One of my family members mentioned this place as he was just passing by. All places worth a try. We had a range of food including dirty burgers and cheese hotdog. And a milkshake Well worth the try as highly recommend. Food was hot even when we picked up and travelled home Chips i was shocked with as crinkle cut So over view highly recommend food was very nice and filling Will be visiting again 👍

Best burger joint in Stoke on Trent. Food so good I forgot to take a picture. Delicious turkey bacon 🥓 on top of the cheesy fries. Dirty burger was really tasty and you can swap the onions for fried onions of you don't like raw onion. Super tasty, will visit soon. Or maybe order on-line but, definitely repeating.

Excellent beef burgers, juicy and perfectly seasoned. Fries were an add on but portion size was quite good. The only reason that it's not a five star review is that the spicy chicken burger was waaaay too salty. Not sure if this was the burger itself or the spicy sauce it was dipped in. The rest of the flavours were good including the spice but the saltiness was just overpowering. Would definitely use again but shall avoid the chicken burger.

Ordered online for collection, as we had never been before and wasn't sure if you could sit in. When we got there we decided to sit in as there was seating! It's very clean and comfortable. The food is outstanding with a lovely menu including milkshakes and desserts. All the staff were so friendly and polite and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to all our family and friends! Thankyou!!

Ordered when they had some buy one get one free items on the menu and the quality of food + value for money were top notch. The milkshakes are amazing and clearly made with plenty of real ice-cream pretty much a drink and dessert in one if you grab a spoon. The chocolate covered chips which were ordered by mistake as I didn't realise what they actually were and they were even great and a surprising twist on a fimiliar side. If your like me and have seen this place on food apps alot but never ordered take the chance you won't regret it.

If I was rating on food alone I'd give them 5 stars as the food is very tasty. I'm giving 3 stars because you never know when they are opened or closed. Recently my family really wanted Smash on Trent. So we waited the whole day and when they opened we waited and tried to order on the delivery app. It said delivery was open but we couldn't order. I checked all their social medias to see if they were closed but nothing was posted on any of them. We called them over and over and it just rang or the line was busy (other people must have been trying to call too) after waiting an hour we gave up and had to order something else. We found out days later they were closed that day. That wouldn't be a problem if there was any way to see when they were closed. They don't post anything on social media so if they are closed there is no way to find out so you just sit around waiting. So planning to have it for dinner doesn't work out because they may or may not be open and there's no way to see which one it will be

The new and improved Smash-on-trent is something else! After finding it on Instagram we couldn't believe the menu choices... Unique and interesting menu with be milkshakes and more to really complete the picture. The fire bird for spice lovers is a must... Just perfect level of heat. And the bacon cheese fries/Mac & cheese hits the spot just right. Lastly we love having a burger place that does churros! We keep coming back again and again. Being able to eat inside has made it the best burger joint in the area. By far. 2 new fans right here.

I had the Dirty Burger and it was amazing, chicken cooked to perfection, patties seasoned perfectly. Had sweet potato fries and fire nuggets on the side, if you like hot food they are a must, so refreshing to actually have something say it’s fire and deliver the heat. This is my go to take away

lovely burgers, but service is flustered so the order and bill comes out wrong :( We used to order here loads and loved them, before they moved to their new bigger shop. Sadly dissapointed first time ordering once they business has grown. We made a big order over the phone as the new menu isn’t on the website, uber eats or just eat. Order was re-read before hanging up. When we collected and took home, it was missing a main and sides. We rang back to tell them and they said they would refund the card for £10, which is when we realised we were overcharged originally by £10 anyway. So we still paid the right amount for forgotten meals. The burgers are really fantastic so I still recommend going but its just frustrating when it is an error that is easy to avoid by just checking the bags before they go out to the customer. We will order again but will either eat in or be that person who stands at the till and checks all the bags before paying and leaving. Not really an issue but having not one veggie options is difficult, as we ordered some of the forgotten sides as meals for the vegetarian and they obviously had nothing to eat then and still had to pay for their meal.

The Best burger takeaway in Stoke! Both the beef and bird burgers are amazing and full of flavour! Every chip is awesome, skin on, cheesy, and the nachos !!! I’ve been ordering for quite some time now and I’ve never had a bad order, its always warm, well packaged and of great quality! Hands out recommend this to anyone who wants a nice burger!

Was a fast delivery and the food was packaged brilliantly. Was lovely and fresh, chicken was cooked perfect. They gave u a wet wipe to clean ur hands because the BBQ bird was abit messy but tasted amazing will order again

Oh my god... Literally the best takeaway we have ever had!!!!.... No ugly polystyrene box's.. Just cute recyclable packaging 👍.. Staff were friendly and looks really clean. Burger was nice but the chips arent great. Had cheesey chips and they were swimming in a tasteless cheese sauce. It was alright but wouldnt rush back. Its the prices of a five guys but not the same quality.

Went this place for myself and my mum after us both always hearing nothing but raving reviews from our respective work colleagues, but with us both working nights the stars have never alligned for us to try it out. I had sweet potato fries as I'm quite sure I'm addicted to them lol, having them everywhere and anywhere I go to eat... They were hands down the best I've ever had! And by some way, very crisp and flavorful. The chicken wings and oroe milkshake delivered on every (high) expectation. My mum had the dirty burger which was huge! She then proceeded to call her colleagues one by one to wax lirical about it. Highly recommend you go and try for yourself at least once.
