The venue itself is really nice. Great piece of Stokes history. Staff are pleasant enough too. The drinks and food weren’t that great and the food took a long time to be served. Also seems to be very compact - distancing not really possible.

Had a great meal here with my work colleagues. We'd booked for a Thursday afternoon and pre-ordered due to our party size. It was my first time eating here, the decor is brilliantly quirky, and a nice vibe to the place. The staff were very friendly and the food was very tasty, I'd opted for the chicken and chorizo arrabiatta. Everyone enjoyed their food and the burgers were a hefty size! Thanks, will definitely be back.

My beautiful daughter took me here today for afternoon tea to celebrate mother's Day. Processco, sandwiches, cake and a delicious mini quiche. The staff were fantastic, there a lady singer keeping us entertained, just a great afternoon in a historic building of the Spode factory, is well worth a visit and will hopefully go back soon 😀

Great, well cooked full English breakfast (although slightly posh for Stokies! 😉). Little bit pricey considering your in Stoke town but it's undoubtedly a good use of the area within the old Spode site and you definitely get an authentic potbank feel with the place. Was quiet when we arrived on Saturday mid-day ish but picked up not long after. Sadly a teepee style cover was over the outside area and blocked all the sunshine. Definitely more potential at the site to create an all day entertainment venue and this is just the start. Decent selection of beers and cocktails too, will return soon.

Went for mother's day afternoon tea and it was such a lovely day. Afternoon tea was 5* as well as the service. There was so much food we had to take some home! Well worth a visit.

Loved this place. The staff greet you and are pleasant and friendly. The decor was really trendy. The tables weren't all jammed in so you had a sense of space around you. Food was amazing. We had breakfast, a large group of us. The only criticism would be the coriander sprinkled on my pancakes 🤮. But we are going again Saturday so even that wasn't a deal breaker. 😂

Fantastic Mexican restaurant. Been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the region for ages and this one hits the spot. Great reuse of an historic building too. Went on a Wednesday night when the restaurant was pleasantly busy. Despite this, staff were great and service was far from slow, especially considering that most Mexican food needs to be freshly cooked. While busy, the tables are as widely spaced as any restaurant so can see nothing to deter any but the most paranoid visitors. Highly recommended

Visited with a group of friends for afternoon tea. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere, the food was delicious and the portions very generous. The staff were incredibly polite and accomodating, with one waiter who helped coordinate us to find better lighting before taking a group pic. Will be back and would definitely recommend.

Love this place. Its got a great atmosphere and decor. It's industrial theme based around the setting of the old spode pottery works with a potbank taking the main focus of the hotel. The Mexican food is out of this world. Generous portions of tasty food and bought to you by great servers.

Usually love it here. Staff are always very friendly and love the live music. But on the backend of last year before the live music stopped for winter we came a couple of times because it was advertised that certain people would be playing to which they were not. It was either somebody else or not on at all and we paid money to see them. Tried to go back last weekend for live music too as it was advertised that it was back on the 8th and again, nobody was playing. Starting to give up

Been to the Quarter at Potbank on Saturday night, really cheerful greeting at reception, taken straight to our table, the settings are brilliant, natural stone walls of the old Spode pot bank, loads of Potter memorabilia around the walks, really airy with a brilliant ambience, food and drinks served quickly, food superb, both starters and main courses, all reasonably priced. Would highly recommend a visit, easy to book online, they also send you reminders of your booking. All round a superb experience. Just book the extra half hour as service may be slow if busy.

Very impressive. The lady (owner maybe?) Who served us along with the purple dreadlocks girl who brought drinks and the foreign (Spanish maybe?) Ladies who waited on us were all amazing and very helpful and friendly. The food is far from actual Mexican but is tasty and portions plentiful. Drinks are a tad overpriced for the area but they are recovering from covid periods so kind of understandable. Live music (90s acoustic was great) pizzas outside. Good seating with heaters, good size tables, everything was really nice. Will be back 👍🏼

Lunch at the loverly Quarter. Good strong flat white and a bacon and mushroom sandwich that was lip smackingly good. Boring choice on our part, as there was plenty of choice but it was a mighty fine sandwich. Lovely staff and lovely vibrant atmosphere. So good to see a local booming business. Big fan of the Quarter. Don't go often but have seen their journey from the start and think they are local entrepreneurs and its good to see.

I have really mixed feelings over this place. It's a lovely venue and the staff are all great but it's just so massively over priced. And on top of the ridiculous drink prices you now have to pay £5 per person to listen to the live music. And I hate to say it but bank holiday weekend on the Saturday it was truely terrible. My group of friends won't be returning until the music charge is changed again.

Nice food at reasonable prices, however the service was really slow. We got our dishes more than 30 minutes after ordering them. The car park is very small, but you can park at a council car park right across the street. Just be sure to have cash, because it's the only way to pay for parking.

First of all, I just have to say that the meal was absolutely sublime. The food was filling, excellently cooked and Authentic in every respect. The service was impeccable and the staff were all above and beyond in their willingness to make our experience special, whilst maintaining a fun and friendly demeanour throughout. This was the first proper date night me and my fiance spent together since our Engagment over a year previous (Damn COVID!) and I was so impressed I just had to not only tell the manager at the time, but tell every single person who reads this the exact same thing. Visit the Quarter and enjoy the delightful atmosphere, attentive staff and scrumptious food! You will not regret it My sincerest thanks to all the staff and the manager for a wonderful evening, I hope we can do it again some time :)

I ordered the Feta and Olive salad, it tasted awful, for £11 I got a plain Salad, half a pack of Feta, cheap dried Bruschetta for crouton's and Olive's, it tasted awful, I asked if I could have an oatcake instead, which was absolutely Lovely, one oatcake filled the plate, it was delicious!! The Staff were absolutely Brilliant and I left a tip, the, same happened in the Hanley Quarter, I ordered a salad wrap, it was just a boring salad wrap, nothing else!! I will stick to an Oatcake!! Im vegan so I ordered the vegan sausage but they had none so I ordered tofu, cheese etc on ciabatta bread. And soya coffee. The coffee came too early so was cold by the time my food came and I wasn't going to pay another £4.00 maybe they could ask of people want it with their food or not. I've never in 6 years found a vegan cheese that's palatable. But the cheese on my ciabatta was delicious infact it made me question that it wasn't diary cheese to which I was told it wasn't and was vegan. If you havnt had diary for a while it gives you stomach cramps. On the way home after eating my stomach cramps started and lasted the rest of the day. The next morning going to the toilet I darent describe. So either there was diary butter or it was diary cheese but something wasn't right.
