Great customer service, delicious food, well presented, well cooked, you can taste the quality! We had the gourmet beef burger and Angus burger with chunky, creamy chips along with a kids nugget meal. Polished it off with a chocolate molten melt and chocolate chip cookie dough! Memorable meal with the kids, they have a fabulous range menu, will be coming back to try the sirloin steak! Note, the gourmet beef burger is spicy. Great location as well, parking round the corner. All in all, highly recommend!

This was the easiest 5* i have ever given to a restaurant. We are new to the Stoke area and i really felt like eating steak today and i was not disappointed. We were all starving so ordered way more than we should have but not one menu item that we ordered let us down in terms of quality of taste, texture, aroma EVERYTHING! I started taking pictures of half the order and then forgot because the food was so good lol. The place was absolutely packed and rightly so. The toilets were clean and the seating area was comfortable which all of us enjoyed. We ordered grilled halloumi, peri chicken pizza, garlic bread with cheese, rib eye steak meal, sirloin steak meal, sweet potato fries, kids chicken popcorn meal. I’ve read a lot of great reviews about the peri peri chicken so we are definitely returning to try that next time! My toddler was being a bit of a mare at the end but they were really nice about it when I apologised so thank you and sorry for that! Edit: have since been there again and are adding more photos, it was delicious! Particularly the peanut butter stack cake which was the best dessert I’ve ever had.

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. We didn't know what to order, so the chef recommended us a surprise dish. And it did not disappoint!! Absolutely amazing, me and my family regularly come here and the food is always fresh and tastes divine. The Pizza is always hot and fresh and I haven’t tasted one like it any place I have been to. The staff also are very friendly and the service is top notch… Would definitely recommend this, you will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing!! First time trying it out and the chicken is so tender and tasty. The salad is super fresh and I like that the sauces are homemade. My son had a pizza and it was super tasty. Customer service is great and super friendly as well as clean. There is a variety of food and desserts. I just found my new place for a cheeky peri peri chicken 😊 Well recommend!

This is been our favourite place to go for the past 3 years.....BUT....NOT SO MUCH SO, THESE DAYS.... Place looks nice, soft, velour sofas and...... Thats about it,music RAP or native to the owner.....staff always new, having to ask for sauces,salt & pepper, for extra tissues, often even staff forget to bring drink that has been ordered, plates to serve from a large platter plate, into portions. Not to talk of asking if customers happy or if anything is missing for them & thats when they're not too full. Our favourite is: family platter- full chicken (mild flavour), comes with chips, tiny bowl of rice, 2 pitta & salad. For drink you pay separate. When they've just opened, the salad was fresh & they had lovely sweet onion dressing, BUT NOT ANYMORE, today salad wasn't as fresh & on 2 accessions no dressing at all. Chips are made from real potatoes & remain the best in Stoke! Rice today has been served in tiny bowl, size of a hand, made with cloves & taste good, when its hot, but most of the times its luke warm. And chicken - if its grilled a bit extra, it tastes amazing, especially if they cook from fresh! (Little life hack: if your meal came under 15-20 minutes, be sure its not made right now), but thankfully its not happening too often! And finally, price- for £20-25 you can feed 2 people, have 2 soft drinks (are not refillable) & get 1 dessert: cake or an ice cream (ice-cream not always taste good as feels old). Overall experience: Food - from 5 stars, - currently 4. Service- (honestly 1-2) Cleanliness- 2-3 (ocassionally toilets are untidy, soap & rolls are missing). Price: - cheap enough - 5. Would recommend, but if you dont mind the rest of the downs. Have a good time! And i hope,you,guys at Chicanos will take this on board & improve, please! I used to recommend you to everyone i know! Good luck & hope you get things under control!

I was travelling with a few of my friends to Stoke. Previously I had ate the food down the rood Chicos and whilst the server's were polite the service itself was awful. However we decided to try out Chicinos and the food was exquisite but mainly both the owners and employees were so welcoming to us. They always made sure everything was ok and that food was made to a high standard. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place. Big up from High Wycombe

Ordered for the 1st time on 18th January 2021 for a special birthday meal at home. What an amazing service they provided, the food was awesome and plentiful. We had Ribeye & Chicken steaks, chips, pasta, rice, mash and salad. When the restaurant called me about my order and realised it was my birthday they very kindly added free of charge some extras for us as a birthday present from them. What a wonderful, very kind gesture and we all very much appreciated this 😀 I can honestly say that the Covid lockdown didn't spoil my birthday meal at all and I highly recommend Chicinos for all your takeaway meals, they truly helped to make my birthday special.Thank you

This is the best place I've ever eaten and the pasta 😍😍😍 I loved it . You should definitely go there. And the waiters are very respectful. Visited Chicinos twice now the foods lovely and always Done fresh to order. Highly recommend the chicken cooked with different spices and herbs and done to your taste either spicy or just really tasty how you fancy it. Also the pizza's are great value aswell will deffo be going back.

Food was cold and over cooked. Cleanliness was non existent. Tables were sticky and unclean. No hand sanitisers plus restaurant was over crowded. Food came out burnt as well. Staff are clearly struggling with the sudden surge of customers. My advice take bookings like the goverment has requested then maybe you will be able to handle it better. Hoping for a better visit next time as although the food was poorly executed I feel it would be better on a normal day.

Not local, so stumbled upon this place accidentally, Alhamdullila, Drove past this place, but circled back around. Waiter / Owner was handling orders on his own, but very effectively. Food was amazing and piping hot. As i was here with my Wife the atmosphere was respectful and although the place got busy with lots of brothers, It still remained respectful. The owner has got this perfect, a place were you can bring your family for tasty food and a great relaxed atmosphere.

If you have been to Chico's afew meters down the road from this restaurant, then you will love love love this one. There is no comparison. After our first family dine out at this restaurant, we were sure to make a 2nd visit. this is surely the place to eat with wonderful customer service from the owners, awesome well prepd and grilled meat. The salad is so fresh and has a tasty dressing. The space is big enough for family dine out/friends social gathering. The one thing that could differentiate them from many other grilled restaurant is the authentic customer care. They will make sure you leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and happy.

Great food and great staff!! Was not able to pay by card as they only take cash and I didn't have any cash on me. The nearby cash machine was broken; Normally they take payment before the food arrives but the staff were really accomodating and they bought my food over and after I'd finished eating they offered to drive me to a cash machine or they even offered me to pay another time eventhough they knew I wasn't from the area!! BEST PLACE TO EAT IN THE AREA BY FAR !!! I love this place on the way home after a hard day of work you can not beat the Peri chicken strips and rice it's the best cooking I have had in the area!! Can not fault it, for what it is. A good sit in, wholesome piri piri chicken and steak house restaurant. Without a doubt the best piri piri chicken I have ever had or certainly in a long while, tender yet crispy in the right places, evenly cooked consistently through out. Their gourmet chips are also quite unique not had anything quite as good for as long as I can remember. Salad is surprisingly fresh and comes with dressing which is an appreciated change to some of the other places where it is served dry and stale tbh. Chicinos has their own Piri Piri sauce which I can easily say out performs any other restaurant in the vicinity and far better than a reputable piri piri franchise we all love beginning with N. The proprietor is a lovely chap, an extremely affable and sincere gentleman as is his son who runs the kitchen. Finally, I recommend their lovely milk shakes and or their tantalising desert's menu. I had the peanut butter stack which was very nice but so are their waffles, which I had the pleasure of tasting previously. Yet again I was surprised that they serve with fresh strawberries not frozen or sour strawberries. I found the service fairly good and yes there is room for improvement. If you greet each customer with a big smile and hello, sit them down and make conversation before a quick "how can I help you" your establishment will go a long way. A must go in Stoke on Trent even if you are on the other side of the town. Please do try Chicinos and don't just take my word for it.
