Tasty big portions of food which came quickly and in a lovely setting. The waiting staff could be more attentive, but they have kept everything clean, were very friendly and all did a good job running a busy cafe. We had jacket potato and cheese, tomato and mushroom oatcake. The portions were excellent and there were plenty of fillings on both dishes. We love coming here for the oatcakes!

Lovely little cafe within Trentham Gardens. Prices are quite high, but that's to be expected I guess. There is a fair amount of seating outside and in.

Enjoyed my latte, everywhere was clean, staff very good about clearing tables quickly & wiping everything over when customer had left. The only problem was the young lad on the till, he was VERY slow, but saying that I think it was his first day or first time on his own at the till so maybe a bit of patience on mine & other customers part might have helped him. I've been a regular customer for years & hopefully will be for few years yet.

Good service with friendly happy staff. Reasonably priced. We had well filled oatcakes stuffed with bacon and cheese. And Stilton and shrooms. No skimping on the fillings as so many other places do. The hot chocolate was the best we've had too! Indoor seating very comfortable. Although don't lean on the tables as they're not sturdy and literally tip over with one's weight. The produding circles on the ribbed ceiling were very effective with the lighting

Good service and friendly staff. Good range of vegan options too. Pot of tea is just a pot of hot water and a single tea bag which you have to add yourself which was a bit of a shame. Overall though, lovely and a nice view across the lake

Had the Tandoori chicken wraps on the terrace in the sunshine at the Totally Delicious Tearooms today, my wife had the chicken Caesar salad. Both really tasty, fab food in lovely surroundings. Definitely a cut above the norm.

Trentham garden's great place to visit can't believe we have it on our doorstep been going since I was kid when it used to have the swimming pool,But these days it's a lot more updated plenty to see and do to much to mention in a review but well worth a visit.

Great meal with live music. Mushroom pasta was delicious and we shared churros and salted caramel brownies from the dessert tapas menu. Both were absoloutely amazing. Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely visit again

We visited on a very busy Mother's Day today. For the price, the food is average at best. It's expensive for what you get, both with regards to portion size and quality. This being our second visit, we've noticed a tendancy to skimp on the meat and fish in the sandwiches and ciabatta. That said, the tea and lattes taste lovely. They're also served in beautiful tea pots and cups. I do however want to say a huge thank you for the lovely lady covering front of house today. I don't know her name, but she was amazing! She was so attentive, wishing all of the mothers, a wonderful day, and going above and beyond the call of duty to deliver an exceptional service. Even under pressure, with the long queue outside, waiting for an available table in the warmth of the indoor area, she was marvellous in communicating to everyone, how long the expected wait for a table was. Such a talent. And a rare find at that. Dare I say, she is wasted here. She would be a huge asset to any restaurant!

Changed from Tapas to Crepes and Waffles. Not impressed on first visit. Used canned cream when menu states Fresh Cream. Had to wait 30 minutes for food.

Can't praise the ladies that were on shift on the 7/8/19. We went to Trentham Gardens with residents there was 23 "of us which 11 were in wheelchairs the staff arranged all the tables so we could all be seated together. X just want try to say a big thank you for been so kind and polite and patient with them all x

Held our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary at the tea rooms last night after the main gardens had closed. What an amazing night. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing and plenty of it. At the end of the evening the staff escorted everyone back to the main centre with torches, carting gifts etc for us and had also sorted entrance into the gardens for those guest who had difficulty walking far. The wonderful staff are truly genuine, kind people. We arranged a collection for a favourite charity and the staff donated their tips. I would recommend this venue for any celebration, the staff are wonderful. Thank you Thank you Thank you xxxx

The takeaway part are open, selling coffee, ice cream,crisp biscuits. Just great when you have walked around the lake, staff are so helpful and nice to them working in these trying times.

Had lunch for 2. I had the slow còoked pork and my wife had the resotto. Both dishes were ok, nothing outstanding or memorable. Gravy used was same for pork and beef dishes, tasted a bit like your stock bistro gravy. Service good and attentive.
