Lovely food with a really nice atmosphere. We couldn't decide on what starters to have so they made us a special selection of 5 starters each which was brilliant. Overall the food was delicious, staff were lovely and I will definitely be returning soon.

My gosh the food here was amazing. The choice is fantastic and the food is some of the best I have had. Can not recommend enough if you are looking for a great Indian. Don't be fooled by the outside in side it is really nice.

Our experience here on Friday night wasn't the best, although I am thinking it was probably not representative.
To maximise the occupancy it appears they have two sittings, one at 6.00pm the other at 8.15pm.
Fair enough but this has its problems. The restaurant literally went from empty to almost full in 15 minutes. The wearing of face masks was virtually non existent by staff and customers alike.
Our orders were taken promptly but judging by our meals I am of the opinion that the sudden influx put a lot of strain on the kitchen. Shortcuts may have been taken and the quality suffered.
It's now the party season, our side of the dining room was extremely loud and the atmosphere was quite raucous - romantic it certainly wasn't. The Bangladeshi come Indian menu promises much however my Kadahi Kurchan's description seemed a little of an exaggeration. Generally I would guess that food is good but the wife's bhuna was too hot for her and also very oily. For some reason the kitchen was unable to add a little bit of spinach to the curry which was a first. Likewise there was no onion salad with the poppadoms. We mentioned our disappointment to the restaurant and to their credit they were very apologetic. Therefore they made a gesture of compensation that roughly equalled the cost of a poppadom!
At least the evening finished off with a rather nice panna cotta dessert.
It's a nice place and I guess the experience would be a different story on a different night.

Came on a Thursday evening and had a great meal here. Service was excellent and not rushed, the restaurant has a lovely ambiance. The food was surprising and unlike anything else in the local area, fantastic presentation and new flavours. For starters we had soft shell crab and the king prawns (pictured). The prawns were a highlight of the meal. The mains were both fantastic, perfectly spiced and very rich - so the portion sizes were spot on. The lobster moilee was another highlight, perfectly cooked and the sauce didn't overpower the lobster meat. For dessert we had the Panna Cotta, which tasted good but was a little over set, possibly due to being served in a cocktail glass which exposes a large area to the chiller. Cocktail menu was very good.

Lovely food, menu choice was really good, and some quirky presentations, nice setting service was good, felt abit rushed towards the end. Overall I would recommend,.

Possibly THE best food I've ever eaten. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and my girlfriend is still talking about it this morning.
It was expensive but for the quality and presentation of the dishes I would have expected to pay more. The servers were very attentive, knew the dishes well and made it easy to choose the best dishes.
The cocktails were generously flavoured.
All in all an excellent experience that made for a very good date.
Don't change a thing and we'll certainly be returning.

Excellent food cooked perfectly
Nice surroundings and very clean . Staff are very helpful 🙂

This restaurant has ruined my future enjoyment of eating Indian food. From now on I'll always be comparing it too what I experienced last night. I'm not eloquent enough to put it into words. All I can say is I think its one of the best meals I've ever had everything was perfect I literally mean the whole experience from start too finish was faultless. Thank you so much 10/10
M. N.
Excellent food and service, would definitely go again.
E. K.
Always a beautiful meal and nothing ever seems too much to ask. The food and service has always been outstanding wether we’ve gone just the 2 of us or in a much larger group
Thank you, please keep doing what your doing as there’s not many places that do hospitality quite like you anymore ❤️
A. H.
The kind of food that makes you beam from ear to ear with every mouthful! Truly delectable! Lovely attentive and happy staff, lovely atmosphere and lovely cocktails! I cannot wait to return. Please start a breakfast club!
L. D.
Oh think this has probably the best restaurant I've ever been to! So many different Dishes from the usual Indian dishes..and wow the cocktails are worth visiting for them alone.the best I've ever ever tried..such lovely attentive staff...the prawn starter smoking..I've never tasted anything like it wow..Well worth a visit my new favourite place..x
C. M.
The staff are very attentive , lovely atmosphere , food is so flavourful . This was my partners first time and my third time eating here I don’t have a bad word to say about the place . I especially love the salted caramel martini it’s really nice .
M. C.
Really good food and service.
1st time trying curry, it was delicious.

A gem of a restaurant, we travelled from just south of Birmingham to dine there with friends. We will definitely return.
Good food, great atmosphere.
W. G.
Cracking food brilliant staff can't say a bad word about the place.
W. M.
Wow the best India restaurant I’ve been to! Fine dining, great ambiance, great service and beautiful food. So well presented and tasted amazing. Highly recommend x
J. K.
To start with the service was exceptional. Attentive without being overbearing. All of the staff had great knowledge of the menu and also would recommend if you're unsure about what you have.
The food was amazing. Really well presented and it tasted incredible. All the food was well thought out and all of the traditional flavours were mixed well with a modern feel to the restaurant.
We will definitely be returning.
K. B.
Great food and service. Was packed with every table taken on a cold Wednesday in December which says it all.
D. R.
Food was excellent, in a comfortable and luxurious ambiance. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
A. W.
Very nice food and some main meals a bit different from the usual curry house menus. Nice interior too with plenty of space between tables.
M. L.
As usual we had a terrific experience at Blanc, the entertainment was great, the staff excellent and the food tremendous! Can't wait to return :-)
M.
The place is lovely, the staff is incredible, but the food was so spicy i could not eat it.
M. S.
Wowzer...
A Real Indian Culinary Treat. Make sure you try something different here...rather than your usual curry to get maximum taste value 🍴
r. m.
Lovely atmosphere, really good food, spotless clean. The prices were a bit on the high side but if everything is right, which it was, it’s worth it. My only comment, I had the Malai king prawns for main, they were delicious, I would make it clear how many prawns are included and offer more at a higher price, would definitely have ordered more, they were to die for. A great place, will definitely be back.
C. P.
The best curry I've ever had... the starters were flavoursome and presented beautifully. Great mocktails, kids loved them. Espresso Martini was spot on...I have one wherever I go and they got it right. Definitely recommend and will return!
J. B.
The food was fantastic, I ordered the railway lamb curry and was blown away. Will definitely be coming back, service was excellent
N. H.
Had a really great experience here on a Thursday evening. The staff were exemplary and very attentive making sure everything was up to scratch. The meal had us savoring every last bite. Will be back!
S. W.
Absolutely amazing service, attentive staff and fabulous food provided us with a memorable night at Blanc. The menu and food along with the way it is presented is quirky and adds to the occasion. We would recommend this restaurant and will return.
S. K.
Over for a visit and tried for first time
Great experience, excellent staff and service, superb food, nice setting
T. K.
Visited on a Wednesday night .. Underwhelmed by the overall experience. Staff didn't appear to enjoy their jobs.and didnt want to engage with us at all.. First impressions are good but if you want to retain it you have to deliver this from start to finish.. advertising a new cocktail bar but this is closed when visiting. Also sign on the wall says opening soon.. mixed message. Food was OK.. small portions compared to competitors but the taste was good. We visited pre covid so a while since last visit.. For us the ambience is as important as the food but it just didn't do it for me.. sorry guys.. eye for detail crucial if you are trying to retain a premium curry restaurant.. a welcoming team and aim to please didn't come across.
S. G.
Absolutely beautiful, great portions great service by Abdul will definitely be back again

Good restaurant but Beware glass of hot water is £2.50.

Yesterday we got stuck on the M6 on our way to a family lunch . Sadly we missed the long awaited family reunion but had the BEST Indian meal ever!!! This is a lovely restaurant. Amazing food, fantastic service from a friendly team, and immaculate facilities all round. You saved the day. THANK YOU 🙏
C. D.
Outstanding - the food, service, ambience, price and all round quality was flawless - without a doubt the best Indian food I’ve tasted in the UK!
We’ve had loads of takeaways from Blanc NRI since moving to the area in March - they have always been really high standard, delivered quickly, and always hot, fresh and tasty, but when we were celebrating our friend’s birthday this weekend, we decided to sample the “dine in” experience.
None of us were disappointed - some lovely surprises, a great atmosphere, and although the takeaway is awesome, the quality of food rose a notch or two when you’re there!
I thoroughly recommend Blanc NRI to anyone that wants to sample authentic, high end Indian food in lovely surroundings served by wonderful people.
S. C.
Went here the other night to try it out. We were totally bowled over by how lovely the food was and also how very warm & welcoming the staff were. It is the only Indian restaurant I will go to now locally. Wished we'd tried it a lot sooner.
The quality of the food is class A1, second to none. Can't wait for our next visit to try another amazing dish.
S. G.
Great place. Lovely food. Great taste. Great service. Perfect experience.
t.
Excellent food, authentic high-end curries full of flavour and melt-in-the-mouth Lamb (3 of 4 mains ordered), well worth the extra you’ll spend in a run of the mill curry house. Starters are small but that was good because the mains were a very good size despite numerous reviews saying portions are small - we ended up with a small doggie bag left over!
Service was really good, fast, attentive, friendly and professional. The only thing not to our taste was the decor; although spotlessly clean and a good finish, furthermore the location is what it is i suppose but the experience was really good and can’t wait to go back very soon!
Arguably the best restaurant food in Staffordshire and Cheshire for taste alone, coming from someone who’s been brought up on traditional home cooked Sri Lankan curries and a very fussy wife she loved it too.
C. P.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Service was A1. A must go to.
E. C.
Moved to the area 5 years ago. Restaurant was called Royal Bengal then and it was Fabulous !
Since then we've been 3 times and each time we couldn't finish our meal as way too salty.
Decided to give this place another try as its local and decor wise a lovely restaurant but unfortunately our recent takeaway went straight in the bin too salty.
A. B.
amazing food, perfect surroundings and a delightful business owner. I highly recommend this place. Fine dining 👍🏾
S. M.
Came here yesterday on the 31/08 with a friend. Had no reservation but the lovely man managed to squeeze us in... it was really packed. The food was 10/10!! Every bite took me on a journey back to my motherland. It reminded me of the undal. The mocktails were amazing too, tasted super fresh. Service was attentive and not too intrusive. Bloody loved it.
M. C.
Ok will not diss. But this wasn't awesome cuisine. It was ok
Service and environment was excellent and fabulous staff and welcome.
For me personally food was average and presented quite samey but that was by comparing to other experiences from what is this?
The collective dishes for our group looked similar but were different.
Taste was acceptable and better than most base food restaurants of similar ilk, but I was told different and sadly it wasn't and have been to better.
My only critique would aim at what are you? Other than specific quality of food
L. A.
Fantastic food, great service. A little on the expensive side.
Somewhere to go for a quality meal, not a quick curry and beers evening.
J. u.
I use tp work there when it was little chef, it's nice place to go if u want somewhere special,
B. R.
Great food! Not simply “an Indian restaurant” but a destination restaurant that truly exposes all that is great about Asian food. The flavours that they manage to put into their dishes are simply exquisite! Staff are courteous and pleasant! My favourite restaurant by a country mile! 1000% recommend!
F. A.
First class recipes, very unique dishes served . They recently added a few classic dishes which was also tastes far more tastier then I’ve tried anywhere else nearby. Very fair price for the quality of dish and portions are just the right size, I find that other restaurants give you a very big portion and you end up wasting it and feeling bad or over filling your tummy then feeling sick!! This restaurant is definitely my favourite Indian in Staffordshire.
L. F.
Great food and atmosphere.
J. I.
We went there for our 11th anniversary. My husband adores Indian food, whilst secretly, I was not a big fan....Until now... ...Wow.....I tasted food that I have never seen on typical menus. I loved it, so too did my husband, despite not having his usual favourites on the menu. Food served in very pleasant surroundings, great atmosphere and the service was second to none. Will definitely be going back again and again......
L. S.
Visited last night finally after wanting to try for so long!
Atmosphere was lovely, staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing!
I can never handle much heat when it comes to curry but any heat was complimented with flavour which was perfect!
Also I never tend to be able to finish a curry, but the portions were perfect!
We will be visiting again for definite!
R. B.
I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's the FIRST decent Indian restaurant in the Stoke area that I have visited. The place looks great - they've obviously spent a lot on decor and the staff are brilliant. The owner Amir is a really lovely and polite chap and really understands customer service. Food is considerably better than the horrid curry house fare with modern dishes, attractively plated, alongside regular favourites. It may be a little bit pricier than places like Basmati in Newcastle but the difference in quality is well worth it. Definitely go there!
C. M.
Visiting the restaurant for the first time we had a lovely reception. The passionate and attentive staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very relaxing and there was lots of comfortable seating in a modern setting.
We will definitely return to try something else on the delicious menu.
We will certainly recommend to our family and friends.
Thank you!
C. L.
Some of the best food I've ever eaten, atmosphere is amazing and the staff very attentive. Could not recommend enough
B. M.
Second visit to this restaurant. Food absolutely amazing, flavoursome and beautifully presented. Excellent customer service from the staff too, they were polite and attentive. Can not recommend this place enough.
H. F.
Celebrating a family birthday. Food is excellent. Service good. Would definitely visit again.
X. A.
I am so happy that this restaurant is so close to where I live! If I wanted a decent curry I would have to go the curry mile or balti triangle...BUT NOT ANYMORE! Blanc NRI is superior!!!! Unbelievably tasty and amazing service!
M. R.
Top quality Indian. As you can imagine had lots of Indian food. This one is definitely a 10/10. Well done guys. A great meal.
R. D.
The wife and I visited for the first time after lockdown. Tremendous food, great appetisers thrown in too. Everything was fresh! Great to see and happy to say this is the better quality of food Stone has to offer! Must visit again! Keep this up!
J. H.
Slightly disappointed with our experience here. We were told a specific time for collection, arrived 5 minutes early and were asked to go in as there were lots of takeaways ready. The staff were very courteous and I have no complaints there. We drove home straight away and ate immediately as I had everything ready. The food was warm; the oil had settled on top of the dishes and this made them quite unappetising. It was tasty enough but with the sauces separating, it wasn't the best experience. The papadoms were lovely, really crispy and the sauces that came with them were fab. Such a shame, but I think their timings were a little out when it came to preparation.if we had received that, other than as a takeaway, we would have sent it back.
A. W.
Another absolutely amazing meal and lovely evening at Blanc NRI. I don't know where to start totally recommending this Indian restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic and authentic the whole restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff work so hard for you and are amazing polite and friendly. This restaurant is not i repeat NOT a chicken Balti and chips establishment it is Indian fine dining and if that is for you and i must say as well reasonable prices then it's the restaurant to go. Both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed are evening there and will be returning very soon.
R. S.
In the Stoke area there are literally NO good Indian restaurants...I say this from the POV of a person of Indian origin who can actually cook Indian food (I was a Materchef semi finalist). The only half decent place I have visited is Mirchi in Shelton and that is by no means great.
Blanc NRi raises the bar - its not amazing on a national scale but its a LOT better than anything else in North Staffordshire. The place looks great - they have obviously spent a lot of money - and the dishes are a level above anything else you will get in this part of the world. The trade off is that the prices are a little high - £4 for naans and rice is higher than Manchester 'posh' Indian restaurants like Dishoom and Gupshup - and the starters are on the small side.
But overall it depends what you want - if you want a cheap curry this isnt the place for you - but if you want to eat Indian food that is better than the muck you get at a Bangladeshi curry house or a ready made meal then you will get it here....for a bit more dough!
C. F.
My son and daughter in law took us to this restaurant on 10th Oct 2018 loved the way it has been refurbished as the seating gives you privacy. Gone of Indian food lately but this restaurant I could enjoy going for a meal there everyday. The food is so tasty, starter I had was the crab cakes my husband the tiger prawns both delicious, my husband said taste was so different from anything he has tried before excellent. Our main meals were just so tasty rice nice and fluffy like it should be . All in all got to be best Indian food I have ever tried. Believe me I have tried a lot. Staff are so pleasant cannot do enough for you . Thank you Blanc NRI for lovely evening and fantastic food .
J. G.
Lovely modern , classy decor . Great polite service. I just feel they are overpriced.
What we pay normally for a main and a bottle of wine for 2 is around £40-£42 it cost £60 here with alot smaller portions. We normally leave an Indian restaurant feeling stuffed but my hubby was still abit peckish. Sorry tried but probably won't return.
R. K. R.
Micro portions, bloated prices, expensive water (£6) but good tasty food.
T. M.
Heard about it, read about it tasted it. Job done best Indian style food round here. A little more expensive than your local place but boy is it good value, the quality of food Vs price is outstanding, I would've paid more.
King prawns for a starter delicious, well cookedf of flavour and a reasonable spice.
The lamb on my main was outstanding.
Service was exactly how you'd expect for a place of this standard, H after us, we wanted for nothing, great recommendations and a nice bloke too.
Well done Blanc NRI!
D. D.
Fantastic place to enjoy a fabulous curry! 5 star service with polite staff food was amazing and different dishes not just standard curries also shout out to the cocktail menu - divine definitely my new go to place for an authentic indian
C. A.
The changes to the seating don't do it for me and has become expensive.
J. T.
What more can I say... exquisite Indian cuisine. Far from your usually Indian restaurant.
Highly recommended. Staff are more than willing to accommodate any request. Couldn’t fault even if I wanted to be an arse.
Amazing, can’t wait to come back!
J. S.
The food, the service and the atmosphere is all remarkable. They don't just deserve to be in the Michelin guide, they deserve a star!
We can not wait to return for another delicious meal at your fine dining restaurant.
t. f.
First time we tried this restaurant since it opened. The menu was not what you would normally expect at an Indian restaurant. It gives you the chance to try something different and we were not disappointed with the meal. Taste and presentation were first class. This is a more refined eating experience than your normal Indian and well worth a visit. The staff were great and we spent a long time chatting with the owner who is a a nice guy and very approachable
y. d.
Another good recommendation from the local food critic Gary Holland 😅
This is a genuine Non Regular Indian food restaurant, the best Indian food I’ve been to 🏆💐 the starters are all excellent..! The recommended main meal is butter chicken! Sooo creamy! The naan also very soft and tasty.
Well recommended !
T. P.
The food tastes fantastic but the portions were tiny, for main I had the Railway curry, 3 little pieces of lamb a small piece of potato. The waiter told us how busy he was as he was throwing plates on the table with his hand all over the rice. Our experience felt very rushed, hoping this is teething problems as it would be good for an Indian with a difference locally.
s. l.
Unbelievably tasty and gorgeously flavoured food just very pricey for the area 4 pound for a large coke that we were all 100% sure wasn't proper coke. The starter was delicious all round, you expect more portion wise but you really don't need more. It's more an occasional place to visit. If they priced the food normal prices even slightly more than normal this would be a perfect place to eat!
S. B.
As others have said, not the biggest portions and slightly expensive but the chefs are in a different league! Very skilful indian cookery and a masterclass of the use of spices, nicely prepared and presented. Nice decor and friendly staff, so all in all a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon.
A. L.
Enjoyed every minute of our visit here , the food and service was excellent , the staff were lovely , we can’t wait to return .
L. C.
Great atmosphere, attentive staff and stunning food all for a great price
H. P.
Visited Blanc NRI last night, the setting, atmosphere and staff were fabulous. The food was deliciously tasty but the portions were tiny. I had a King Prawn dish which was delicious, however the prawns were small for king size and there was only four of them in the dish, priced at £14 at bit steep! The drinks are expensive, which spoilt the evening a little. I ordered a lime and soda, which was £4!! The soda was a 200ml bottle Schweppes but the menu stated Fever Tree Soda. Our glasses of tap water never arrived!
It was a real shame that a £4 lime and soda (200ml) should put a dampener on the evening but feel I was ripped off for that. Feeling disappointed that we won’t visit again, especially after having to make toast when getting home because still hungry!
Sorry Blanc NRI!
H. R.
If its taste your after... one of the most.. no actually the tastiest food I have had in a long time, the ambience of the restaurant sets the mood, you know you are somewhere special, the service is second to none, and the food just explodes in your mouth full of flavours.. a must go you will be hooked , I will definatley be back regularly. Well worth the money ... pay for quality and a happy tummy.
A. “. A.
Food quality or quantity doesnt justify the price charged. Nice decor but it's not worth the drive there as you can get much better in Stoke or Newcastle. Wont be returning.
C. M.
If you are looking for a huge plate of traditional Indian food go elsewhere. If you like excellent quality food served by a highly trained chef served by attentive and knowledgeable staff then try this place. Not cheap, but that's good. Are enough cheap places to eat so is nice to have somewhere with some class to go to.
M. J. H.
Excellent food and service. Reasonably priced. The dishes dont look a large portion size but they are deceiving. We had a starter & main each then shared a rice & naan bread between us. We were both stuffed. Will definitely return.
M. F.
Very nice food well catered and very clean. Loved every moment spent at Blanc. Definitely worth a visit!
J. T.
Good food, nicely presented and good service, but we went for Christmas and there wasn't much of a festive atmosphere and they didn't seem to be organised as we received conflicting information from different staff and were not offered any coffee or after dinner drinks. We had already seen on other reviews about the high charge for water so we asked for tap water which was bought to us in individual glasses rather than a jug. Will try again as we did enjoy the food and we will see if we get a different experience.
F. L.
We’ve eaten here a couple of times and this weekend took my parents this time. We all had a fabulous meal and staff were really accommodating to my mum who is in a wheelchair chair.
D. P.
I don't normally recommend Indian restaurants to friends as the meals are typically made for British tastes and are not authenticate but this is very good food that is very well presented and I wholly recommend you try it.
t. m.
Gorgeous food, decor is lovely and the staff were very friendly, will definately visit again
J. S.
Fantastic food, staff couldn't do enough for us, amazing atmosphere on a Monday school night. Best meal in a long time, will definitely book again
N. S.
Staff were amazing...advised on the menu and gave recommendations to suit taste. Food was exceptional, the best curry we have both ever had. A beautifully pleasureable evening!
D. A.
Slow service. Good food.
s. a.
Food was lovely. I had incorrect starter so had to wait . We booked for 8.15 were not seated till nearly 9 . Trouble when its busy and you have two sittings if the first sitting overruns then the second are late at their table.. Bengal lodge did exactly the same and this system does not work. Staff seemed stressed when busy which is a shame as this place is lovely .
D. B.
Always delicious though a bit expensive
C. M.
Nice atmosphere lovely food something a little different than a normal curry house lots of different ones to try x
A. S.
Extremely professional staff and food is really delicious.. keep up the great service
R. S.
Everything about this evening was perfect . The staff helpful and so pleasant. The food.....mouth watering and just right thanks to he helpful staffs help. We will definitely be back
P. T.
Refined Indian food. L9ved the fact that the portions were small but perfectly cooked. Great taste sensation. Service too swift though. Let folks have a breather between courses.
d. f.
This is Indian fine dining for sure, I have travelled throughout south Asia and this was as good as anything i have previously been served. The quality of food is first class and totally authentic. A handful of selected dishes only and that is because each one is made with different ingredients unlike many standard " Indian" restaurants which are infact Bangladeshi which use a standard base sauce then add to it. Gone off the menu are chicken tikka masala, of maddrass or Jalfrezi, it is unlikely you would recognise any of the dishes unless you are very well travelled. The portion sizes are moderate, not gut busting troughs that then mean you can take home tomorrows lunch in a foil carton takeaway pot.
Price wise, for me a little on the high side, but this is a re-positioning of Indian food taking it out of the age where you go have 6 pints followed by a curry. In fact even the location does not lend itself to the old days of curry eating. This is a very nice restaurant, now successfully elevated itself away from that little chef feel ( which it predecessor the Bengal lodge never succeeded to do). It is a place with a class identity and food to suit, but be prepared to come away just moderately full and to dig 30% deeper in your pocket than you would at the traditional Indian we have on our high streets. The menu in my opinion lacks description detail and there is no indication of how hot each dish is but if you ask the owner he will bring you small pots of the individual sauces to taste. Blanc the new Indian restaurant on stone road highly recommended from me ............very very good food...... I am not usually one to review but the food here is worthy of a review
M. B.
Visited Blanc NRI for my Birthday Saturday with my Husband and will be returning very soon for Williams Birthday celebrations in February, Staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the Venue is very stylish and trendy. The Venue layout is completely different now compared to when it was the Bengal Lodge. For my started I ordered the Tiger Prawns Malabar Style.
G. T.
4 stars because the food is very tasty no doubt about it but it does carry a heavy price tag and don't expect a big portion, you won't be asking for any leftovers to be boxed up.
On this night service was a bit slow but the restaurant was busy.
S. “. K.
An absolute beautiful restaurant and the food is just delicious! Was really impressed definitely would visit again
C. B.
First meal out since lockdown. Well worth waiting for. Staff were attentive and food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour. Lovely atmosphere.
T. B.
Used to visit before when it was the bengal lodge, menu was different to what i usually expect but the food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully presented, the portions wern’t huge but fulfilled the purpose. The decor and atmosphere added a modernised vibe to the excellent experience. Expecting big things from this place, would definetly recommend.
P.
First time at this newly opened restaurant. Small menu. Very nice food; well cooked and well presented. Good service. A bit expensive though.
B. E.
Took a chance with a first visit to BLANC NRI for a double birthday celebration and were rewarded with a spectacular restaurant transformation, the best Indian food we've ever tasted and highly professional, attentive staff. We will definitely be revisiting.
A. S.
Loved it. Great food brill service.just a little pricey but wow what flavours.
G. H. F.
Indian dining at it's finest!!! Had my first experience at NRI tonight and what an experience it was. Not only was the food outstanding the staff couldn't do enough to make your night special.
M. M.
Food was lovely and restaurant was really clean but the service was not on par with the food. We waited over 30 mins for starter and then approximately an hour for the main.
S. A.
The food is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend the Salted Caramel Martini. Can't wait to visit this place again.
L. C.
We came here for a company gathering meal and the food and service was second to none. A really fabulous evening, enjoyed by everyone at The Learning College. We will definitely recommend and be back.
A. L.
Very different to your usual Indian restaurant but extremely tasty. Don't expect mango chutney but don't expect to be disappointed. We'll be returning!
R. K.
Awesome ambience and food. Very authentic and lovely staff.
Pricey but worth it.
M. G.
Excellent food, excellent service.
Loved every second of the experience.
s. d.
Great food. There was only 2of us and the bill was wrong.. we had bin charged twice for everything except the mains. We questioned the bill. They corrected it. It was expensive but different x
T. L.
Loved it, service and food were fantastic, definitely will be returning to try something different
s. s.
Had a lovely meal very nice atmosphere not too pricey food was very good. A bigger menu would be nice but very enjoyable evening

Very nice surroundings, very attentive and pleasant staff, unfortunately exceptionally slow service, waited an hour for the main course to arrive. Over priced drinks menu.
M. H.
Gorgeous food, well presented. Just a tad too expensive for the overall bill, i.e. maxing up the drinks charges.

First time there since it reopened, did not know what to expect, this is not your normal Friday or Saturday night indian where you go after a skin full of drink, this is a Indian for fine dining, food was fantastic, service was excellent, will be returning.
