Popped in for the unlimited wings Wednesday and was a bit dubious at first, given the suspiciously low price in comparison to other menu items. Chicken wings were cooked fresh per batch with a nice crisp to the skin and came in a variety of sauces. Barbecue sauce was a little sweet and overbearing but that may be my own preference. Staff were helpful and attentive; regularly checking if we wanted more wings. The decor and general ambience were also great, with seats by the large open window for those wanting a bit of fresh air. Kitchen roll on every table for those inevitable sticky fingers!

Very good, great service and very tasty meals. Had the donut burger for fathers day and it was delicious. My partner had the chicken and it was also very good. My daughter had the ribs all very tasty. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly and eager to assist with any customer needs. Nothing felt like it was a chore for them.

went in around 2.30 and it wasn't busy so got a seat straight away, service was great and music was great and not too loud, my boyfriend ordered the brisket with a Pepsi and I just ordered fries with a water. The brisket was dry and the fat was kinda congealed, the fries were a little undercooked and the slaw was okay at best. The drinks were good and we payed less than £20 for both of us. It's definitely more of a drinkers bar where the food quality doesn't matter too much after a few pints.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Heard so much hype about this place! People raving about the amazing burgers! Food was slightly overpriced for what you get though! Yeah, the burgers were nice, but not nice enough to warrant paying £14.99 a piece!! Drinks weren't too badly priced though, which is helpful, considering the amount of money we just paid for 3 "nice" burgers!!Dissapointing really, if it hadn't been so overpriced we definitely would have visited again.

First time going and won't be the last. All the food from the starters to deserts were amazing. The New Orleans burger was absolutely lush and so tasty, the brisket ontop of the burger patty was cooked so well. The staff were so polite and helpful and kept checking that everything was OK with out food. Atmosphere was great. Really wish I had taken better photos to justify how good everything was. The Tex Toast was incredible too as a starter. Left there feeling full for the day. Definitely getting the quality for what it costs.

Great flavours but unfortunately the ribs were very tough and not falling off the bone like you'd expect for slow cooked ribs especially from a restaurant that specialises in BBQ meat. Brisket was very tough also, chips were nice though

Good value, huge portions and very tasty overall. The platter for £37 is enormous and way too much for 2 people, it could probably feed 4. Selection of draught lager was limited with some strange US themed choices (bud and Sam Adams). Staff were friendly and service was good. The v-cut wedges were a revelation. The various smoked meats on the platter were good but nowhere near the best US bbq I've eaten.

It was where our teenage sons wanted to eat, they wanted stacks of meat and they weren't disappointed! My meal was delicious and I couldn't finish it. My only negative comment would be that it lacked a bit of atmosphere as it was a huge place but there were no more than 3 tables in use. The staff were friendly and I would eat there again if I were ever in the area.

It was nice food, a little bit greasy but that's what you expect. Was a little disappointed with that my table wasn't cleaned properly and had something sticky on it which got on my arm. The waitress was a little bit in our face to face honest and would ask us every few minutes how it was and it felt like she was watching us eat which was a bit uncomfortable. Very nice chips though I may add.

Another not so warm waiter appeared to take our orders who brought our food. Then another waitress dealt with us. Bit disjointed....meals were smaller than we expected but not bad. Gravy was lame, granules and thick. All a bit processed but ok for price. Pub food really.

We had starter and main course, a drunk then asked if we wanted anything else after we finished. This place is superb. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had .. and I’ve had a lot. Just great tasting , not oily, great tasting and fresh. The waitress’ were very polite and Friendly also 👍🏼

Came in here as I love a smoke house. (Or haus in this case) was greeted and shown to a table. After looking at the menu I order the 6 chicken wings and they were kind enough to do 2 of each flavour for me. And a full slab of st louis ribs. As you can see in the picture the ribs came out and were literally a foot long and laying on a bed of chips! They were smothered in a really tasty bbq sauce. I did my best to eat it all but couldn't as there was so much. (Would have fed 2 people) but they tasted lovely. The chicken wings were nice but nothing special. Washed it down with a couple of pints of sam adams. The slaw that came on the side was delicious also.

Had the Big Bertha and Cheesy fries. Burger was good with a juicy patty but wished the bacon was crispier. The cheese on the fries have a different texture and taste than most places. Definitely more rich and thick but not as strong. Overall quite satisfied.

Food was amazing but the staff seemed more interested in a small group of 3 near us, we had empty glasses from when our meal was ready, yet it must have been at least 15 times different staff members pass us to tend to this very small group of men, it was actually annoying how everyone around us wasn’t even asked yet we all needed more drinks, maybe dessert but want offered. So we left and went somewhere else for desserts and drinks, food is amazing but front/service staff need to remember the other 7 tables that they didn’t bother with.

Would like to give this a solid 3.5 stars, but feeling generous to a 4 star. The drinks we had were lovely, but the food left a little to be desired. My partners Beef and Pork BBQ was not the best, and this disappointed us greatly. However my Hot Dog and the chips on both of our plates were extraordinary. Cool bbq spot on Wind St. My Dirty Sanchez Burger had a really noticeable smokey BBQ flavour and came out enjoyably overloaded with guacamole, sour cream and sweet chillis. Fries were fine, didn't have enough skin on for my taste and the coleslaw was a bit anemic, but really liked the Smoke Haus special IPA Brew. Went at lunch and atmosphere was a bit muted. Not a fan of the garish graffiti wallpaper, but it does look quirky and loved the rock playlist too.

My Wife and I had not been to this restaurant before. As we were passing we stopped to take a look at their Menu. After seeing many tasty selections we decided to have a table. Both our meals didn't take all that long to arrive and everything we had was Both hot and extremely tastier than we expected. Will definitely call back here again.

Lovely place to go for food, service is always great and staff are really friendly. Food is almost always top notch, however on this occasion chicken was overcooked and cheese on chips weren't the best (basing on previous experience from the same place). Price is reasonable, depends on what you go for. Steaks tend to be pricey for what they are but are nice to have. Burgers are usually on point - recommend the "Southern Comfort" burger if you can manage it, it is lovely! Overall, I do recommend you give this place a try if you haven't!

The service was excellent for food but the drinks service was a little slow, having said that, it was pretty busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful but I was a little disappointed with the food. Not quite as nice as its been before and they didn't have a number of things we ordered or wanted to order. Could be something to do with having just reopened but they didn't use that as an excuse. Other than that I would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing night out.

Went here a few days ago and was very pleased with my meal. I ordered a pulled pork and bacon sandwich and chips from the £7 menu and it was huge! It tasted delicious and the portion sizing was so generous I struggled to eat it. I would say all of the meals have generous portioning so order with that in mind. Would definitely go again.

What a lovely welcoming place! We went there with a gang of my daughters friends for her 40th birthday celebration. The drinks were served promptly while we chose from the extensive menu and the food arrived hot and delicious. It really pains me to leave a 3 star review. I had quite high hopes for the visit but unfortunately it fell a little short. So the atmosphere is nice, staff friendly and helpful. The downside was really with the quality of the meals. For a restaurant that attempts to pride itself on its quality of meat cuts, sauces and meals the experience was underwhelming. Side dishes were cheap and nasty and the meat although smokey was under-seasoned and overdone. Side sauces always make a good steak and the offering I had at the smoke house was quite the opposite. I would have been tempted to leave a higher review if the price had been lower in which you might expect or forgive the downsides but it in my opinion it was rather expensive for the quality of meal. This visit was lunch time on a Saturday, perhaps their evening meals are better, I shall return and try something else to see if this review can be improved sometime down the road.

Went for a team meal and would definitely go again! It was empty when we went in the afternoon. The staff were attentive but not in your face all the time. Service was great, the food took some time as there were 14 of us but it wasn't an excessive wait and our drinks order was taken and delivered by the time the food arrived. Huge portions and really tasty food. Had a Baby Bertha burger as I'm not much one for steak, it was gorgeous, well cooked and the onion rings were to die for. It was quite expensive but I think for the size of the meals it was well worth it and the beer was cheap. Cocktails were quite pricey but large. Overall would definitely visit again.

Not usually a great fan of American style restaurants but went today for lunch. Graffiti styled decor is different, for me doesn't quite work. As expected the portion sizes were far too big, it would benefit from more smaller, lighter choices for lunch. Food was good though. I had the brisket deli sandwich and my son had the St Louis ribs and recommend both - really tender with lots of flavour. Service was good too, friendly welcome on arrival and just the right amount of attention.

My partner and I have visited here many times, reasonably priced, high quality food from a Welsh business. Great choice on the menu, the dry rub steak is highly recommended. Usually very quick service with unique flavouring that is a great change from a lot of restaurants local to the Swansea store. Highly recommended for people visiting the area, good food, good service.

Service was great, decor is great, sadly the most important thing, the food lets the place down in a big way. Been there twice, same issue both times. Meat is 100% nuked before serving. Like chewing a shoe on the outside, hot as lava on the inside. Manager kindly gave us a discount but it seems to be the norm behavior. Would happily come here for a drink because i like to atmosphere, but sadly never again for food.

It was okay, but we came when this place first opened and the food was amazing, really impressed. But ever since the food has gone down hill a bit, or we could not get what we wanted etc. Also the waitresses used to be happy and bubbly, the one today was not at all, kinda made you think we was bothering her, by being in and keeping her in a job.

As a confirmed carnivore I always opt for massively meaty places to eat, and the reputation of Smoke Haus is well deserved. Be it steak, ribs, pulled pork or a burger, the quality, portion size and value is the best in Swansea. Absolutely 100/100.

Very delicious food, I mean some of the best smoked meats I've ever had. I would highly recommend on taste alone. Isn't a cheap place to eat at so be warned but it is worth the money as all the food and sides are absolutely out of this world. We went on a Saturday and it wasn't too long of a wait all things considered especially as we had 12 of us. Only one mistake on an order and their rush job to correct it was very quick indeed and they couldn't apologize any more.

Everything here was fantastic right from when you walked in through the door - unlike the manager of Verve 37. The staff were lovely + so friendly + they looked as if they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I hadn't ever ate here before but will definitely be going back. I had sweet potato fries topped with chilli, melted cheese + jalapeños + it was stunning, so much so l scoffed the lot before even looking at my huge chilli + jalapeño topped hot dog - which was also lovely. In my opinion my meal was exceptional value for money + can't wait to return - especially for those loaded fries! OMG!!! Food is amazing. So delicious and it was huge. Quite a challenge but wasn't expensive so I felt it was excellent value for money. Staff are lovely and served us very quickly. Excellent quality food clearly the pit boss knows what they are doing. The pastrami was perfect just enough spices to be there but not enough to mask the flavour of the meat. The ribs were succulent and fell off the bone, and the BBQ sauce was delicious again enhancing not masking the meat. The pulled pork was also very nice not my favourite but that is just a personnal taste thing rather than any quality issue. It was perfectly done and very succulent. All in all the food was good, the beer is good and the prices will not break the bank.

Went in on a Friday evening for dinner, had the corn dogs to start and a BBQ pit plate and beef burger (whichever one has BBQ brisket and a pickle?) And it was delicious! Really tasty American BBQ food, loved the corn dogs and the sauce with them was really tasty. We were sitting upstairs and as soon as we sat down it filled up really quickly. The server was really friendly and tried his best althogh he was quite run off his feet as he was the only one up there. The food did take a little while to come out but nothing too dramatic, especially as it was a Friday night! Lovely food and lovely atmosphere. I also love that you can chose the music that plays.

This was average at best. The food seemed very over priced. Almost £30 for a rib eye and chips. I ordered their platter with ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was dry as a bone, the ribs were hardly falling of the bone. The pulled pork was the only half decent meat, but it's clear their BBQ sauce is mass produced (had a very synthetic tint) and was added during service and clearly the meats didn't benefit from being cooked in it. The only plesent suprise were the chips. Fat skin on cut in long 'V' shapes meant they worked well to dip in ketchup etc Ok for something different but I won't be rushing back any time soon.

There's plenty of beer on the menu as well as a few special local collaboration special brews, cocktails and spirits. The decor is basic America biker bar styling, so there's no need to dress up, just slap on a black tee and some jeans! Overall a great little bar to pull up on your Harley, have a pint and some good grub!
