The staff were very friendly. Even though we went at a relatively busy time, we didn’t wait too long for the food to arrive. The decor is really nice, everything looked really clean. I was kind of disappointed by the food. So we ordered the spiced chicken burger which was honestly amazing. There was so much flavour with every bite. We also ordered the great imitator burger. It was okay, the bun itself seemed quite old, there was not much flavour. The quantity was so small, it didn’t feel worth the price. Overall it was a good place. It would have been nice, if they had out more effort in the the imitator burger

Had a wonderful time visiting this Nandos, lovely staff starting from the trainee manager Dan and also the supervisor Katie who was constantly looking after us throughout our whole visit. Never had such fresh chicken in a really long time, all the food was so fresh and hot and was lovely! Once again thank you to Katie and Dan for making our meal excellent!!!

We were visiting the monkey forest and from there we googled the closest Nando’s so came to this particular one just on a whim. We had travelled from Leeds. This is the nicest Nando’s I’ve ever visited. The restaurant it’s self was nicely set out. The food came fast and was beaut! The waiting staff where on the ball with collecting empties etc. we all really enjoyed it! My partner had an incident with the ice cream machine where it fired chocolate ice cream on her top. She wasn’t even going to complain, it wasn’t a big deal but the manager offered to refund the cost of my partners meal to cover dry cleaning costs. As I said to my friends “I wish this was our locals Nando’s” Time of visit 26/06/22 13.00

Came here Sunday for Mother’s Day first time coming nandos!!! food was brilliant and came fast. the service was great and a very clean restaurant. the young gentleman who’s name I think was Callum he was very helpful and polite and helped guid us through the menu with being our first time. Will definitely be coming again!

Outstanding, our first visit in quiet sometime, also the first first for our 2 year old daughter (who suffers from a range of allergies, Dairy, soya, nuts and egg) they catered for her and she loved it, so did we. Can't wait to return!

Been to visit the Etruria Nando’s today the waitress on called Chantelle by her name badge was absolutely lovely kind and very hands on to every query that we had couldn’t recommend her enough credit to team guys and food absolutely beautiful also manager on call that day called sam also spot on after having a bad experience at beehive Nando’s Hanley thought I’d never try it again but whilst being out with friends and there choice my faith has been completely restored definitely be visiting again

I don't like the lack of a menu and you have to order on the website, especially as the phone signal is poor and there WiFi usually doesn't work or is very slow. Having a server take your order is much better.

Excellent food, excellent service. As always. Love going here. The staff were really attentive and even though we never told them we were there for a birthday, they somehow knew. They asked if we had a cake and candles, who's birthday it was and the age. They took the cake away before the birthday boy discovered we had one, and brought it out at the right time. Fantastic family meal made all the easier by brilliant service.

If your looking for a Nandos and you happen to be in Stoke this one is great. We were greeted and seated immediately, explained the ordering system which was all done on your phone. Food came out quickly and was as ordered. Staff were so polite that we wanted to tip our waitress as I believe in rewarding good service. Sadly the waitress told me they are not allowed to keep individual tips, I hate it when companies do that, which is why they only got a 3 star from me. Otherwise great experience.

Super service. The staff came and was ready to help instantly as I came through the door. Super sweet, calm and helpful. Food tasted as I should, I guess, first time I ordered the dish. Halloumi pita, sidedishes: periperi pommes and garlic bread. Everything was great, awesome experience.

As far as Nandos go the experience was great. Seated promptly and after ordering food and drink via the app this came within minutes. Food was fresh and tasted good.

Good food, only draw back is that you are unable to see anything if the sun is shining through the windows depending on where you are sitting. Update, we have been this evening, and were greeted by a lovely lady called Silva I explained we needed a chair as near to the door, and I had someone with a disability coming. She told me to choose the best table for their needs. She then saw them coming and went and held the door open for them. As she was leaving, she put down her bag to show other customers to their table, as she saw that they were waiting. A real asset to Nandos!

It was okay. We went on a Sunday at about 2.30 and it wasn't too busy, but the staff really seemed to want us out of the way. We were still enjoying our starter (read "wolfing it down because HALLOUMI"), when our main course arrived! I'm all for quick service but the server could see we were still eating our starter. We felt like we were being horribly rushed to be honest. Staff were nice enough though and the food was perfect, hence 4 stars. I feel I have to come back to the Halloumi starter though. Absolutely flippin' delicious. Halloumi is food of the gods anyway, but the tomato jam just made it. They need to sell that stuff, I'd have it in the cupboards perpetually! Also, now that Lemon and Herb is considered the mid-spice on their scale, I feel like a bada$$. Never, ever change it unless you are bumping it up!

Got slapped with a £100 parking ticket for staying more than 3hrs (£60 if I pay in 14 dys). Phoned them, told there was nothing they could do. Definitely wont be going back

Fantastic staff....seated very well for social distancing you can order online and pay so there isn't any need to use cards or cash even though I sure there might be an option for that. You can book yourself in and usually wait around. Car park is opposite and not to far across the roundabout by car is a cinema and by foot is very close and is properly a ten minute walk

Great chicken with a wide choice of side dishes. Great desserts & the white wine is great quality. Service was good, all the staff were paying attention to refill drinks as you were not allowed to do it yourself during the pandemic. Only downside was one of the waitresses didnt know how to change one of the fizzy drinks machine pumps and so a lot of hot food was sat waiting under hot lights on the counter as a lot of customers had still not received their drinks before their food was ready.

Came in and the layout is quite nice. The person on the tills was average. However, the waitress seemed like she really really didn't want to be here. Not a single smile or even a well presented manner. Food is piling up at the kitchen window and is being left under the heat lamps for a long time. Mine and my partners shared starter go mixed up as a main and waited 35 minutes for it. The manager was nice and apologied and explained. May go again to give a second chance.

Visited for a family treat for me, my husband and two kids, around 6pm. We were seated straight away and once food was ordered it was very quick o comr out, around 10 mins if that. All food was well presented, warm and delicious. Order was correct, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely visit again. Extra points for the free car parking, much easier to get to than the one in Hanley town centre if you're not needing to go into town.

Great food, super fresh. Drinks hugely overpriced, especially beer. Clean and tidy though the sauce bottles could have felt cleaner to the touch. Also, I don't need someone asking me if my meal is okay while I'm clearly in pain, sweating and my nose is dripping with snot. Beware the spice! Oh, and switch the air conditioning on you cheap b*stards!

I have used this Nando’s quite a few times now. I’ve only stayed in the restaurant once in a special occasion so I know that pre-booking is absolutely essential unless you want to wait a long time for a table. The online take-out service is fantastic! You just place your order on the app and collect from the desk. No need to queue up. You can still enjoy your favourite Nando’s sauce in a pot to take home with your food.

If you are in Stoke-on-Trent, then I highly recommend the Etruria Nando's. Staff are very friendly and you seem to get more for your money, than you do at the intu potteries franchise in Hanley. At the Etruria one, the food came quick, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was fantastic! So, in a nutshell, what I'm saying is Avoid the Hanley one and Visit the Etruria one instead.
