I see that the reviews on this kfc are pretty negative. However, I was pretty impressed! Ordered online for collection. Food Was ready when I walked in, young lad behind counter was polite, friendly and professional. Food was hot and good quality. The only negative I can say is that kfc doesn't taste as good as it used to. This isn't down to the cook, it's down to the nanny state telling us we can't have salt in anything... Overall a good experience

Had problems with the app not having all items on to order, so had to ask at counter after ordering items. Disappointed in the amount of rice in the pots, measurements vary so much, hardly anything in some.

KFC done as it should be. This one seems to produce a higher standard of cook on yhe chicken, perhaps because it smaller than the big commercial ones & serves a smaller demographic?

This KFC has always given me varied results on each visit. Staff range from cheery and helpful to sullen and moody. Food quality remains consistently good, as you would expect from KFC, however orders can sometimes have errors so a quick check before you leave is advised. On the whole it’s not the best, but it’s not the worst either.

Good old KFC. An unexpectedly situated fast food giant out here on the waterside. The staff have always been great too. And to compliment UBER Eats works here too, so KFC is deliverable to the door!

It's not a quick service but I understand that small places have smaller staff which deserve breaks etc. Like the rest of us. But in saying that, the food for me has never been poor and freshly cooked, hence the wait time. I've never had a problem with staff, always friendly and helpful despite being busy. I think customers can be impatient and rude toward staff and I've worked in these industries so know what they're going through everyday. All in all, it's a good place to grab a bite to eat with or without friends and family. I haven't given a five star because it's just everyday convinience food from KFC.

Recently ordered food for collection, the restaurant is currently closed due to Covid, but there is ample for parking for a couple of cars out front, and the good was served quicky, and to a good standard. Friendly staff, who were happy to help. Great place for your Fried Chicken fix!
