D. J.Very nice food at Nandos tonight. Lovely fast service, following covid rules. Reasonable price. Clean toilets (up 2 flights of stairs that smell lovely), bottomless soft drinks. Nice bowl of water feature for customers to rinse their sticky hands lol.. Nice staff, and Xmas tree!
I had chicken wrap and fries (pictured) and 3 of us shared a platter of roulette wings... guess the flavour 😉 very nice.
K. H.Good food, but standard nandos really. Service can vary in this establishment, sometimes very efficient and quick. Other times it has been average, with items missing and slow to serve the meal. Staff appear pleasant and generally competent but some appear a little inexperienced compared to other venues. Certainly above average but nothing special.
A.A lot more spacious than the London counterparts.
Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Waited no more than 10 minutes during quiet hours. Food was good as can be expected.
S. K.Had a Mushroom and Halloumi Pitta here but the Mushroom was so undercooked I couldn't get my teeth through it so had to take it out. Very disappointing as that is half of the filling.
Corn on the cob was very nice, my partner enjoyed his chicken.

S. E.Always had a good experience eating at Nando's Swansea. Staff have always been accomodating and gave good service. But today I ordered for collection, and I was missing a couple of items. Called them up and they gave us our missing items immediately. Not only that but they also offered to give us extra sides for the inconvenience.

1st issue there free Internet connection not available.
2nd issue put order on the tried login on and had reset password, then email sent and done, then they had to send a code and nothing then 9 all at once .
3rd issue after all that my order had been lost for 4 people. So had to start again.
4th issue after all that they were out of stock of quinoa so had mixed grain instead.
I do enjoy the food but what a mission....
