5 to 4 stars due to getting order wrong and quality going slightly down TBF.
The chap at the front missed out my wings despite me asking him to check and ensure they are in the bag. Plus he gave me two small burgers rather than the two large I wanted. Simple training can ensure these errors don't happen:
1. read the order to the customer and
2. Check the actual contents and label the boxes before packing.

S.Different from your usual fast food joint, lots of choices such as the parmo chicken and not too expensive while the quality is still top notch! A welcome addition to the halal food places in Stoke.
