Whoever is working in your kitchen today (lunchtime 16/09/22) needs promoting. Without a doubt the best KFC I've had in 15 years. Massive thick fillet burger, loads of mayo, nicely seasoned and cooked. Huge hot wings. Absolutely banging.

The atmosphere is nice in this bright and modern building. The use of electronic terminals to order food goes some way to alleviating the problems I've come to expect with queues at KFC branches. So we'll done there. But the portion sizes seemed smaller than usual. My regular KFC branch in Cardiff has much larger pieces of chicken. I thought I may have just been unlucky but my mate had the same size portions so that loses stars for me. The food was tasty but the small portions are an issue for me, especially at these prices. Sorry. Also the toilets are so cramped! It was awkward as I washed my hands and two lads tried getting in.

Love kfc but it's not always a good experience, I went in just to curb the hunger as you can see the smaller was the first peice given, I complained about the size but the next one was more bone than meat pretty poor show, I don't have buckets much anymore either as the same happens!! the chicken just ain't there bucket of bones they should call it lol cmon kfc bring the chicken back to the bones 😁👍🏻

Every time I go to this particular KFC, they always get something wrong on the order. I have given up trying to correct it now, as the last visit was the last straw...they completely messed up what my daughter asked for, and my simple request of no ice was completely ignored. No other KFC seems to have these problems... today I gave them another chance. The order was complete (for once) and correct. The restaurant has had a makeover, new staff etc.

The chicken can be abit hit or miss here sometimes, best going at the busiest times for fresh chicken because it can get dry when it's quiet. This is the same for all of their restaurants really. On a good day the chicken is finger licking good.

Good points Price of the food is what you go by as it all breaks down into the same stuff inside you. The people using many of the other non-burger fast-food restaurants in Morriston needlessly pay more. Breed then for height as taller people are overall cleverer but only overall. I eat there to get out, you are supposed to find waiting for the food part of the experience of being out of the house like a normal table serve restaurant. Avoid the rush hours traffic if don’t like waiting. One of the things burger fast food restaurants mix up on too little sauce and lettuce not good but too much and it makes a mess. It’s about getting it right. One of the things I know is restaurants fake the choice. They have many items on menus which are never in stock because their kitchens can never be big enough to store the full choice of food. I enjoy being able to place money every so often into their World Food Program charity box a well deserving charity. Bad points They try getting you to order more food than you need bad through the drive through. Saying things like why don’t you have a Zinger Tower again instead of something else. Remind the higher KFC management not to keep trying to cut costs on delivery drivers or you can guess there will be delivery shortages again like kept on happening in the past. Can’t beat the markets.

I'm not a fan of KFC as the service is never quick and 9 times out of 10 you never get what you ordered or a complete order... this goes for all branches and certainly home delivery where they must owe me about 4 bottles of pop by now.. but my kids like to go there now and again otherwise I wouldn't bother.

For a kfc in the busy stream this place is quite slow so dont expect to leave in a hurry. Food is lacking the finesse it once was compared to other fast food takeouts. Overall eating experience inside or out is quite relaxing and a nice interior decor. Slow and finesse i gave 3 stars , could improve .

I bought a family sharing bucket at the drive through I ordered a bottle of Pepsi but when I picked up my order at the next window I was given a cup of Pepsi for one I ended up with a bottle of tango as there was no bottles of Pepsi left. Other than that the food and service were great

Ordered the new stacker box meal from kfc tonight as always the food was amazing the girl at the collection window was so helpful and made sure we got the right order fair play to her the guy on the window on the other hand I don't know if he's just started working there or on drugs had to ask him four times for the right order in the end I had to explain to him what I wanted because he didn't have a clue either he needs training or a slap up side the head with a family bucket the girl at the collection window saved the day will be back but please take that drip of the order window.

The food here is beautiful; the chicken is cooked very tenderly to my surprise seeing as it is a fast good restaurant. Sometimes there is quite a wait for the food, because either the place is quite busy or the food is being cooked from scratch, so it would be advisable to expect a little wait if you do decide to go there. Having been there a few times, they did mess up my partners order once.. Which was a little disappointing, but understandable seeing as the place was chockers.

Llansamlet KFC is quite good. But don't ever go to the one in port Talbot. The difference is quite shocking. And I've worked in catering all my life. Food here is fresh and hot and portions are as you would expect. The port Talbot one is generally dirty and the food is dry, cold, and small in portion size. I actually believe they cut the mini fillets in half at Port Talbot. Luckily I live in neath and it's about the same distance to either one. Lol
