I love nandos. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is energetic and fun, the food service is quick and efficient and the food itself is just awesome, whether I have the chicken livers, a burger or just half a chicken I am never disappointed! Totally recommended as a casual place to grab food with friends or family

Not bad not great. No chicken on the bone, the frozen yoghurt machine, which the kids want to try out everytime we pop in has been broken for longer than the economy and today there was no Fanta! The horror!!! Food was okay, chicken a little dry and overdone but passable. Staff fantastic, just let down by the fact everytime we go in something is either out of stock or not working.

Lovely experience at this Nandos in the busy Westquay Shopping centre. We were sat very quickly and the staff were all very friendly. The food came quickly and was just as you would expect from Nandos. I had the butterfly chicken burger and it was cooked to perfection. Would come here again on my next shopping trip!

The food was what you would expect and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had to order using the QR code, which was fine for half of our group, but unfortunately didn't work for the other half. Try and aim to go at a quiet time, it was very very busy and the staff were absolutely rushed off their feet. We had to keep flagging them down as they were so busy that they weren't able to check on customers or notice that we needed a bit of help.

The Chicken was amazing i didn't order that much as you can see on my photo (i wasn't really that hungry). The customer service was really good too.

A really good experience in the world of covid. The table either side of our table was closed which made us feel a little better, as we still felt a bit strange being inside with masks off. You order everything via the QR code on the table - they bring your cutlery and napkins, and any condiments you require. They'll also bring you a fresh glass of your drink if you've ordered a free refill option, so there's really no need to leave your table like you normally would in nandos. The menu has changed a little which we were a little disappointed by, but we still enjoyed our meal. Some of the staff weren't wearing masks properly which is frustrating too, but it happens everywhere, and since diners don't have go wear masks, I'm not sure how much difference it makes now.

Nandos remains the best place to eat chicken in my personal opinion. Never had a plate that disappointed me, plates I did not clean, bones I did not nibble. Highly recommend it to you if you've not been before. Seating is great and not had to wait long in this location. Staff friendly and nice and kid friendly as well.

Nandos is like the speed/time/ distance triangles we used to use in math at school. The Nandos triangle is value for money, quality of product and good service. You cannot have all three. The food was ok, they forgot half the order and ended up recieving a full refund. I was merely whelmed and probably will not attempt a cheeky Nandos at any point in the near future.

Stopped for late lunch new years eve was time poor so asked how long service would be and was told 10 minutes. We were seated straight away in a round booth. It was very busy with lots of patrons but everything seemed under control. We ordered our food the chap at the counter was really friendly, they were out of coleslaw which was really disappointing but he recommended the grain side and explained what was in it for me so I gave it a go. Our meals came out very quickly within the 10 minutes we were told. Food was tasty and to same nandos standard very happy my grain side was good and a nice change and alternative to the lack of coleslaw. I tried grilled halluomi for the first time at nandos and it was delicious the best thing from all I ordered. Because of being in the shopping mall it was very noisy in there acoustics not good hard to hold a conversation and the internet reception and wifi is not good signal. Good place for a quick bite during a shopping trip but wouldn't come if wanted more of sit down long eat and chat with hubby or friends.

I always always enjoy Nando's chicken. Mild, with lemon, spicy whatever it is it is always tasty. Lot of options on the menu to choose from and satisfy every taste. Sides to choose from with your main plate and give a stronger or different taste, drinks and deserts also. Salted chips, coleslaw and garlic bread are always on my list, love them.

Food took as long as we were told and it was standard Nando's quality...so all good. Only three stars though as the restaurant had run out of butterfly chicken, so we could not order what we wanted to, before 7am on Saturday night.... this is a shame on a evening when there is Bonfire Night fireworks in town!

'Twas amazing. The butterfly chicken burger danced upon thy tastebuds like a ballerina in a meadow on a warm summers eve. The spicy rice tingled and jumped on the pallet only to come crashing down in waves of intense flavour and comforting fulfilment. If that wasn't enough, you couldn't even begin to imagine my shear joy when I was informed that the drinks were refillable. What a gay day it was. Oh and the chips were alright.

There you get really good mexican style food. I absolutly enjoyed the Burrito, "just" the medium size but I was totaly full. I is a pity, that it is quite hard for getting a seat round about 12. Super lecker das ganze Zeug, leider ist es schwierig einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen.
