Very busy so had to wait 15 mins, but it was lunch time & week before Christmas. Did not wait any longer than that, so no problem. Food served hot and not long to wait. Staff friendly. Enjoyable meal, glad we waited.

What great staff! Greeted by a smile and served very quickly and elegantly. When one of the staff members came over to check if the food was alright, he noticed the garlic bread looked burnt and offered to get us some more! Without a complaint! Food was also delicious. 2 very happy customers.

This should be a 5 star review really .... Sorry about knocking them on service as once we were in, it was great. The issue is that we arrived and were booked into the queue system, received a text that we were in the queue and, therefore, wandered for a bit. After about 25 mins, I was wondering whether we were getting closer so clicked the link from the text, and it said "Maybe next time! ... You were removed from the queue at xx:xx" When I went to ask them, they could see I was no longer on the list, they could see I had been but couldn't see why I was removed.. From there, though, service was great. They got us straight on a table and, apart from slightly long wait time for food, all was perfect.

Came in after a run in the city for dinner. We were seated quickly, ordering food using a voucher was a breeze. Polite and friendly service. The place was clean and we had plenty of room. Couldn’t fault the service at all!

A good size restaurant within the food hall of West Quay. Great food full of flavour that packs a solid punch, both with the chicken and the veggie/vegan options. The staff had a look of another day of the grind but thankfully the food was more than good enough to come back, I just hope the staff cheer up for next time.

Great food every time with an amazing menu, would love some new sides on the menu tho as I have had the current sides so many time but it's always great and the staff are always super friendly.
