It was OK but not the best KFC in Stoke On Trent. I often find when I go that they are often missing important items off the Menu. I have found the staff at times to be rude and don't want to help you. I have also found them to be quite slow. However what I have had from them has always been hot and tasty.

KFC are puzzling, some stores put salt and pepper in the packaging, some don't, you don't find out till you settle down to eat them a while later. KFC have price hiked their basic chicken meals, snack boxes etc are far more now. Probably won't bother going again in the near term.

It was quiet when we got there. Only 1 car in front made the experience easy. Weren't sure what to have for 2 adults and 1 child. Chose a bucket of chicken something ?? It was hot fresh and tasty. And at £16 cheap for what we got. Dont normally eat KFC but this was surprisingly good. Gravy was yum yum. 👍

So, as an ex kfc employee nearly 10 years ago it has always annoyed me that kfc food is so easy to prepare and cook, my regular restaurants are tunstall, fenton, or festival park, (i have worked at all these) and im really disappointed by the quality of food served to me, recently i gave meir a try but had to travel more than id like for kfc. But my experience was so good i would now prefer to travel, i walked in to a clean restaurant and i was greeted by a happy friendly lady, who gave amazing customer service, our order was ready before my daughter was even strapped into her high chair. (This again is how it is supposed to be done) i ordered a deluxe boneless and 3 pce of chicken on the bone, all food was cooked perfectly and with pride, hot and fresh, i requested more condiments and other things that was no bother to the lady who served me, my experience was so good that i requested to speak to the manager and made a point of praising him and his staff now meir is a go to for me, i have been four times since and before i wrote a review and every time i have gone i have not been disappointed.

Tiny car park. A couple of disabled bays one occupied by a taxi. No badge. We went on a Saturday evening. Not too busy no waiting. Chicken was hot soft and tasty. Chips were dry and barely warm.

I been trying a lot of KFC around Stoke and other cities but this one is the best I ever been to. Chicken soft inside. Ordering never been easier. Clean and quiet. Hope it will stay this way.

Visited this evening to an already formed queue. Placed our order and after waiting a bit longer, we were informed the fryers were either offline or not quite working properly. Placed on order online from home. Then went to collect. I don't know how the staff cope ! Drive-thro orders, online orders & walk-in orders. I could c 2 TV screens the 2 front staff trying to complete orders, take live orders & cope with just eat drivers (& other delivery drivers.) They deserve medals ! Had alittle wait, not sure how long it was, but understandable considering how much work they were having to do. I know they say it's fast food, but please be patient with the staff in these unprecedented times. They work hard for little money & little appreciation. Well done KFC staff. & I think KFC should increase staff numbers to improve customer flow.

Not to bad at KFC meir, stopped her on the way home to grab a quick something. We went through the drive thru which took significant time. It took a total of 17 minutes to complete the process, definitely not 'fast food'. It wasn't like there was a huge queue that slowed it down, it seemed more like the staff were slow. I put this down to it being 15 minutes before closing time. The food was as you would expect from KFC.

This is difficult. Food is generally good, the service is garbage. It's like where all the dropouts go when they've finished school. They just wander round, they know you're there but don't want to serve you unless they got to.

Best KFC I have ever had. The service was fast and the food was hot. Back home in N.Ireland the service is always slow and I think they use a fridge to cook the fries. I came across this KFC on my travels and the chances of getting back to it are slim but it made a big impression. KFC in N.Ireland needs to get it's act together.

As good as a KFC can be! Don't expect Michelin star dining, a personal wine waiter or an articulate gentleman in an Armani suit handing you crisp pieces of raw silk toilet paper when you answer the call of nature, but if all you want is the familiar fried chicken and under-seasoned chips (which, don't get me wrong is what I wanted) then this is a good one! The chicken was crisp and just greasy enough, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and we got served quickly. That's all you can ask for really in a KFC, and it delivers! 😊

One of the best KFCs - staff super fast at putting your order together, though I would recommend they hire some more people as they look very stressed during busy lunch and dinner times. Only small problem is that they often run out of stock of things - no corn on the cob tonight for example, but otherwise very good service.

When its a cold and wet Friday afternoon...and you're lazy to cook do a "drive through"🤗.Very convenient! They have friendly staff which is a plus for being hungry on a hectic day. Though their intercom needs improvement with sound & display screen. Food is quick and delicious as always. Inside of shop is alright, not too big or too small. Parking space not so big hence we always do take away since we live close by. Yeah liked it very much.

The drive through service is always shocking here. The wait is ridiculous. Never ask you if you need sauces and if you do not ask for napkins.. well you will not get any. Drives me crazy this place but it's in a good location when I need a rushed meal.

It's the same everywhere you go, slow service generally *not always* food does generally come hot to very hot, chicken on the bone is usually slimey *unless breast or strips* cuz it's cheap intensively farmed chicken, overly priced for what you get but most of use love it and keep going back

KFC is a great place for food. They have a salad bar with cold pasta, lettece and other things that you and your kids would proberly love. On the menu for kids and adults they have pizza and chicken or cod. The cooking is fab but it is not something you would go to everyday because it is so filling. For pudding they have got an ice-cream machine with chocolate, a vinnnila and some strawberry sauce. They have also got some sweets to go on top but you can have as many rounds as you want. They have also got drink machines and you can have any drink. They are fefilibale
