Fast and friendly. Burgers were hot, fresh and filling. Don't bother going McDonald's come here and get a proper meal and proper customer service. Look forward to having my next xl bacon double cheeseburger, bloody beautiful!

I am a very very frequent takeaway consumer. Most commonly McDonald’s and my local restaurants. On Christmas Eve I decided to try a Burger King , for the first time in 10 years. I ordered A chicken royal meal , with chips , onions rings and a side of chilli cheese bites. Sorry to say that I have heard and read a lot of negative reviews about this place , but I decided to try it anyway. And too my surprise it was amazing! Quick delivery and very warm food. It was extremely enjoyable , warm food , soft bread everything was perfect. Despite all the others reviews I really do recommend trying this place. It really is a wonderful treat especially on Christmas Eve!!! Merry Christmas

better than Macdonalds by a country mile!!! Burger king don't advertise because that money is spent on quality food products and customers password on about the burger king quality. The burgers actually look real and taste like burgers. McDonald's burgers look like flat bits of cardboard and taste just the same. My advice to you. Buy a McDonald's double cheese burger, then go and buy a burger king double cheese burger straight afterwards. It will be twice the size and You will never eat McDonalds food again. I can 100 percent guarantee it. Eat them side by side and tell me which one looks bigger, tastes better, it's the burger king burger. Want big chips instead of skinny fries......burger king again. Quality is by far better at burger king.

Have been dreaming of a Burger King. The app is hit and miss but when you go to get the food, it is by far the tastiest food out of all the takeaways. The staff were polite calling people Sir or Ma'am, the food was hot and freshly cooked, and the outside area and inside were spotless. We'll done.

Friendly staff and great food. Very good value if you use the deals on the mobile app, otherwise it's a bit expensive. But then compared to say McDonald's, you get what you pay for 😉 The plant based whopper and vegan royale are excellent. Haven't tried the Halloumi King yet, but will do on my next visit.

Wait time was about half an hour but considering they are understaffed the checkout staff were lovely and apologetic for the wait. A shame some people couldn't keep their mouths shut and had to complain about it vocally. Would definitely come back here if I'm ever back in the area.

Okay Burger King, can be really busy at times and staff seem to be either undertrained or not up to speed with under standing the BK app.....but all that aside the burgers are always hot and well presented so can't complain 👌

Food was piping hot as was cooked to order and didn't have to wait long. Prefer this to the 'other's chain not far away. If you like your burger and chips hot then this is the place to go, nothing 'lukewarm' about Burger Kings food.

Visited here Tuesday, cannot fault the staff or the service I received! Food was cooked lovely, they were busy but the queue was dealt with quickly and when I got my food it was well worth the short wait. Staff were friendly, working hard to get everyone served and the food out quickly, I was really impressed. Hats off to all the staff for their hard work through the pandemic and adapting to these hard times, risking their safety for what is probably NMW. As for some of the reviews on here it, seems some people just love to leave bad reviews. If you're that fussy about your food stay home and cook instead of paying for fast food burgers and expecting a slow cooked piece of beef!

Used to be my favourite fast food place , but due to McDonald's surpassing I know how hard it is to keep the upkeep of a business when your heart is not in it. I felt this place now runs the same as a normal takeaway. For the prices you pay youd expect excellency but unfortunately all I got was dissatisfaction. I rate 3 stars because I love bk but thats all.

This place is really inconsistent. Not been here for two years as the last experience was so bad and my review reflected that. In fairness, today, the service and food was spot on (drive-thru) so I though it only fair to credit them with a good review. I’ll come again this month and see how they do then 🤞🏼

This site baffles me. The customer service and general tidiness is poor. Staff are distracted and appear disinterested (the lad serving me today was clearly new and not fully trained, however he mumbled, asked me to repeat my order several times and in the end got his trainer/supervisor to check the till because he was struggling with input, _ simply took over and didn't explain anything to him or acknowledge me). He didn't seem frustrated, more like someone who just didn't want to be there. The site itself is tired and in desperate need of a facelift, some of the booth seats are split and it feels dingy. The Covid directional/queueing signage is not clear at all, though they do have a prominent hand sanitizer station at the entrance. Signage is wonky and haphazard and there is a general feel of a lack of care or attention to detail. Here is the baffling part. The food is usually good, hence why I occasionally return. Special orders are paid attention to, as per usual BK standards the burgers aren't especially hot but the salad and buns are always fresh, plenty of sauce and well assembled. The fries today were delicious! So toss a coin to choose. Don't expect greatness from the customer service POV (even for a fast food chain), but the food is usually nice, if slow on arrival. TOP TIP: download the BK app and check out the Deals section. They have some fab savings and the occasional freebie, much better than the golden arches, even if their menu is more expensive!

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Drive through was fairly Busy and only take card payments due to C-19. Chicken royal was nice and warm and lovely. Ordered onion rings as a side order but weren’t very nice. Disappointed as so easy to make but felt slimy when eaten. BK really need to change the recipe on the onion rings. 1 thing I’ve noticed to price of BK meals seems to go up every year - chicken royal New with onion rings nearly £10 compared to KFC fillet tower meal £5.60

The food was as good as is expected at any burger King and the place was clean. We accidentally took the wrong order and it seemed as if we were in trouble when we took it back immediately after looking in the bag. It wasn't a huge problem but I feel the employee could have handled the situation in a more customer-forward way. I'm sure this doesn't happen often but it did ruin the experience a bit.

Uber eats let us down on our order and did not deliver, the driver got lost and was extremely unhelpful when i contacted him. Absolutely useless! I contacted the store and spoke to Ben who was very helpful and got our order re-delivered within 10 minutes. All credit to Ben for great customer service.

I much prefer their burgers to Macdonald's, good choice of drinks and drinkable coffee. This venue is much cleaner than it used to be, too, but the seating is pretty uncomfortable. The ice cream machine breaks down a lot. Still, not bad at all for fast food.

Well Burger King has always been a family's favourite for more than a decade now. Due to the size of their burgers and the taste of course. The reason this particular location got a 3 star on this particular visit is because the place was a mess. Don't know if its due to management or it understaffed during a Friday night with lots of customers and only one person minding the till. Wrappers left on tables and floor that were vacated by previous customers and not to mention the overflowing bin that is just staring at you as soon as you walked in. An employee stard clearing tables about 10 minutes after we had settled at a table covered with wrappers and trays which we cleared ourselves.Sweeping of floor still went on till we were half way into our meal. Wasn't impressed but was too hungry to bother. We love Burger King and will still go back.Hope to see an improvement on next visit then will do another review.

I wonder what exactly it is about Burger King that doesn't attract the horde of people you see in the other fast food chain with the red and yellow sign. There options are similar and pretty much taste the same. I usually get a soft serve Ice cream for myself,while the kids get a burger or some nuggets. Service is always good and friendly.

To don't know what you are getting when entering the building, sometimes clean and not busy with polite staff, sometimes the exact opposite. This can be seen by other reviews below. Same experience with myself, the last time I went the food was cold, with a short wait however. The drive through is a whole other story, with super long waits that you might as well turn off the engine, because longest wait was just short of an hour!

Always find this restaurant to be a little untidy; messy tables etc. And the self serve drinks machine is often out of a few choices regardless of the time of day. It's OK but could do better.

It's Burger King, you know what to expect. Like most fast food restaurants its not really the cleanest but they've improved over the past year to the point where they get your order right (in my experience hardly a guarantee) and it's properly cooked.

Food delicious as always....I bloody love a Double Whopper with Bacon and Cheese.....but, the woman on the drive through interrupted me mid order to ask what drink I wanted and missed the fact I wanted bacon and cheese....then when I tried to make sure she heard, she ordered a second meal that I didn't want so I had to repeat till she got it right. Then I get my food and drink and she gave me the wrong bloody drink..... that's the trouble with using the drive through, you've already gone when you discover the full fat coke rather than diet.....grrrr!!!! But the awesome whopper pretty much made up for it!!

I always find the food to be so much better here than say MacDonalds. It's not too dear, I do love have you have help yourself drinks. I feel the location is ok. It's not in the town centre but you could walk from into Hanley or get the bus and handy if you want a burger before a film

Love the burgers here, far superior to Macdonald's. Also the drinks are refillable. There is a drive through but we ate inside. The place is your usual standard with nice decent furniture but well used. There is free parking right outside the location on a small retail park. I'd go here anyday over Macdonald's, who are really going downhill fast.

This store and its saturday night manager need to be highly commended on their customer service ...as my sister and i went to a local bingo hall ..decided to call burger king to get a burger to take into the bingo with us ..as we had seen loads of the elderley customers with sandwiches and snacks in tin foils and bottles of pop on numerous occasions we had been that they had taken in thereselves...so we decided to take our burger and drink in as it was early before bar and cafe opened ...NOT TO BE we were told as i walked in with a cup of tea ..."You cannot bring that in here ..we sell tea"whereupon i told her "ere take it"anyway as u can guess we were kept an eye on and could not eat the burger..i decided .to take them back to the car and leave them in there ...when we came out 3 hours later we called burgerking to ask them if .for health reasons...we could warm them back up at home..the manager asked the reason why .we had not eaten them 3 hours ago..after listening ..he took them off us ..and renewed everything we had had ..all new and fresh SO A GREAT BIG THANK YOU BURGERKING UP HANLEY DUKS ...YOU ARE THE BEST
