s. s.We ordered chicken piri piri and chicken burger and both was good cooked. The chips portion was very small. Food packaging was good and everything was separate and all was recyclable.

S. D. S.I love the wings and their fries are sublime. Keep it simple with the fillet burgers. The ginger beer is lit.
M. M.Better than the colonel! Nice hot fresh chicken, wings that don't repeat on you after you've had them and nice crisp fries. Sometime you have a little bit of a wait but it's well worth it for chicken this tasty. Definitely my go to place for chicken now and the staff are really friendly too.

A. C.Excellent fried chicken. Service is ok can be a bit slow sometimes but always polite and friendly. Portswood branch food is always better than Shirley hence recommended.

A.Wings were nice, the rice and chicken of the katsu curry rice was good but the katsu sauce was not actually katsu sauce, thats some kind of tangy indian curry sauce which they named as katsu sauce... I just want to request the sams chicken brand owner please do not use wrong names for the items because it increases the comparison with the real product and reduce the value

A. A.Toilets were dirty. No body was cleaning the tables, drinks spilt on tables. Floor was not clean. We were going to eat in the shop but instead brought it back home. Thinking if the food would have been clean.
