First time ordered and got to say was over joyed I had large fish and large chips thinking ill be able to eat it all and sadly couldn't they definitely deserve 5 stars and will be ordering again with them

Food was good. Service was a bit lacking when I went (it was late and it seemed everyone was cleaning rather than serving customers). Not a bad place for a quick takeaway.

Fish and chips were fairly good, one of the best we have had for a while. Staff were welcoming. Very safe, hand sanitiser available and staff wore masks. Best hygiene we have seen. Large window opens on outside so you don't have to go in shop, you could order and wait in your car and collect from window. Other shops could take note.

Little bit disapointed this time around. Usally fab always plenty but was not happy with portion size. Had 2 ask if there was fresh chips as chips were not the best. I was told there wasn't any at 1st but then was told they would be a few mins after the 1st lot of food was done. I ended up waiting which wasn't a problem becuase I would not of eaten the 1st lot. Small portion sizes compared 2 normal. Not all that impressed this time around.

Easily the best chippy I have ever been too. For my meal. The fried chicken meal with a portion of gravy was more than I could manage and by far the best fried chicken I have had. That includes the KFC a few doors down. The gravy was exactly how I like it slightly thicker and full of flavour so clearly not a cheap packet job. The only negative was the halloumi burger my wife had. Was nice enough however it seemed to lack some flavour. We are used to grilled halloumi so that may have been a factor but I personally think this might be improved by frying the halloumi on a grill to really keep that squeeky cheese flavour that we love... Was just our personal opinion though and the rest of our food was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much and we'll be back again.

We have been in the chip's a lot in the passed .The staff's in the shop are lovely people & very helpful & kind. My husband had chicken & chip's & he said that that it was lovely he enjoyed the meal. I had dinner meat & chip's with chicken. We both recommend this place. We have had a good laugh with the staff. We will be coming back to us this place.

Food tasted great, but they need teach the new girl about portion sizes. Paid £5.20 for a large mixed kebab and got about a child's handful size of meat. The reason I like it here is because the portions are big but not this time

When I'm in the area I occasionally treat myself to a mixed kebab which is always 5 star! The lamb kebab and the chicken kebab is the best. With lots of offers on the menu and good variety. This chip shop never fails with good reasonable prices it definitely deserves 5 stars.

Great friendly Fish and Chip shop in the middle of a multitude of fast food outlets. Clean, prompt and plentiful food. Sells a large range of options expected nowadays of a premium fishbar but with very reasonable prices. My personal favorite for a 'fish supper' even though i have several closer options to home....

Excellent chippy. Everything nicely cooked and tasty. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Car parking spaces at the front. Moved recently so I'm now pleased to have finally found a holy trinity. Good curry (Blue Tiffin - really decent starters - free if you order enough for at least two people), good chinese (Hong Thai in Cheadle...they deliver) and this chippy!

Broadway Fish Bar, is in my opinion the best fish and chip shop around, the food is always fresh, very reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly, there is a limited number of parking spaces in front of the shop, you can pay by cash or card, there is a great selection of hot fresh food on offer, would highly recommend giving them a visit.
