Chaotic. Not blaming them but Delivery Drivers are creating backlogs. Staff not really on top of their game. Missing fries but too much hassle to go back in.

Excellent service at this branch, always clean and tidy compared too the very messy Above Bar branch. Food was hot and fresh dining in.

extremely unhappy with the size of the burgers! I ordered a mini fillet burger and i kid you not, it was the size of my index finger! The zinger burger could barely cover my palm! very disappointing as i don't remember this being the case a couple of months ago?

Food was fast, but they messed up the order initially. When I went back to inform them, they made the missing burger from scratch and also threw in a free box of chicken nuggets. Staff were brusque though, which is never a great thing for a food establishment. Food high quality though.

As KFC's go the food was probably the best I've had in a while, the chicken was a decent quality and freshly fried so was hot and juicy. Chips was the standard type, personally I'm not a fan. But the gravy was good.

**Update: seems like they had a massive staff change. Now it’s like normal kfc Slow. Five orders at the same time in lunchtime will be enough to stun them. I see only one person running here and there doing all the jobs. There must be a problem with management.

Tables and floor never clean. I've been a few times now. Young Europeans who focus more on deliveroo drivers than the person stood at the till. This branch is exactly why i prefer drive through.

Small KFC halfway down Portswood high street. Food is of a consistent standard and service is fast and friendly. Due to the small size it can be hard to find a seat during peak times. The toilets were not overly clean and could so with refurbishment.

We tried this KFC 23/12/18 at 2 ish after bad service and poor food at Milbrook and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly and efficient young lady serving food was freshly cooked. Parking a pain but worth a bit of hassle.

All the staff were very helpful the only problems i have is with customers who when they finish there meals they cant be bothered to put there rubbish in the bins provided considering there supposedly be educated to a higher degree than ordinary joe public
