We enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant. Ramona who had been called in from Hilton Brighton to work at the restaurant on the evening of our visit was so kind and helpful and seated us at a large booth /sofa table. Perfect. The other lady from Hilton Brighton Jordan really looked after us throughout the meal. The restaurant was very busy and the noise level was rather loud. Since we were seated at this particular table we were still able to relax and enjoy our meal. Nachos, tempura prawn, beef and fish and chips were all actually cooked well. The food at Hilton hotels in the UK tend to be cheap and lacking but this restaurant did deliver pleasant meal.

Good food offered by the restaurant. It has British and French cuisine. The restaurant is located at the Hilton ageas bowl. The staff is helpful and friendly. They do have some vegetarian and vegan options. They are generally quite busy so you would need a reservation at the restaurant.

Lovely staff and great view of the Cricket field. The ribeye and blue cheese sauce was really tasty. I just wish there was more on the menu.

This is the main restaurant for the Hilton Ageas Bowl. The lighting is too harsh and bright for my taste. Staff are exceptional. The menu changes with the seasons; this just confuses me! The food quality also changes. We stay at the hotel frequently and food portions are becoming smaller. The bar, which is to one side of the restaurant, is pleasant and comfortable. There is an outside area.

Great restaurant, a hidden gem, overlooking the Ageas Bowl Cricket pitch. I have had lunch and dinner here on numerous occasions and never had a bad meal. A wide range of choices on the menu as well.

Great market with food from around the world. Set amid the chains and wildly expensive restaurants of London's Piccadilly, the stalls are economical and varied. Add to that the setting - an exquisite Wren church - and you're onto a winner.

Booked a table here as we were staying nearby for a game at the Ageas Bowl. The service we got was great, nothing was too much trouble. We weren't hurried through our courses and the food was simply superb. Hope to get back here one day as we are not locals.

We stayed at the Ageas Hilton for one night and decided to treat ourselves to a Chateaubriand at Beefy’s. Really lovely meal, carved at the table for that extra experience. The kids had pizza and they were happy. The meal did come out really quickly so we had to ask them to slow down or we would have been out in 30 mins! We had a starter, they also brought out bread so we were a bit stuffed.

Only had breakfast here but staff all friendly, lovely tasty self service breakfast with plenty to choose from

Stayed at the ageas for 3 nights, Breakfast in beefys was nice, the only problem was a piece of egg shell in 1 fried egg, not the biggest crime but shouldn't happen. We ate in the restaurant on Friday night, my wife had the lamb which she said was far to rich for her, I had the burger which was fine but little overpriced at £15. The main problem was the in room dining we had on Saturday. Firstly there's no children's meals on the menu which I find amazing, I asked if they could do meals from beefys menu but got a flat no. When we got the meals the fish had 5 or 6 bones in it and was a bit greasy. We are staying again in July but will not use the in room again unless the menu is better catered for all the family.

Great food and very knowledgeable staff. Bit pricey (especially the drinks) but quality was very good which makes up for it a bit. Would eat here again if I’m ever in the area.

Pleasant enough place with views over the cricket pitch. Nice staff and enjoyable food, just a little on the expensive side.

An enjoyable meal here. Good views over the cricket ground. Service was quick and the quality of the food was good. Our visit was slightly spoiled by two large tables of very loud patrons who were all attempting to shout over each other from one end of the table to the other end.

We held our Golden Wedding family celebration at Beefy's, what a wonderful evening, nothing was too much trouble. The food was well cooked and nicely presented.
Thank you so much to everyone involved in making our evening so memorable.

Had the set 3 course menu, which has a good selection of dishes on. Waiter was attentive although did not check with us during our meal if the food was satisfactory. Food was luke warm at best, drinks very expensive and the lightbulbs above our table kept flickering on and off. Not the experience I was expecting from a Hilton.

Lovely food and friendly attentive colleagues!

Food was pretty good. Not a lot of atmosphere. Might be better during the day when you can see the stadium.
