There was a problem with the self-ordering system which wouldn't produce a receipt. There was a long wait and other customers were warning about incorrect orders and the need to check (it was indeed wrong). The food, however, was delicious. There was little encouragement to give feedback using the website and the manageress was not willing to address questions over customer service. However, some of the staff went out if their way to assist those who needed extra assistance by offering to carry their food and drink. It is because of the actions of those staff that the service has been rated a 4*

It was my first time ordering a collection from the app. The only thing missing was that you could not add a note, which was disappointing as I only like legs and thighs 🤪 But my order hadn’t been made so I got to tell them. They were very busy but I didn’t have to wait to long. They never got any thing wrong this time which was a surprise! Food was hot even when I got home 15 minutes later. The chips were a half portion and they had put my coleslaw in the burger box meal, so it was warm. So I have nocked a star ⭐️ off. Other wise it was a really finger licking good! 😋😊

Service was not great, my order made it to the collection section on the screen and then dissappeared, I had to speak to a member of staff who went back through the orders and reactivated my order. They were very busy and she quickly dealt with my order once the error became clear, the girl was also polite and apologetic. The food was still very warm when I got home after a 15 min drive and it was a good standard KFC..

Sub par compared to other KFC’s I have visited in the past, the staff spoke on the intercom very fast (difficult to understand) and when asking them to repeat started being a little rude. The chips came cold, service at the window was poor with them basically throwing the food out the window then slamming it shut. - edit, since getting a deliver from this store, the food was amazing, the chips were in fact hotter than when using the drive through. No complaints apart from the fact they sent the wrong drinks (which was very annoying!)

Last time I visited this place it's cleanliness left a lot to be desired, dirty tables, food debris on the floor and generally grotty. Obviously Covid restrictions have forced KFC into getting their act together and cleaning the place up, food was fresh hot and tasty, tables & seating clean, floors immaculate. Well done KFC your staff have done a fantastic job, please don't let it slip back to its old grimy state with mediocre food

I do find that if there is more than a couple of customers all hell breaks loose and everyone has to wait forever for food. I do find the food is nice granted though it does not fill you up for long which is disappointing. The tables could be cleaner and should be more staff on the floor.

Thought we'd call in over the xmas period for something different lol, we were at the fenton KFC the place was empty to be honest just a few people in but the place was a tip dirty tables dirty floor come on staff no one in clean up! Ordered our food but were then told the festive one wasn't available and they hadn't got gravy,so instead zinger tower burger and fillet tower burger meal, fries were hot chicken burgers COLD took them back and we were given replacements and apologise too the new ones were warmer but certainly not hot. This isnt the first time this has happened in this particular kfc always said we'd not go back and got proven right. Still use kfc but not this one.

Ordered boneless 6 piece family feast got home and found 6 piece bargain buck all piece with bones as staying in hotel did not have option to go back and complain. Very tasty chicken and side orders, not many healthy options and never been served quickly but always fresh. And outside ALL the bins wrre overflowing with rubbish and there were bags and boxes and paper cups all on the grassed areas. This was one of my better experiences here as I didn't have to go back in as all of my order was there after going through the drive thru. Not only this but the had gravy, they had krushems and I didn't have to go park up and wait 10 minutes. Well done to all staff working during this visit.

Generally love KFC never had any bad food so to speak but mixed up orders via drive-thru is quite common, and dining in can be an issue as tables are often left in shocking states, either lazy staff or unferstaffing issues.. bins never seem to be emptied and often people have to stack food on top of the bin quite disgusting actually!! One thing that does upset us is after waiting 10 mins to get served we find that they have ran out of things off the menu ie gravy c'mon guy's its not rocket science perhaps a couple of signs put up stating this wouod be a good idea!!! All in all its just a good job we love the food so much...

Great food though they often make mistakes, missing parts of your order or not listening to you at the speaker. I've learnt saying I want a large meal doesn't work , as you'll always get a medium but if you ask for the meal then at the end ask if you can have it large (they'll never ask you) then this often works

All KFC are not equal. The one in Fenton by JTF is excellent. Plenty of coating and nice and hot. Meir on the other hand barely had any coating so ive never been back to that one after trying it twice. so would rather drive another 4 miles and get the good stuff at Fenton
