Oh My God! These burgers are massive and the best. And extra fries.. .!!! 😱😱😱 You can customise milkshakes as you like... If I knew this before I'd have asked for a complex mixture. Hopefully next time for sure.. Coke freestyle machine helps you choose your own drink combination... Isn't this heaven or what?

We tried many Five Guys in the US and this is literally an exact duplicate of the friendly service, freshly cooked, speedy order, just perfect. If you're after a quality burger fries and milkshake, go no further than Five Guys. Milkshakes are a must. Don't go Plain on the burger, simply go 'All the way' and it'll be fully loaded as it should be. *Serious cheat meal

At the time of writing this I saw that this branch had 999 ratings and reviews so I hope this will be the 1000th. With five guys is a place that is near and dear to me and has always been consistently good trying it in multiple countries and multiple cities across the UK. There is so much to appreciate, the foil wrapped burgers which give the burger some moisture and melt the cheese. Their delicious salted and spicy fries not to mention the generous amount they add in the bag. The soda machine which has a variety of beverages to chose from and free refills. Hot dogs and milkshakes are great as well but more importantly the quality of the food and the wide variety of combos they have available is very much appreciated. Five guys is my go to burger place and will likely remain as such. Deserves no less than a perfect score in my opinion amazing stuff.

There's no denying that the quality of food here is a step above a certain golden arch or king and the staff when we went, particularly the guy who served us, were pleasant. It was very quiet when we visited but I expect that the high standards of cleanliness and upkeep are maintained at all times. The menu is very simple, but at least you know what you're getting. Only thing that stops me from going here more is the prices. It's sit down restaurant level which is somewhat reflected in the quality of the food, but they're hardly using saffron and gold leaf

Five guys is by far my favourite of the fast food burger restaurants. The burgers are always cooked to perfection and they give you more chips than anywhere else. They also have one of those amazing drinks machines with a huge amount of flavours.

Went with friends for something to eat prior to bowling. Ordered a little BBQ Bacon cheese burger and cajun fries. The food arrived quickly and was presented well. It tasted really good and didn't really feel like typical fast food. It's a bit on the pricey side but it makes up for it with the quality and taste of the food. The restaurant was a little messy but it was busy so it could have just been when I was there.

Absolutely fantastic burgers, bacon is always crispy, cheese is nice and melted, wrapped up in tin foil, feels like I'm eating a burger from a BBQ. Infinitely better alternative to MacDonalds. Would highly recommend if you're in the mood for a take away burger. Also, fries are realllly good.

The fact that you can have as many toppings you want for no extra charge, puts them above alot of other burger joints in my mind. Food as ever was really nice, however this experience was lacking slightly - Milkshake not delivered to table until 10 mins after food had been served. The refill drinks usually have flavour options (e.g. cherry cola, lime flavoured tango- whatever weird concoction you can dream up) however there were only "usual" flavours this time, which wasn't suggested until actually at the machine, a slight disappointment. Also, they took over 15 minutes to refill the ketchup, its the small things that make a difference in a place like this. I will always return for their flavourful burgers and hot dogs though!

I was expecting to be disappointed having previously enjoyed five guys in Florida. The USA franchises that come over here don't usually live up to expectations in my experience. What a pleasant surprise then to enjoy an almost identical pleasure over here. Food was excellent, staff were great and the surroundings and vibe were spot on. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were full before the fries ran out. I had my favourite ever strawberry milkshake here tonight. Plenty of choice in food and drinks. Just be aware that this is NOT a table service restaurant. You get your food from the counter then find yourself a table so great for a quick stop but not a whole evening. In the words of the great Arnie "I'll be back!"

Becoming somewhat of a regular here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is more expensive than McDonald's or Burger King, but that's only because both quality and quantity are far superior (a Five Guys small fries is bigger than a McDonald's large). Burgers are served with exactly the toppings you want, and the cajun fries are incredible. The soft drinks machines offer unlimited refills and allow you to make some wacky combinations (though I tend to stick with raspberry coke). Given the choice I will always go for Five Guys over other fast food restaurants 5/5.

This is just a reinvented McDonald's: Low price burger base food in a really nice and clean local. Maybe I prefer this one to the McDonalds but under the hood is the same. The burgers are nothing special. The first time I went to one of the Five Guys locals I thought the burgers were quite nice and tasty, but the second time I lowered my first impressions. While the portion size is nice and the good itself is good, they class themselves as "gourmet" fast food (which I'd agree with). Despite this for a meal and a drink you're looking at spending at least £13-14 which is a lot for a burger fries and a drink, when you can go to an actual restaurant (I.e the Griffin on Wind street) and get a burger and a greater choice of drinks cheaper.
