We really loved it! We arrived at 10 and they were closing in half an hour - but stuff was really friendly and cool to take! make! and serve the amazing mea for us! We LOVED it! Meat was super delicious or maybe we were too hungry! Anyway. It’s really cool place to get some food and enjoy yourselves! Ah! Also. Mojito was good as well!

My visit was just a short one for a quick bite only. I ordered a vegan burger with additional real cheese, as they don‘t offer a vegetarian burger. The burger was ok, although the bun was cold an it was not too easy to eat, because of its highness. The fries could be better in consistence. The service was friendly, but could be faster.

It was quiet when we went in at 3:30 when we went in for a quick bite to eat with my 4 year old. She had a massive hot dog which she loved, she wasn't a fan of the chips. I had a starter and a refill drink. Couldn't fault the service, the lady was extremely friendly and gave my daughter colouring stuff. Our drinks and food came quick and we couldn't fault any of it. Really pleased.

Visited because of an offer and had a really enjoyable meal. The steak in particular was one of the nicest from any of the chain type of restaurant. Every member of staff was helpful and our server ( sadly I didn't get his name) was cheerful. Would definitely visit again.

Myself, my son and his girlfriend and her Mum visited on a Saturday about 2 o clock. All but one of us had different burgers and one had marinaded chicken pieces. All the burgers were barely lukewarm and no marinade could be tasted on the chicken. The fries were hot and disappointingly the whole meal seemed like small portions. It would have made a big difference to the taste if the burgers were of a warm temperature. We all said didn't anticipate a return visit.

3 stars is labelled as 'its ok' and that sums it up really. The food is decent but not incredible and service was ok. The worst thing is that the restaurant is very cold! Due to the public's laziness in using the disabled entrance to the building constantly, rather than the revolving doors, there is a frequent breeze blowing through and with TGI Fridays being closest to the doors, it gets the brunt of it!

4 of us went here for dinner and had a great time. The lad serving us was very helpful and patient as we can be hard work. I had the warrior burger with mario fries and sesame chicken strips on the side. Everything tasted amazing. We also ordered the milkshakes which again were really nice.

I asked for a full ribs and got a half but that was just a misunderstanding I think as I was charged the correct amount. Ribs and chips were good though, only complaint is the corn on the cob us super dry and I wish I could have swapped it for something else. Nice staff though and a good meal before me and my girlfriend went to go watch a film which was only 100m away. Good experience and would go again (just no corn on the cob!)

Came for a family meal and had no long queues or issues with getting a seat. Felt quite safe as well with the precautions the staff were displaying in light of covid 19. Food was delicious and clean plates were all left. Overall, it was a great experience and likely to come back again.

I had never been to a TGI Fridays before and I went there with an open mind. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, I really like American restaurant/diner style places. I absolutely loved the bottomless Coke! The only downside was that me and my partner were struggling to get the attention of the staff when we needed something, they'd just walk past the table so we literally had to stand up and raise our hand. Other than that it was good and would definitely visit again.

Visited for my sons birthday. Overall experience was nothing like other TGI Fridays, no atmosphere at all. Food was good, service was extremely average. Maybe we went there on a off day, but I wouldn’t return to that particular TGI Fridays again.

The management should congratulate each and every staff member working there. Absolutely superb. The overall vibe is amazing, the staff are super warming and helpful, even when making sure all of any dietary requirements are met they go though everything and ensure you are happy with what you are served. Always loved TGI's service but this one has got that something special.

Earlier this evening we had our works Xmas gathering. It’s a shame the place was so cold very uncomfortable to enjoy your meal. The staff were very polite and very apologetic when certain items on the menu were not available. Not just food items but the restaurant had run out of certain products where they couldn’t make certain cocktails. Maybe their having problems with their suppliers and the heating of the restaurant.

I'm a lover of TGI Fridays, well, Ribs and other bits of their food. Tonight, wasn't that impressed! Sadly they ran out of many many things, seemed to me everything we ordered had something not available.... no tango or similar, no duck for one of the dishes our table ordered and ... when we did order something no baked beans arrived with the meals as they'd run out -- no explanation or sorry about that!! Guys, today, you've let us down! On the upside, my ribs we yummy, as always (wrong sauce came out with it but hey) and chips were also fab.

The food was tasty but salad leaves or garnish are left under heat lamps and wilt. Good cocktails. Once main meals are served we didn't get checked on again for further drinks, desserts or the bill. It was hard to get anyone's attention even when it was quiet.

Love, love, love! Visited recently before seeing a movie in the Showcase cinema and food was amazing. It was great to see that they had brilliant covid rules in place, sanitiser dotted about and tables spaced apart. As a veggie, I found the beyond burger to be a really tasty option and I scoffed the lot! The garlic bread was not the best but then again, I'm a garlic nut ... So, garlic bread cam leave a lot to be desired. The staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly. What does a grown adult need to so for a balloon animal, though? I'm kidding. I'll definitely be back with friends and family soon.

Considering there were less diners because everyother table was off limits due to safety restrictions we waited about 45 mins for our food. When I booked online for 7.15 pm they asked that we leave the table by 8.45pm. We didn't have any dessert, which was just as well as it was 8.40 when we left. The food was lovely when it finally arrived. I did say when I booked that it was my husbands 50th Birthday and they asked if I wanted cake and a hat on them. When we got there no mention of his birthday or cake at all and because of the time constraints I didn't bother to persue it. We won't go back for while.

I have only visited Fridays twice, and we were very pleased on both occasions. We thoroughly recommend the Rack of Ribs, which is one of the most delicious meals we have had. I had Jack Daniels sauce and my friend had the Barbecue sauce. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not pressuring. On both of our visits a birthday party was in progress. The staff made every effort to help and join in the fun without being intrusive. We will definitely go there again.

I'm a fan of TGI Fridays, I love the food and have never had a bad meal. The cocktails are awesome too! But for this one, the service let's it down. Staff are friendly enough, but the wait time to be seen, get your drinks and then your food are just way too long. Having been several times with varying degrees of busyness, its always the same. On our last visit we were stood waiting for someone to show us to a table for so long that we were about to leave and go elsewhere!!

Visited a few months back and had a poor experience. The manager though refunded us the whole meal with his apologies for the lack of service. So we revisited recently to give the place another try and we didn't regret it. It was a vast improvement to the previous visit. The food was delicious and the team was on the go. I had the refillable drinks and as soon as the glass was near empty the optimists made it full again. We really enjoyed our meal and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Ordered here with my girlfriend who is allergic to mushrooms and had to make sure there were none in her meal. The manager came over and stated he will personally double check with the chef, then came back to us to confirm within minutes. Food was delicious, service was fast even for a weekend evening. The food and service for our group was good 24 of us. But sadly I could see the service for other dinners wasn't. So much so a couple with a toddler and a baby were seated and then not served for 20 mins ended up getting up and walked. Then 2 young guys were waiting for 10 mins to be seated they also ended up walking. # if you've got a large party booked in then maybe rota on more staff 👍🏻

Great staff here with a really friendly lady called Sarah who made balloon animals for both our girls and really took time to make sure we were ok and had what we needed and a good time. The food was good - it was my first time in TGI but I enjoyed it and the kids enjoyed it too. I'd definitely recommend going there if you're passing and give a shout out to the lovely Sarah if she's working when you're there!

We called in around 7pm on a saturday night without a booking and were able to get a table in a busy restaurant. We were greeted warmly and the service was good the order was taken quickly despite how busy it was. I haven't eaten in TGIs for a few years and the were lots of items to choose from and extras to add on etc. We were on a time limit so I ordered the double glazed burger and fries and a drink the food came in a reasonable time about 15 to 20 minutes. The burger was tasty so the reason for only 3 stars is due to portion size against its price. The burger was ok but the fries were tiny and the coleslaw was no more than 1 mouthful at best!! I would of definitely expected more for the prices being charged. There would of been more fries in a regular portion at MacDonalds

The food and drinks were served promptly, considering how busy it was at this restaurant. Overall, an excellent visit. The only little down side were the fries were a little cold. But, on the other hand it was very busy.

Booked a table arrived early fair enough it wasn't ready but loads of seating available but our table wasn't ready told it will be in 20 mins got given a buzzer. Gone 20 mins buzzer never went off so went back over and sat us down straight away on a different table as someone else was on the one we were meant to of had which didn't bother us but why couldn't we have been sat down first time round. Drinks took forever, Food came out hot and fresh.

As a coeliac sufferer I can attest to how good the kitchen handles allergies, no reaction from me nor my coeliac partner. The cocktail goblets are a lot of fun and the mudslide goes so well with dipping chips and I highly recommend the very boozy long Island iced tea is your intention is to get sloshed.

Good food, all be it a little blander than it used to be. Service always friendly, could be a little on the quicker side, but you can't fault their attentiveness. Please note, we've been here a couple of times, but always on a weekday and late afternoon time, so not the busy points.

Good quality food. I was impressed with the burgers there better than byron burger just around the corner . Comparitivly speaking TGI fridays is the best in its class. It's a shame that the prices are a little expensive but again compared to somewhere like frankie and bennies its leaps and bounds ahead, so I'm not complaining. The only other thing worth mentioning is there are no baby changing facilities!
