r. h.Stopped for fish and chips on way home from beach. Weren't sure if we would make it before they closed (9pm). First class service - food cooked fresh despite being 8.55pm. At least 5 more groups of customers arrived after us but still had service with a smile. Young staff did themselves credit.

V. J.I,m giving them a 5 star because the food was excellent, my daughter and I had curry sauce on chips! The chips were cooked perfectly to a golden brown and the curry sauce was not too hot but very tasty. The staff were polite and friendly despite only two young ladies being on duty.the service was somewhat slowed down and the shop was full of customers. More hands would Improve service but all in all I recommed the king fish bar highly. Thank you!

I don't want to be critical but if your from Gorseinon and you've had food from the Roma you'll know that large chips will feed your family.
You will have a lovely meal here for yourself, but a portion of chips that come in polystyrene container won't go far.
My top tip would be, ditch the plastic and go paper.
L. S.Chips and sausage and batter and more are alright. The only problem was that there was over half an hour wait and didn't bother to tell us! And we also got gravy to go with the chips but sadly when we opened the bag we found out that it had spilt all in the bag because the lid wasn't on properly 😬 x Please could you improve your customer service because if not we won't be returning.

Has it's own customer car park which is just as well considering its busy main road location near a set of traffic lights on the A48.
N. H.The food I've tried is nice enough but the way you get served isn't like a chip shop. You go in, order your food then stand in line waiting for your order. This makes it tricky to see who's been served and who hasn't. Much easier to go in, queue if need be then get served and leave. You know where you are in line then.

J. R.Used to be great fish and chips but the standard of the fish is now very poor. Cheap thin fillets of fish smothered in thick unpalatable batter. Such a shame but the fish is just nowhere near good enough anymore. Venture to gorseinon for Roma fish bar instead these days, worth the extra travel.
