Very cool place and great food! Although we didn't try any cocktails we did love their homemade soft drinks. BBQ ribs were delicious, would definitely have them again. Staff is very nice too. Since it was our first time there, by downloading their app we got £10 off of the whole meal and they also offer 20% off for Blue Light Card members. Overall, great place!

Loved this place a lot! Our waitress April was really friendly and service was quick. They have a large range of options to choose from, the four dishes we had taken were all amazing. The atmospheres was really lovely and we really enjoyed our time.

I tried Caribbean food for the first time and it was so delicious. I was surprised that it's quite spicy but I loved it! It's so flavorful and colorful.I really liked the crispy chilli squid, really crispy, the sause was delicious and not too hot. The cocktails were okay, we ordered a few but not all of them tasted good. The Zombie cocktail with pineapple was definitely my favorite but Marley mojito was just too sweet and I normally love mojito.The service can be a bit better. We ordered just drinks at first as we needed time to choose from the menu. The waitress brought us the drinks but rushed to just leave them and then it was hard to get someone's attention to order food even though the place wasn't crowed. Overall it was a good experience with nice food.

Get night out with the girls . A friend organised it . They are quick to take your order which is good but some of us couldn't order certain food because something wasn't working in the kitchen. One of my friends burger was too raw for her and very pink so she sent it back she had to wait a long time to get a fresh one . Drinks were great I could have sat there all night but we were kicked out as soon as we had finished our food . We had the bottomless brunch . My ribs were absolutely delicious and the remaining girls who had burgers where very happy with theirs .

Always a great atmosphere here. Cocktails are amazing & the rum options are brill! I personally have never eaten here but the food always smells amazing when I've been inside. The 2.4.1 cocktails are always a winner with my work colleagues. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely atmosphere with great staff and drinks! Unfortunately my ribs were cooked that much the meat was inedible. However, I told the waitress, didn't catch her name, but she sorted it very quickly and efficiently offering a replacement. I changed meal, but this one was perfect and I really couldn't fault the service or the second meal!

I haven't been to a Turtle Bay for approximately 3 years. I visited last week, and I was mightily impressed with both the quality and quantity of food. The price was reasonable too! Staff were just the right side of attentive and friendly. My family and I were happy customers.

A very nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. The bar staff are fantastic and all work their socks off. Cocktails are very nice, and the food is good. The toilets are pretty dreadful on a busy night and could be serviced more regularly.

Me and my Friends went for a Bottomless Brunch here. It was AMAZING. There is over 20 cocktails you can choose from. We had about 8 cocktails each I think. Definitely worth your money. The food was great and the cocktails even better. The staff were very attentive and nice. 100% recommend

Great food, different variety to the norm. Wonderful selection of drinks even though I feel the softs are a little overpriced but that's the same everywhere you go. Update 2021 Had lunch, really enjoyed the sweetcorn fritters absolute highlight for me. Crispy on the outside hot and fluffy on the inside. Would of liked more mango mole and less sweet chilli or maybe option of dip rather than it already on as got a bit too spicy for me. The goat curry was good, very spicy. Felt I should of tried something else though. Cheesecake was average. I struggled with choosing a pudding I wish descriptions had been better I wanted the coconut Tart but was told by serving it was more like a cake? Drinks were not as good as previous years. Sad no Guinness punch anymore and some drinks and menu items were not available which was disappointing but to be honest I have not been to a single restaurant or fast food place in 2021 that has everything on menu available! Sign of the times.

Been to this Turtle Bay a few times, always seems very busy especially during their Happy Hour. Make the most of that by getting all the cocktails! One thing I love about the drinks here is that it's not full of cordial or ice, you can actually taste the spirits in them! Food is delicious, full of flavour. Cant fault it. My only negative point are the toilets - each time I've visited one of the ladies cubicles is out of order. Broken lock or blocked toilet? I also pointed out that the toilets tend to be very dirty too... it seems to be a problem at every Turtle Bay I've been to.. maybe they can organise staff to check and clean them regularly? With the footfall in the restaurant I thought they'd check them hourly.

Great place for Caribbean food! The classic jerk sauce is amazing! The menu has many options to choose from, all good choices! A highlight has to be their drinks menu - the cocktails are amazing and their 2for1 happy hour is deadly! So it's an ideal place for all ages and groups - don't think many will be disappointed, the only downside it has is that it can get incredibly busy however this doesn't affect the service from the staff or quality from the food! The only thing I found slightly odd about the whole experience was the restroom situation, it has a shared sink area for both genders which isn't anything worth considering but it only has four toilets in the whole restaurant...safe to say, you might be cueing for the toilet if you need. Other point - its wheel chair accessible throughout which is great and also offers an outdoor sitting area. Other than that, you can go wrong with your decision to eat here! Try it!

Great cocktails and food. I love the salmon toasty their sweet potatoes and their veggie pot. Last time I had jerk salmon absolutely delicious and their puddings was excellent but small :( we had the cheesecake and the brownie. I will never stop going back!

The restaurant is a nice and welcoming environment recalling the hot countries it is supposed to serve food for. The food is ok but nothing special. There's a toilet. The bill comes with a 10% gratuity which is optional to the client.

Incredibly tasty food! Will definitely come back here for it, just not for the cocktails - hence the three star review. My first cocktail was essentially warm juice with a few ice cubes on top, had to mix it myself a couple of minutes to cool the drink down. The vanilla and passion fruit mojito was next and that also was not prepared well, too much vanilla and poorly mixed. There’s a reason why they have cheap cocktail happy hour, but I unfortunately paid full price for these terrible drinks. I’ll be sticking to wine or beer next time with my meal.

Had our Christmas lunch here today. We opted for the bottomless brunch at £29.50 This includes breakfast or burger plus unlimited cocktails, prosecco, red stripe for 2 hours. I had the burger stack which was delicious and several lovely cocktails. The staff here are all very nice and go all out to make sure you're having a lovely time. Thank you to Emily, Melinda and Temi who looked after us and made our lunch experience fabulous. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Their 2-for-1 happy hour is totally worth it. The cocktails are strong, well made, and taste fantastic. You can order one initially and the next one after certain amount of time. We ordered the Koka-Kolada and the raspberry mojito - definitely go for the raspberry mojito. The outside seating is amazing on a nice warm day. We also tried the appetizer platter which was satisfying.

Food was excellent, wasn't expecting much from the cocktails and expecting to be waiting to be served. Nice cocktails and the bottomless brunch deal is brilliant. Some of the staff here were not great though. Our original waitress - great!, And then she went on break. In the second hour we were there, the staff tried their hardest to ignore us and then come the end of our booked time slot, we were hastily given our bill and told to vacate our table and go outside as 'someone was waiting for it'. We were outside for ten mins and no one sat at that table. They also didn't ask any other Patton's to vacate their tables after their time slot had finished. Now, we had a lot to drink during those two hours but in no way we're we rude, obnoxious, loud etc. I believe the only reason we were asked to leave was because we took full advantage of the bottomless brunch deal and if they have issue with that, don't advertise it as unlimited cocktails.

Bottomless brunch - really worth it if you like cocktails! You get your pick of cocktails from the menu for 2 hours, plus a food item. I had the chicken roti, which was SO DELICIOUS! I've never been that fussed by food here but it was great. Staff were great at getting your next cocktail ready too which was appreciated - I think we had 8 or 9 each during the 2 hours. The only thing that was annoying was the facilities - there are 4 or 5 cubicles for men and women in one washroom, but only 1 had toilet paper - one of the cubicles didn't even have a toilet roll dispenser. I can imagine this would be pretty frustrating on a busy night, but on a Wednesday afternoon it wasn't too much of a problem.

Very good food, but service was very slow. It took about 45 minutes from arrival to any food arriving by which time we were quite hungry. The cocktails are tasty but overpriced - mine had at most one measure of spirits and a price of £8.80! Two for one most of the time makes them fairly reasonable but the "actual" price is extortionate to be honest.

Despite the strict message that your table will only be held for ten minutes, we waited twenty five minutes in the rain before it was ready. Very popular with students from the uni. Cost wasn't excessive, £150 with service charges for four people.

We had an awesome bottomless brunch. They have let us in around 15min later than are booked time, and they didn't give us that time back to have a full 2hrs. Burgers were good. Ironically burgers dont come with fries, so we had to pay separately for them. For a bottomless, we could have any cocktail selection which is cool. They're definitely underappreciated, they're just there to make sure everyone is acting sensibly, and stopping any chances of underage people drinking (if they didn't, then Turtle Bay would lose its license, of course!) don't know the door staff's names, but lovely lovely people, a good laugh, great to chat to when out for a smoke or vape or fresh air. 100% deserve a pay rise haha!

The food has changed since the lockdown, but still is excellent! And this is the only reason it has gotten 3 stars. The warm attentive service is gone, I waited 30mins after asking for the bill. The unisex bathroom in Southampton is about as bad as a public bathroom as you can imagine. It was disgusting, sinks not working unflushed toilets and not a place for children. The uncontrolled ease with which interlopers enter and exit the restaurant to use the bathroom, walking through dining guests was too frequent! It simply made the restaurant feel a lot less comfortable. Better can be done, I'm sure.

Absolutely amazing service. We asked if we'd be likely to be served before a certain time as we had to rush off to a show and were assured the staff would look after us. We chose the chicken curry and got served our food in less than five minutes. The food was absolutely gorgeous but was far outshone by the incredible service. All of the staff we spoke to were courteous but fun and it really matched the vibe of the place. We'll definitely be back soon, with a little more time to enjoy it hopefully.

Absolutely loved our stay at Port Orleans Riverside resort! The entire resort grounds, buildings, pools, etc. are amazingly well kept. Every cast member goes above and beyond to ensure you have a magical Disney experience. Disney truly does it best and it's worth every penny you pay for it! We loved the pools. The main pool was open to 11 pm so the kids were able to swim after long days in the parks. The life guards were doing their job but were letting kids be kids, not blowing their whistle at every little thing like we're used to at our community pool - really refreshing. We were amazed at the lack of bugs! In a tropical setting with lots of water, it was astonishing to not be swarmed with mosquitoes. Our room was very nice, the kids loved the little Tiana touches in the room, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. If we were going to be spending a lot of time in our room it would have been nice to have more space for our family of 5, but given we were in the parks most of the time, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

A good friend told us about this Restaurant in Southampton near the Guildhall. I am from St. Lucia but live in the Uk so it was such a treat to be able to eat the authentic food from the Caribbean. May I recommend to the owners that you try and put some milder dishes on your menu and I will surely be returning again very soon.
