Came here today during rush hour. We was luckily seated right away although it did seem the staff was under pressure. Food was beautiful. Some of the nicest chips I've had with a cheese sauce. Yum! …

Great food! Random road trip brought us down to Swansea, we left the b&b without breakfast so starving on arrival. So many places to choose from to eat on the retail park, it's been a while since I've eaten in a Dennys. We were seated straight away, chose quickly from the great menu of all sorts catered for and easily ordered ourselves on the app. We were told a 40 min wait for food, but it only took 15 mins. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was quickly delivered hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. We couldn't eat it all so boxed up the pancakes to take home. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

The food was the winner really with this visit! Covid has been tough and the place seems very sectioned and overpowering but understandable. The food was amazing (reeses pancakes and Bueno waffles) the 75p extra sauce was awesome too! It was very hot in thier 😅 and the service button worked but was very unusual not seeing staff buzz around so it felt like there was no hospitality at all until the food arrived however the grub was great!

We travelled from far to visit Denny’s in Swansea and it did not disappoint! The whole experience felt/tasted very authentic. The pancakes were just as huge and fluffy! We had the Grand Slam Slugger at £9.99 so eventhough it is a little pricey, it was worth every penny! The customer service was on point too. Felt the restaurant has taken safety measures with all booths spaced out and enough space in between. A must if you are a Denny’s fan! 5 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We arrived about 4pm, so it was pretty quiet in there. The staff greeted us quickly and were polite and helpful. The table was clean and I appreciate the booth like set up. The menu has been significantly reduced from the last time we went but there was still plenty of choice and my little boy's favourite milkshake was still on the menu (phew). My only slight gripe was the burger was a little greasy. The burger does fall apart quite easily (I suspect that is due to a lack of binding agent). Having said that the burger was pretty good, it had a nice flavour. Only order a double cheese burger if you have a BIG appetite though! I was a little intimidated by the amount of food on my plate. The chips were similarly pleasant. My son had a Jr breakfast with the pancakes, which he was very pleased with. The cost was actually pretty reasonable considering how much everything has gone up recently. Probably not the best meal I will ever eat, but it is a chain restaurant and it was good for the money.

Fantastic! I used to work at a Denny's in the US and this is spot on! This definitely made me feel like I was back in the states again. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the food was delicious as well.

I go to America every year without fail so was interested to see how the UK version would match up to it. They did not disappoint. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
