Lovely place, staff were friendly and so helpful as there were about 20 of us and they went out of their way for us. The only down side for me was the portion size. My bf and I ordered a sharing platter and honestly I could have eaten the full thing and I'm not even a massive foodie. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go again!

The sitting area is great. A lot of room inside n outside. The food quality has gone down. The infamous soft chicken was hard and did not taste great. However, it was all Halal so that is a big positive point for Halal eaters. Parking inside Potteries is only 1.50 after 5pm for as long as you wanna park.

Went to have dinner, and had a great setting and mood. However, there wasn't any specifications on the tables or around the building on how to order for new visitors, so it took us a while to figure out that you could go to the counter instead of ordering from the QR (wifi issues). We had a friendly gentleman tell us that our meal would come in about 15-20 mins because of a shortage of chips, but instead it took half an hour, and some staff weren't very friendly and would be having a chat with colleagues instead of serving guests. Was a little pricey, but food was delicious and worth it 🙂

The team were helpful and friendly and the food was nice, fresh and quick. It's a good size inside and we had a booth, which was comfy. A good atmosphere and well spaced out inside.

We came to UK in 2021. Yesterday was the first time to try Nandu and for sure will be the last. Nandu is a big name but it is overrated and does not worth the visit. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere were very good. But the food is below average. We have ordered full platter and a wrap. Nandu sauces(mild and medium) were bad, I felt the sauces hurt the taste receptors. Very expensive in comparison to other Restaurants who serve better chicken platters. It is 20-30% more expensive that than peers. My advice, dont try :)

I visited on a Thursday afternoon, it was relatively quiet, was very pleased with the service! Ordered on the app and the staff were very welcoming and helpful!!

I want to first start off with the atmosphere. It was dead. I guess it was nice because bearly anyone was there but it didn't feel nice at all and felt more like an old washed up place. So we order our food and so this is where my main problem is. It took 40minutes (yes I timed it due to how frustrated I was) to make the food. By then a few other people who came after us had already gotten their food, aswell as that there was only maximum 8-10 people in the restaurant at the time. We only ordered a burger and full chicken. 40minutes for that with also near to no other people and people getting there food before us when they came after?! However the food was really good. It's classic Nandos what do you expect? However I hope that this was just an abnormality. Anyways, yes this is halal which is great.

Today was my first time trying out Nando’s in stoke and I must say I had the best experience thanks to Elliot. He provided excellent and outstanding customer service by making sure we were made first priority at all times, he served us on time and kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay, asked us if we wanted refills and if there was anything else we would like to have. He maintained positive and uplifting energy the whole time. We will definitely be back again. I hope Nando’s could give him credit for his hard work, some sort of incentive or even better a promotion. It’s always excellent staff like Elliot that give such companies the good reputation they have. Thanks once again

Decided spur of the moment on a cheeky Nandos and what a great decision! We- 4 adults and a newborn- went along at lunchtime midweek and the server couldn't be more accommodating. He sorted a corner table with plenty of space for us and the pram, explained the new ordering system and offered further assistance should we need it. My only regret is that we didn't get his name to praise him specifically. The food was served quickly and efficiently and cooked to perfection, and the range of condiments appealed to everyone. Overall the restaurant was clean and spacious with decent Covid provisions. The app to order is very straightforward as well which is refreshing, some places have really overcomplicated the process! So- Bravo Nandos. Definitely will be returning!

WOW WOW WOW! AMAZING !! this Nandos is the best one i’ve ever been too!! Brilliant atmosphere as soon as we arrived in, it was such a last minute crazy idea on a wednesday and yet the staff and team here were sooo accommodating for our late night snack!! (ed is the real snack). Georgia and Heather served us with a smile and looked as though they really enjoyed their job!! which is rare in most restaurants!! the chemistry between the girls was also incredible and they worked together to deliver such a unique experience <3 you girlies made my cheeky little nandos special x zain, hayley,molly,elliot, diana,jordon,georgia and heather. big shoutout!❤️

This place has great service. The servers explained the menu over to us when we sat down. The food came out within minutes after ordering the food. The only thing I didn't like were the servers asking how our food was while we were eating it. The other this was offering us free coleslaw when we almost ordered it off the menu. They need to tell us that's it's free or someone will buy one and end up havein two. But all in all a great experience.

Always had a pretty decent experience, usually seated pretty quickly. They can be busy with being close to the cinema but never excessively so. Servers are usually pretty pleasant and the folks at the til always seem keen to help give the best price on an order, especially when using the nandos card etc. Overall, decent experience.

I dined at the Nando's in Hanley... it was my first visit to this restaurant, I must say how impressed I was with the service. We were well informed that the evening normally gets busy and we were advised to order early. The food arrived on time, again with impressive staff. I loved the food and couldn't recommend it enough.. My only down side was that the chicken on my caesar salad was a very tiny portion... and having had caesar salad before at other branches with chicken on it. I can say the comparison an astonishing.

It was a clean restaurant with warm welcoming staff the smell of the kitchen was great there was a different type of music that I listen to but it was like rege music not too loud it would disturb people talking but not quite either as we walked in there was a option of tables n chair to sit in instead of being told were to sit, I loved the chicken idea where after being served food and after member of staff has has if “everything is ok” they take then chicken away I love this b cause then your not pestered by staff while your eating great idea. The design of the restaurant was a lot more modern so it wasn’t plain n boring . I didn’t see a disabled toilet on my visit, the toilet I visited was clean and fresh smelling in the men anyway. 5 star visit You should definitely go I went when the kids were off school and it was still great (not a kid fan myself) XD

The Nandos at Hanley is a very well patronised place with excellent ambience. It serves Halal food and it's really tasty and wholesome. Reasonably priced and the staff was very courteous and helpful when it came to selecting our dishes. On the whole it could be said to be a Great venue for a family lunch or dinner.

Not the best Nando's but not the worst, on this occasion the chicken was very dry and we were messed about a bit in reference to having our points put on to our loyalty card will come again but a choice from the two in stoke i would opt for the one in octagan park as it has generally be better all round and has free parking outside....
