A place near our house, we bought a lot of furniture, decorations and others.clean with great help from Nathan, one manager of the site.we"ll go again

1- you have to ask for sauce!! For 4 burgers and 1 chips, they gave me 2 sauces. 2- Parking is not for McDonald's and is pay and display ( so parking is available but you have to pay for it ) 3- burgers were cold. Even cheese didn’t melt on them. 4- staff were polite as they were expected but absolutely management is not good. 5- not comparable with hedge end McDonalds. 1/12/2021 This time my burger were fresh and hot and they asked that I want sauce and cup holder or not. Enough tissues!!! This time I’ve changed their stars from 2 to 5. Thank you.

Went late evening, was quiet. Staff were rushed off there feet with about 10 online orders as well as 5 odd orders in store and werent waiting more than 10minutes. Food was hot and staff were polite. It was also quite clean!

We arrive back to Southampton from a cruise we disembarked early and made our way by foot to macdonald's on our way to the coach station I mean it was seven thirty in the morning we got inside ordered and sat in the corner of the room and had a couple of hours to kill and the place never stopped filling with customers by the time we left the place was full

Usually a queue of cars for takeaway but quite fast service. All the usual Mc Donald's food and drinks available. Food Never looks like the photos on the boards but you get the same at all Mc Donald's. Cash or card taken. Toilets in side.free parking.

My main issue is the disabled toilet was disgusting and dangerous to use. I complained and the lady cleaning the tables and restocking straws etc then went and cleaned the disgusting toilet and came back to clean table's no use of a apron and even used the same cleaning equipment for both. It wasn't to busy but I've been to better McDonald's. I'm not sure if people have noticed that the buns are sometimes different on the hamburgers they are thicker at this chain but that's my preference I like the slimmer bun. Staff all very friendly and Accommodating also very nice pleasant customers.

Everything went just fine for the 99p Filet-O-Fish (for my wife). There was a Pay and Display ticket machine in the car park though so I don't know if you have to pay if you're staying a long time. I visited after 18:00 so need for a ticket.

Very big shopping centre. Has two multistorey car parks. All these are connected by stairs and elevators. Has loads of accessibility and family friendly allocations. Loads of trend shops and good restaurants. Accessible bathrooms all over the place. I would really recommend this place for Christmas shopping and all over the year gift shopping.

One of the best McDonalds I've been too. I know they are all meant to be the same but they aren't really...the fries were crispy, the burger fillings were plentiful and the staff were excellent. One of the better ones.

Located within retail park free parking for 30 mins after that it's pay and display, you have to collect a ticket from the car park machine even if you are just popping in for five minutes, take care don't get a fine. Parking is free after six pm and before eight am but recommend you still get a ticket.

Regularly visit this location. Enjoy it. Staff are always trying hard to do their best. Often younger folk on Duty. Apart from the ability to access Disabled Facilities, which are often the seen back-up for over-stretched "standard" Facilities, generally find the experience more than acceptable.

We mainly use the drive-through. Hardly ever have to wait to be served; the queue moves quick and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Standard McDonald's often used as a quick stop for workers, at the time some of the drinks were not being served and some of the loos were out of order. Otherwise clean and tidy. Don't use the drive thru' seems very slow, better to just park up and go inside. Car park is free for the first 30mins.

It was an ok experience. I felt sorry for the lady who was trying to get people sat down, as when people were turning up when she was seating people she had to keep explaining the social distancing each time as there was only one way in and out. Where food was brought to us we had a meal missing and there was no straw for a soft drink and there were no condiments given and I had to keep asking the same lady who looked like she was doing everything to get these items as well as control customers.

Trying to get breakfast here was almost impossible. Orded through McDonald's app thinking it would be the safest and easier way to do it. I was wrong! Waited in a que, with little to no social distancing for over 20 minutes with delivery people shaking hands and wandering around NOT social distancing or wearing masks. Then collected my meal which was wrong so had to go back to get it rectified. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The queue for the Drive-thru was long but thought it shouldn’t take long...wrong! When we did get round to order and it was nothing unusual, just the normal meals and drinks, we were told to park up and wait! A lad did finally come to our car with our meals, fast food?...probably would have been quicker to have parked up and went inside. Lots of alternative eateries near so maybe we’ll try something different when we are hungry on the hoof.

It was quite literally pouring it down with rain and there was a woman outside in a high vis with an umbrella and a tablet taking orders. She was cheery, polite, helpful and providing excellent customer service despite the horrible conditions. I'm afraid I didn't get her name but it was at 1PM on Weds 19th August. I just wanted to make a point to say how excellent she was- she brightened our day for sure!

We visited around midnight on way home from a night out. Manic best describes the place, inside and the drive thro both! Have to say tho staff very friendly and cheerful, didnt wait very long for our order they where working the way thro the numbers on the board quiet quickly. Great place for takeaway or eating in. You can order through the drive through or inside talking to a person or on a machine. Quick service even though its normally busy because it is a popular place. Great for families, adults kids and anyone. Perfect would recommend to anyone.

Drive thru available as it plenty of parking, this one doesn't get as busy as the one in West Quay shopping centre but it does get busy during the half term school holidays. Staff could do with adopting a sense of urgency during peak times!

Convenient and most of the time quick. 3 star this time but overall its a 5star. I always drive through if i was in the restaurant i could take it back if wasn't satisfied.

This is a great retail park with a good amount of shops. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking, but you at least get 30 minutes for free.
