Great service, food was delivered quickly and still hot. I asked for some cheeky extras as it was my birthday and they pretty much upgraded us to the next meal so we had plenty more than we could have wished for, thank you!

I went through the drive-thru, there wasn't a queue and I was served very quickly. The vegan burger tasted as good as it usually does, it was crispier here which I liked.

This place was sheer chaos. One door out of action meaning everyone was being funnelled to the smallest door on the side where a large group decided it would be a great idea to block the path. Not one customer wearing masks only most of the staff, I know it's not law but it is generally a requirement to enter an establishment. At least the food came quick, I pre-ordered and booked in as I pulled up and it was done in 5 minutes. I do get mixed receptions here, depends how busy and what day/time of day as things have been forgotten and some things cold. Overall its not a bad place but don't expect too much.

Only ever used the self serve machines which are actually really slow to print your receipt oddly. Staff seem very friendly and the wait wasn't too long. Popular location so you might have a bit of a wait. Standard KFC food, not as greasy as some and warm when received. Overall good experience.

However, the reason for a score of 3 is because of the lady who brought my food, she was trying to force me to download the customer survey there and then even tried bribing me with a free Ice cream. I politely said no I want to eat my lunch before it gets cold. I witnessed her do this to at least 4 other people.

Crazy busy today, with cars lined up from the roundabout, but the team there worked hard to get everyone served as quick as possible. All my food was in the bag, but I do suggest you park up and check before driving home, as I have had items missing before, and it's less upsetting and time consuming correcting on the spot.

Went in to get the misses a fillet tower meal with beans and a extra piece of chicken! She said it was absolutely delicious! Last time I was in a KFC was a long time ago, and my view, experience, and how the meals are done and prepared have been changed alot! Had a small piece of the chicken and it was better than what I had many years ago. The store is extremely clean and tidy! Staff were very busy and organised! Food is really good and hot! Go careful! Remember your mask etc...portion sizes are bigger to! Really great value and experience, disabled friendly plenty of space and parking space just outside the store! 5*

I've never had cold food here and the order has always been correct. However, it takes a very long time to get your food and the drive-through queue blocks the McDonald's one. Overall, not great but not really bad.

It's always rammed and staff seem overwhelmed. They're doing a great job - full credit to them - and everything is as expected, but the new touch screen ordering system needs a major update. User interface is poor and the long order numbers are confusing to customers.

I must admit that I am a fan of KFC and I have enjoyed many of the Colonel's chicken dinners over the last 50 years. If I had to choose between one of the big 3 outlets for fast food KFC is my number 1. The quality and portion size is always great.

Whilst the food was nice and hot. they got our drinks wrong when given to us on the drive through, then the replacement was also wrong. The meals were mixed up with the sides being in the wrong meals, fortunately we had the right sides just in the wrong boxes. Was meant to get a BBQ dip with the boneless banquette, but no dip.

Friendly staff. Very long wait in drive thru. KFC have changed how they cut the chicken so the pieces are smaller. In a 6pc bucket there were 3 drumsticks and 3 thighs. Prefer white meat so a bit disappointed.

A bit awkward queueing with the way it's set up as there's there's nowhere to stand without looking like you're still queuing to order or like a delivery driver. Good apart from that.

KFC is one of my favourite meals. But I must say, being in this restraint made it take 10x better. The staff members are always there to offer any help if needed. The food is just so yummy and the atmosphere in the room is great, it really is. I would absolutely recommend anyone that hasn't gone here yet to go because it really is a great fast food place to be in, let alone eat in. ❤️😊

Used the drive thru two or three times. Each time the service has been quick but inaccurate. Twice my kids have been given fries instead of the corn on the cob the ordered, and sometimes the wrong drinks. Drinks can be sorted out, but it's difficult to check every element of a KFC meal there at the drive thru.

I usually like KFC but they've changed the chips to thicker ones and they're nowhere near as good as before. They've also now put the napkin, salt, and hand wipe in a plastic wrapping that is totally unnecessary and adding plastic waste into the environment.

They need to start thinking of the customer !

I have had odd problem or two, usually, drive away, find somewhere to park up then realise part of order missing !! One other issue, is it true that the chicken are bred from deformed stock and often have 4 legs etc??

While this place isn't perfect, and i can only talk of experience with the drive thru, my order has almost never been wrong. The staff seem friendly and there is usually no waiting between placing your order and collecting it so they really do put the fast in fast food. Be aware that at peak times this place gets really busy and queues for the drive thru can be horrendous.
