actually already paid MORE than the regular menu price. .... A little flexibility might be nice.
H. S.We love the set menus from here which are great value! The food is always lovely, but they have been struggling with missing items on the menu recently. The staff always seem (overly) busy which can mean service is slow. This isn't a reflection on the staff but I think they could do with extra servers.

Ordered a kids menu n it was HUGE! My 12yr old couldn't finish it all off.
The brushetta wasn't to our liking but the penny arrabiata with chicken was lovely as it had a little kick to it too.
Would I recommend? Yes

Z. M.I have been here twice since the restaurant has reopened after covid19, and I have been really impressed. Staff have taken alot of care to ensure the place is clean and safe, and I felt bad for the waitress who was wiping down the chairs clean to the point she was even wiping the legs of the chair.
Food wise I find the menu quite limited, especially if you are limited to vegetarian options, and they haven't got any vegan options which can be a good alternative. However, this branch has been very accommodating with customising our orders. Food comes on time and Staff are very polite.

P. J.Excellent service and a nice atmosphere. Never had a bad meal at any Prezzo but this one was the best I have been to. Pizza arrived promptly with the 2 other meals and was cooked to perfection. Tables are comfortable and didn't feel crammed in even though it was full at lunchtime. Would recommend and will be returning
K. S.Surprisingly tasty food. Good hospitality from Marco. Thought the vegan mushroom pizza would be dry from looking at it but it was surprisingly good. Waiter brought chilli oil with the pizza which which was a good thought.
When the rest of the party were given their desserts, the waiter brought me a sorbet on the house which is not yet on the menu. This was unprompted, I said nothing about there not being a vegan dessert on the menu.

R. C.The food here is great. I particular like the Garlic Bread with balsamic onions and mozzarella, and the Tropicana Pizza. Staff are very friendly, especially Sean. As it's next to authentic, nearly all the drinks are either beer or have Prosecco or gin in, so there's not a great range of drinks available, but that's not anything huge to complain about.
Prezzo regularly do very good deals as well, either via VoucherCloud or via Meerkat Meals, so there's not really any excuse to come here when after an Italian.

j. l.Good services. Good food. My Penn salmon pasta is tasty. I had half of my sister's non-hot version which was a bit less exotic. So I recommend the original one. The black pizza is also a good choice for our lunch.

Very high quality food at a great price I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes great food and a lovely dining experience. Go to Prezzo you won't be disappointed.
T. C.Dined at prezzo with partner and two young children and the service was excellent! Every time a knife or fork was dropped the waiter brought over a clean one without us having to ask. The food was also delicious and served pretty quick.
M. S.I have just left Prezzo Reading after going there for my birthday dinner. It was fantastic, we enjoyed each of our 3 courses and the complimentary bottle of prosecco. Every member of the team we had contact with were amazing especially the young man who served us to start with. He certainly made what started as a bit of a nightmare birthday into a great one. I will definitely be back.

S. F.After scouring the streets in the rain for somewhere nice to eat we came across Prezzo. Although it looked very busy inside the tram were able to find us a table for 2 with no waiting. The staff looked rushed but we're still attentive, bringing us the drinks menu, then shortly after drinks arrived we were ready to order. Wonderful food, great sized portions, and excellent cocktails. To top it off it turns out I was able to use my Taste card there too which added to the experience. Will definitely be returning
W. W.Really kind and polite staff. My stonebaked pizza was really hard, they gave it to me as one part so really it was kinda difficult to portion it. My daughter loved her pizza, was full of goooey cheese. Served mocha coffee and delicious strawberry ice-cream. Pizza - no, but I'll go there one more time as pasta looked really nice. :)

Introduced a friend to Prezzo, first time she's eaten there. Very impressed with our avocado, chicken and crispy bacon salads, fresh colourful interesting salady leaves, so well presented in the bowl. Yum. Service excellent as ever from Sandra, though must say all staff here are great and look after customers well. Will be back again soon. Just luv eating there."
S. S.Nicely situated in the town centre. They added far far too much chilli to my seafood dish but I didn't realise ( thought I was being a wimp) until my lips were burning. Took some time to explain this to the waitress but I think this is because being in a town centre they probably get far too many people eating then complaining to get the meal free! They didnt charge me for my sorbet but I didn't realise til I got home as I hadn't expected anything so if you are reading this now...thanks! The burger looked amazing and they offer the option not to have the bun which is a nice touch. The deserts looked amazing ( and apparently tasted rocking too!). Even the sorbet was definitely a cut above what is usually served

Particularly bad service when we went for a group meal which took hours, with wrong food served to the table and still had a 12% service charge added to the bill. Most people dining appear to use vouchers which can make it very good value.
